Love Love Love the new Chance. You guys are crazy not to. The old Chance was boring. This guys brings a rugged handsome and strong male character to the set that was missing.

I’m on the fence. If he’s replacing Cane then NO! But I do like his matter of fact way of speaking & whatever he may have with Abby. I think he looks a little old but some may find his ruggedness intriguing. I hate his wardrobe & hair. The name Chance is lame too. I remember a little of the old Chance who was super boring.

I voted thumbs down. Here is my list of grievances:
1) He’s not John Driscoll, the previous actor who owned the roll for me. I’m a long time viewer since the early days of the show when the episodes were only a half hour and this new actor is not my view of Chance.
2) They style the new actor to fit right into a Rockford Files episode. Totally 70s. Not Genoa City clean cut Chance.
3) He doesn’t look like Nina’s son or Phillip the third’s
Michelle, thumbs up!!!
But like I commented below, John Driscoll was on for such a short time, Y&R must feel like they can re-do him with a clean slate and no one will notice or complain. Except us!
I like the way he stares intensely across a room! He seems very focused on Abby and Phyllis seems very thirsty for him—a good set up for new soapy twists. But will Abby EVER get to just be happy for a while??? I’m not sure Agent Chance can deliver that.

I like new Chance. Comparing him to old Chance, I agree with Ali, the old Chance was kinda boring because he was too straight and narrow. This guy has some ruggedness to him which already has me more compelled. I can’t wait to see what they do with him and who they pair him with.

Oh my word… I immediately liked the actor’s vibe and witty lines! I hope he is in for the long run even though I can’t quite make any suggestions on how he could.

I like the new Chance. He is going to be popular. I hope Abby is his love interest. I hope he is not going to be upset with Jill. I hope Cane will soon leave. He has nothing going for him except stealing Devon’s money. Sorry Ali I know you love Cane.

This guy will be popular, but he seems so strong, penetrating and intense to me. Not in a good way, necessarily… He’s not Chance Chancellor! But the good news is the real Chance Chancellor, Nina’s son, was only part of the Junction landscape for a brief period, so Y&R kind of has carte blanche to re-work him any way they want and fans will keep quiet. Chance Chancellor, we hardly knew ye… Physically, to my eye, he looks more like a melo-dramatic Dylan.

Zero physical attraction to him, however I see how he can impress the ladies with his talks. Chance is trouble!
