So it seems that Jill is now suspicious that Colin maybe behind the whole will matter. Also it looks like Theo maybe Dina’s grandson or at least be connected to the Abbott Family, via this Eric Vanderway. Ali, I guess they heard you and put Tyler Johnson(Theo) on contract and got rid of Daniel Goddard(Cain). Which in my opinion sucks.

1) Cane: “For the love of God why did it have to me cursed with the weight of having to inherit 2 1/2 billion dollars!”
2) Jill: “Now that you have inherited 2 1/2 billion dollars are you planning on reconciling with Lily?
Cane: “Who’s Lily?”
3) Jill: “I have got a great idea for your next move Cane. I’ll package this into one neat pitch and market it to the Fox network. We’ll call it ‘Who wants to Marry a Billionaire?’.”

Have been AWOL from Y&R CHAT this week, but just plugged in to learn Cane is leaving. Ali says she’s not surprised. All I can say is I perceive him to be a popular character, but if he’s ever going to exit, now would good a time as any with Traci dumping him, and I guess there is some kind of snafu with him getting Devon’s money or why would he leave town when he can get in so much trouble with all the mega bucks? Maybe in processing all the positives Devon has done with Katherine’s inheritance, a wiser Cane will reject the opportunity to have the money put in his name. Lily will witness this and be a catalyst for better seeing the good in Cane which will propell them getting more lovey-dovey in the immediate future, and GOODBYE! Hate to burst your bubble, but there’s rumors and thoughts out on the interweb saying Daniel Goddard had a hissy fit being paired up with Traci. That’s why the story line was dropped so suddenly. I hope this is a rumor, because I think highly of Daniel Goddard, and this seems grossly immature and disgusting. But when he left a few cryptic tweets over the past few months online hinting at possibly being let go, more like things happen for a reason or be true to yourself, that kind of stuff, one of the tweets was answered by Tristan Rodgers… Read more »
Oh. Wow. Maybe it isn’t true. People would love to propose that. As a true actor (“it’s all about the work”) you’d think DG might relish the opportunity to play a more unorthodox love story. We’ll never know. If those were his feelings, he would have to deny them. Could Daniel Goddard have lost his job over a lack of team spirit?
There has to be more to it than “without Neil and Lily, there’s no Cain”. From everything I’ve ever seen or read about Daniel Goddard, he absolutely loved working at, and being part of, The Young and The Restless.
Yes. My impression was he reached out to see himself as a kind of good will ambassador for the show. He was outgoing and possessed Y&R pride. I liked Ali matter a fact, rolling out,, “He will be back next year when the new regime is fired.” (paraphrase) HA!

I can’t see why Katherine would leave Cane of all people most of her money. Still think it’s not what she wanted. I don’t thimk Devon should give up his inheritance. Maybe Colin and Cane cooked this scam up

Asking for a Friend-Has Mariah killed Tessa and stashed her in the closet, where she found the duffle bag full of money, because we have seen Mariah a couple times this month-but not Tessa and she has not brought her up one time. Maybe we need to put Rey or Paul on the job for missing persons.

This makes no sense that Katherine would leave Cane the bulk of her estate, these writers are truly showing that they are not aware of this shows history or maybe its the times we are living in and they are actually trying to rewrite history. It truly makes not sense to give Cane the money-when Daniel Goddard has been let go from the show. I think that the person connected to Theo or Colin has made a counterfeit will. WE SHALL SEE.
