Something has been bothering me: is Victor gender discriminating?! He seems to want only men to be CEO (although he told Victoria he supported her) & seems to think she doesn’t need emotional help. I find that incredibly old fashioned & belittling. Theo without facial hair is a shock. He could have facial hair but more groomed than before. I felt like his facial hair made him look scummy. Michael Mealor on the other hand looks very sexy with some scruff! I’ve seen it on his social media. He has a fb page & sometimes does live videos. I agree… Read more »

When Traci said how painful it was for her to hear her father call Ashley ‘My Beauty’. I’d waited a very, very long time to hear that

The lighter moments of Dina’s disease. When she wore that big hat and sunglasses with makeup all over her face

Yes, that was very touching. Remember that was when Victor, in a rare moment where, instead of playing the villain, he transformed himself into a hero and stepped in to be Dina’s Prince Charming. He tried to explain to Dina that her beloved John (who in reality has since grown old, like her, and passed away) was incapacitated by office work but that he was commissioned to be his replacement. Victor provided Dina with a scarce moment of euphoria in an otherwise tragic parable that constitutes her rendezvous with dementia.

When Sharon interrupted her vows with Nick and said to him “you…cheated on me…with Phyllis” and Faith’s reaction (then the way she got over it by the next day)

As she’s doing with her cancer. Barffing up one day, the next in therapy with Victoria. It’s a topsy/turvy life…

This is part of why Victoria remains cronically depressed. Delayed reaction on top of the rest like the latest go round with Billy. Her inability to get off the couch is justified, only now she’s got a heart attack to keep her away from work so the battling for Newman story can further blossom…

Every time Billy is irritated by his mom. “Mom” he says exasperated. I wish Jill would provoke that reaction for her own enjoyment – say something irritating and he says “Mom” then she turns away and smiles. Haha revenge for the teenage years!

What teenage years? She shipped him off to boarding school full time to free herself to better vamp up the town with all that Joan Collins crap –

That Summer is a real Lolita

I meant to mention this a few weeks ago when Summer first got back with Kyle. I thought that Summer would have had more of a surprised and overwhelmed reaction to Kyle telling her that that he wanted to be with her and was ready to leave his wife for her. I feel like Y & R downplayed Summers reaction to Kyle giving her this news. She acted like this was something she knew was going to happen when in reality there was no indication this would happen. The audience felt his new found love for Summer came out of… Read more »

I hope to see more of Christine in the very near future. She is one of my favourite characters. We have not had any follow up on her plans for her new journey in life since she stepped down from being the D. A. Christine is a classic character who deserves a major storyline. More Christine please!

I am glad to see Mariah will be going on tour with Tessa as I hope we will be getting more scenes with Tanner. I really like the actor and his look. I hope we will be getting a storyline for him.

Please allow Sharon to either be sick or be a therapist. She shouldn’t be able to do both. One night she so weak that she needs both daughters to help her walk and the next day she’s running around GC helping Victoria.

The scene today with Ashley, Traci and Jack reading Dina’s end of life wishes was very real and raw. Starting the scene off on a humorous note about Dina’s attention to detail showed how in tune to each other they are concerning their thoughts on their mother. Then, they shared her biggest regret. It was so deeply personal. The look on their faces said it all. They went through a gamut of emotions and Traci’s breakdown when hearing the words she always wanted to hear about her mother actions was so emotional. Bravo!

So glad they included Dina’s regret about not attending Colleen’s funeral due to being estranged. That needed to be said.

I agree, I was so glad to see Tracy get an explanation as to why Dina treated her the way she did. She so deserved it! Now I just wish they would get this storyline over with, I am tired of dreading the inevitable.

You know.. I’ll admit I was one of the many who said that tessa going on tour would be the beginning of the end for tessa and mariah. Little did we know what all would fallout from it. But ive never been so glad to be wrong, at least for now. Because let me just say I was on the verge of happy tears when they worked it out.

Some of us had tears but for other reason. At this point I feel that the writers should just end this relationship because they don’t know how to handle it. Maybe Mariah will end up sleeping with Tanner, you know the saying “never say never” and Mariah said it a lot to Tessa about cheating on her again. But frankly, either way I think sending Mariah on tour with Tessa is a way to get rid of the characters, well Tessa for sure, plane crash maybe. And as much as I love her character I would consider it to be… Read more »

For me, I am happy to see this couple stay on the show. They even showed them in bed together—how far we have finally progressed! But are they staying on the show for real? They are both going on “tour” and Mariah now has no job to tie her to GC. It will be too bad if they are out, especially multiple Daytime Emmy winner Camryn Grimes.

I am not sure if I have asked this question before. l was just curious how Adam’s name became Adam if he was named Victor Jr.? Is it a middle name? I had stopped watching when Adam was first brought onto the show as an adult.

It is. He’s legally victor jr. But probably to keep things less confusing for the shows sake, they call him adam.

Yes! I think they would know better this far into her illness. Kyle was always great with Dina—very gentle and on her wavelength. Maybe I can start to like him again if he swoops in and has some great moments with her in her final days.

I don’t love where this whole Victor/Murder storyline may be headed BUT I absolutely love #Chadam and love love Alyssa. And Mark Grossman, the whole dark prince thing suits him so well. He plays manipulative to a T!! Also, my theory is that Hope killed Alyssa’s father and Victor “buried” the whole thing. 🙂

I’m guilty of the Jughead remark—and I’m sorry! Now I’m constantly fixated on that weird front cowlick situation they have on our boy Adam! He’s a good looking man, but what is happening??? The hair team at YR is not great re: the men. Adam, Nick, Michael, even little Connor—yikes! I’m all for diversity in male hair styles, but save us from Jughead, gobs of gel, and weird cuts.
