It would be interesting if Traci took the job with Chancellor Industries. We have not seen Traci working at a company since she was CEO of Jabot a long time ago. ( I researched that to be sure). I hope Traci takes Lily and Billy’s offer and that we see more of Traci on the show. I think she will. It will also be doubly interesting if Cane were to come back to the show and possibly date Traci again. I don’t think Lily would like that too much. I too would like to see more of Traci. If she took a job with Chancellor Communications, she could host a media event. In true soap style, Paul could come and admit he loved her last book. He would then offer to take her to lunch to be a consultant on her next detective book. Over a series of lunches and dinners, their feelings would develop. Since Christine is so rarely on screen. The writers could play up all the angles of them being torn between what is moral and what their hearts want.
That’s an interesting idea. I hope we see more of Christine. I do like her and Paul but I would be up for a mixing of couples.
I would love nothing more than for Jack and Jill to get together romantically! I was not really interested in Jack’s previous relationships with Keri or Phyllis. A Jack and Jill romance would definitely interest me immensely! I know Ali you had said that Jill wasn’t on the show enough to get involved with Jack but as you pointed out we have been getting a lot of Jill lately. I like that Phyllis retaliated and went after Abby by having inspectors observe that Abby did not have all the permits in place. Yeah! I am normally team Abby but I felt Abby was being too cocky. I wonder what Abby’s next move will be. It’s like a chess game with these two, only much better.
Does anyone know how many new episodes are remaining to be seen?
I think there was enough through May, but not sure with preemptions and classic episodes may last longer which may be their intention. Most of episodes preempted can be seen on CBS ACCESS
This Friday I viewed the episode which included Neal and Drucilla’s honeymoon. I forgot what an adorable and fun couple they were. I loved their playful dynamics. Did anyone else catch the huge cordless phone and Drucilla’s’ reference to paging herself. Great memories.
Today’s classic episode!!! Yes, I’m watching it, and YES, it’s throwing me into a tailspin. It’s so incredible, I almost can’t handle it. My head might explode.
Adam and Chelsea are being really cruel to Alyssa! Adam you are using and lying to your old childhood friend. Do they not feel any guilt at all for how they are treating her? Adam calls her a liability! You brought her into this and said you would publish her article, what do you think would happen? Of course she will follow-up if nothing is published. I m excited for Victoria to team up with Alyssa.

Just checked my PVR. Canada got the Neil and Dru classic episode yesterday. I did not get Nikki & Victor’s wedding though. I’ll have to find it online. I hope the classics air in both countries in the future. BTW if your episode gets preempted by news coverage check out the CVS West channel 2-3 hrs later. It could replay there. Same in Canada on global T. O and global Vancouver. That’s how I’m able to watch a show if I miss it the first time.
I don’t know what channel you watch Y&R but I did not get any classic episodes. They were all new episodes. Global T.O has not aired any classics.
I didn’t imagine Amanda would ever again wear an one-shoulder white dress.

I’m really looking forward to whatever Victor has up his sleeve. Destroying Adam isn’t it though. I’d settle for a lick’n, or maybe messing with his relationship with Chelsea. Adam and Chelsea are perfect for each other. Their black hearts compliment each other.
I do want to watch things get as topsy turvy as I’m feeling.

If Abby can go to the city council t say it is in the best interest of Genoa CIty to build her hotel at very early morning hours than I am pretty sure Phyllis can do the same. A few may know I consider myself somewhat of a Chancellor expert, so could someone please help me to continue to look good and explain exactly what Chancellor Industries does for a living??? Once upon a time I thought they sold lumber, but now I’m deciphering they, in part, are in the business of promoting authors?
I thought Neil and Devon or Maybe Mariah was doing that as a sub-division of their own jobs… All are in the modern business of hype these days…

Except for Jabot, it’s funny how all the power family owned companies in town seem credible and realistic to us within the framework of a fantasy soap, yet we are not really privy to what they actually do, sell or promote! Jabot is unique in that everybody knows it’s all about the make-up! I think that once upon a time there were lumber mills and it was all about the wood.
I thought they were in development of downtown buildings like the GCAC.
