Thoughts for the week: Ugh to Adrian Rosales – took me out of the story seeing an actor over-acting. BORING: Elena. Nate. Chloe when she returns. Kevin. Tessa. Michael’s hair. Lauren’s frozen face. Kyle and Lola’s PASSIONLESS mooning over each other. Tortured Billy and the whole dumb haunting thing (bring “normal” Billy and a Victoria/somebody triangle back). More Theo please!- Seductive actor finessing his scenes with everyone. I hope there is more to what could be an intriguing Chloe story… could also go for Celeste sticking around. I am glad we got to see Michael telling Lauren his reasons for running for distract attorney and that she supports him . I enjoy seeing them working as a team together. It makes it more exciting and interesting to see a couple band together while doing something a little shady and on the sly. It is refreshing to not always see couples keeping secrets from each other.
Because of Billy chewing gum like a goat I googled the relation between sleeping disorder and gum: chewing gum can relieve the feeling of sleepiness during night sleep deprivation and at least temporarily abolish its negative effects. Why haven’t I known this all my life?
How about Lauren strutting her “Mrs. District Attorney” attire! She was giving us the sexy politician’s wife look today!
It is nice to see that Pat Foley is still being celebrated by the Crimson Lights staff for her contributions to the cafe.
Has anyone seen the movie Speed? What do you do when the bad guy has the hostage? YOU SHOOT THE HOSTAGE! Michael took away Adams power over Kevin and Chloe by turning them in. Michael shot the hostages! Hell I’m Team Adam and even I can admit that was GENIUS!
Is Lola’s dad sticking around? Could this be at least a fun match for Phyliss?
I guess now Chelsea will “clean” that money through the Grand Phoenix Hotel. Poor Abby always trusting the wrong people. Just by the hotel outright and hire a manager. Honestly how do you trust Chelsea more than Phyliss? She’s a con artist and even when she had everything as Adam’s widow she was still conning GC citizens.

This isn’t any particular episode. I was just thinking are Kyle and Lola supposed to become our new Caine and Lily? Something about their wedding and how much younger and inexperienced Lola is compared to Kyle reminded me of early days Lily and Caine.
I thought Ashley looked very pretty at the business meeting at Society wearing that turquoise blue dress. You don’t see that colour very often. It really made Ashley’s eyes pop. Her eyes looked ocean blue!
You’re right Ali,. Arturo’s beard is sexy. He looks much better with it!
Count me out. I am not a beard girl in general, especially so given up he cheek. I have eaten with men with beards, and food always ends up there.
Ali I wanted to say I enjoyed hearing your ideas for the show. I agree we could use more animals on the show. I remember when Victoria had a dog, but then the dog went to live with Sam the farmer if I remember correctly. I hope you don’t mind Ali, I wanted to share some thoughts. Although Delia was gone in the October night, a few days later Dash, homeward bound, returned to Billy & Victoria’s Father Knows Best House, but to little fanfare. My heart cried out, but cold hearts B&V Just shipped him out to “Sam the farmer”, I guess… Even Ali was tepid on this topic! So now she wants to run the Genoa City Pet Store! It might have been me, taking Ali’s lead about a teacher in school, but I had suggested Cane over Sharon – given his new passion for English literature, but Sharon would be a fantastic teacher too… As long as she could be hands on (not literally!), but be able to distance herself as well…
Lol! ..I remember Sharon busting out the bathroom window if rhe courthouse. Great memory you have of her wearing high heeled boots! I believe I do remember those. Yes Gary, Sam was with Sharon romantically and then Victor hired Sam to be the vet for the horses at the ranch. I could never forget the s kicker high heel boot! But I don’t remember all the other GC stuff with Sam you write… But as I type fast it’s now flickering recall in my head… Memory can return in little bits and pieces with someone triggering you… I’m really in with you with my post, but now I have to burst your bubble and clarify the fantastic character I was referring to was Dash! And I would like to see your Faith story. How will she rreact when Sharon runs off and organically marries Adam! How can the writers twist this to have Sharon betray her child in this way when Sharon herself just reflected on the bad judgement of all the men in and out of Faith’s life this week??? Is it possible Sharon will not marry Adam because Josh Griffith realizes he can’t justify it?

Victor had a dog named Segundo, he was very cute.
I remember Segundo too! Didn’t Victor have a dog before Segundo that was poisoned? Segundo means “second” in Spanish, so I think that dog came after another…
Zapato I believe…he was poisoned by Patty/Mary Jane Benson if I remember correctly. Miss the dogs on the show…

I know not everyone will agree with me but I was happy when Chelsea told Abby that she wanted to be the manager of the Grand Phoenix Hotel! I didn’t realize how much I missed Chelsea until she returned. I am glad she was not brought back as a short term character. I wasn’t a huge fan before but I feel like having a break from her has made me like her more than I did before.
I was really liking Chelsea in her scene with Phyllis at the coffee house. The time she took stirring and sweetening her coffee was hilarious!
