You know Ali, I just listened to your latest YR podcast and I agree with you regarding Elena. I had the same thought that Elena and Hilary could be sisters and have the same mom. You are not the only one who thinks that.
Listening to this week’s podcast and comments, I wanted to note for those posters asking that Tessa’s music is available on Spotify/iTunes/Amazon etc. The stuff on the show could be found by looking up the actress’s name Cait Fairbanks, as she is a real life singer/songwriter, and some of her recent stuff is under her music project Ginesse (I think mostly stuff not on the show). I think the superimposed image of Neil is not only appropriate it is also poignant. It reflects upon our imperative as the audience (and I think the entire entity that constitutes “The Young and The Restless” family) to ask the question why? Was this tragedy avoidable? Did it have to end this way? We look at Neil and stare and we wonder knowing all the time that this image is incapable of giving us answers. Yet we yearn to ask this ghostly spirit these questions nonetheless. It is like staring into the unfathomable mystery of death itself.
I wonder if Ted left so that Gloria can return.
I can’t even allow myself to dare to dream it!!!
That is what I am hoping for!
I want Gloria to have full blown sexual escapades with Jack leading to a heavily intoxicated Las Vegas wedding. She should ride Jack like a bronco busting rodeo driver to the top of the heap of Genoa City high society and make Ashley and Nikki fume with anger. Then, after the dust settles, they discover that they really, truly love each other and the jet-set opprobrium be damned!
