I should add that Scott offered Abby an engagement ring only after Sharon flat out rejected his offer and tossed the ring on the floor. Prior to that I believe the closest thing that Scott and Abby had going on was a one night stand the two engaged in after Zach locked the two of them up in a container.
Cranky Ellen Alert! I see that the Chloe and Kevin baby story makes some people happy. I do like seeing Esther on screen and she deserves good things. But honestly, Chloe should be in prison. Three violent pre-meditated murder attempts? Sorry—she needs to be locked up. Kevin helped her be a fugitive—that I can overlook I suppose. But psychotic killer Chloe should be in the mental ward of a state prison. Don’t care about her supposedly cute family unless they redeem her character somehow.
As usual they are telling half the story. Not one person has asked— WHY did Adam take Faith and give her to Ashley? Because he felt terribly guilty about causing Ashley’s miscarriage, right? It’s like he just did it for fun as they are telling it now. Adam’s “solution” was not remotely okay, but it’s such poor storytelling. The narrative of Adam being evil and without conscience has never been true. Adam has plenty of ammunition to use against Billy—I hope the writers don’t wimp out. Michael can not take on Phyllis as her counselor because he is the district attorney. That would be a conflict of interest.
