I am sure Melissa Ordway’s real life husband has a real life job in the real world. It would be a shame to see Mr. Boaz get kicked off the show just because he came down with Covid-19.
Her husband is an actor too, not sure if he is working though. They won’t kick Danny Boaz off, he’s great as Chance their resident do gooder and he is nice to look at too!
I just watched a movie called Assassin 33AD which stared Donnie Boaz, pretty good movie and great acting on his part.

It’s been about two weeks and no one has mentioned anything about Elena’s new haircut. It’s cute and quite different from her previous look. No one can say, “Elena, love the new look!”
I actually like her new short cut. Very becoming. She is beautiful.

I forgot to mention I love the name Abby has picked out if the baby is a girl….Dianna! lol. I really was delightfully surprised! It will be neat to hear my name being said on y&r. Thank goodness she is not going to let Chance pick the name as he wanted to choose Agatha.
Have fun with your name Dianna. I’ve enjoyed hearing mine over the years. I hope the character Dianna is fun, clever, and empathic. The character with my name was so much fun to watch at the beginning, but now she’s so cold it’s been a little bit difficult to bear.
A bit too much Murder On The Orient Express for a newborn.

I am happy to say that my dad is out of the hospital after having been there for several weeks. He needed some of his medications adjusted and then was placed in the physiotherapy unit once he was medically fine. On the last night I was visiting him before bringing him home, I got a glimpse of what alzheimer’s and dementia really looks like in real life. I just wanted to share this as the legacy character Dina just recently passed away on the show from this terrible disease. The nurse told me there were patients there with this disease… Read more »
Thankful your father is home. Yes, so true that some Alzheimer’s sufferers, if they are still able to speak, become ugly and abusive. Poor people, they don’t mean harm. My friend’s grandmother used to be fully dressed, then put on her bra and underwear on the outside of her clothes and demand to be taken shopping. My uncle is currently living with the effects of Alzheimer’s, he is still functional but losing it month by month. It must have been a shock to you Dianna to hear and see what you did. So, Dina coming into the living room with… Read more »
Wonderful news—several weeks in the hospital is a long time. He must be so happy to be back home at last! And yes, Alzheimer’s or any kind of brain disease is so difficult. We lose the person piece by piece. My brother had an undetected slow growing brain tumor, then it was too late to treat. Nurses and other staff in long term care and memory units really are special.
I’m a nurse. I do Home Care so I see alot of patients with dementia and Alzheimers. Glad your father was able to come home. The nurse you talked to is correct. You see all facets of dementia and it’s not easy to take but families really appreciate health care workers who can ease the burden, Good luck, Dianna
I wonder who got the stockings embroidered with the names of Elena and Lola? Which one of them had the time to get that done? It seems like they have both been very busy working to have gotten that done. Whoever it was, was very thoughtful to do so. I am going to guess it was Lola, to try and make Elena feel welcome in her new home!
I have loved having Nina back on the show these past couple of weeks. She is a very likeable classic character who is a natural. I really enjoyed the flashback scene when Nina gave the angel to Abby and Chance at the mansion. I remember little Philip very well! As soon as I saw those very chubby cheeks it brought me right back to that time. I don’t think we have seen that little “Philip” in over 20 years. It was really great to see.
I liked Johnny grown up in Billy’s dream. He was cute.

Billy Boy Abbot is a perfect example of how possessing the life cocktail of charm, charisma, a devilishly handsome smile, good looks, a rich family with connections and loads personal wealth allows an individual who is hot headed, driven by revenge and impulsive to skate out of almost any troublesome situation. Adam also fits this bill.
Just to correct the record, Adam grew up on a remote farm in Kansas helping his blind mother keep things going. He didn’t go to fancy boarding schools. I believe he earned his Harvard Business degree on his own. His misdeeds began AFTER being drawn into the Newman family. And now they are trying to rewrite his history and pretend that because he suppressed the memory of pushing a bad man who was threatening his blind mother when he was 11 years old, he has been “troubled” from a young age. Uh huh. But yes, Adam has certainly done MANY… Read more »
Same life cocktail for Adam.
the difference being that Adam discovered the wealthy family with connections element later in life while Billy grew up with it. That being said, Daddy Victor was always keeping tabs on little Adam and stepping in when Hope called on him from his throne in GC. Also, Adam has made good use of Daddy Victor and the perks of being a Newman to squirm out of multiple troublesome situations since his adult debut in GC.
I’m sure Johnny and Christian will be aged soon and then they will find out

I am just catching up with y&r so I don’t want to read the comments on here. I am very behind this week. I just watched Monday’s episode. How does Lily know about Markmanship gloves? I have never heard of them. She said they are shooting gloves. Is that something that is common knowledge? Lily knew right away without a doubt what this brand of gloves is used for. I don’t think being in prison would have taught Lily that, but I am not sure.

I wish they would have Billie with Amanda as a love interest and not Lily. Billie and Amanda had a much better chemistry.

Yay! The end to the illogical “who shot Chance” story complete with police misconduct and a jail guard calling a detainee “Mr. Abbott”. So realistic, start to finish! At least we can leave it in 2020 with lots of other bad things.

Sorry Nate and Elena, I fast forwarded your scene after Amanda got the call to go to the police station cause I just knew Billy was being released and had to get to that! A little anti-climactic actually though. I would have loved to see more excitement on Billy and Amanda, but I understand their hesitancy.
I thought I really enjoyed Melissa Ordway’s real life husband stepping in as Chance. But seeing Donny Boaz back was a wonderful surprise.
Yes, the Chance Chancellor issue, who to choose, is a real quagmire!
I am sure Melissa Ordway’s real life husband has a real life job in the real world. It would be a shame to see Mr. Boaz get kicked off the show just because he came down with Covid-19.
Agreed. Notice how when Chance and Abby gave Nina the photo, we didn’t see it. They need time to take pictures with the “real” Chance.
Her husband is an actor too, not sure if he is working though. They won’t kick Danny Boaz off, he’s great as Chance their resident do gooder and he is nice to look at too!
I was glad to see Danny back and sorry he missed the wedding scenes. But Melissa’s husband did a great job stepping in.

Dina would never head out of the house in her unmentionables to go shopping at Fenmores, Paris import section…
It definitely was a shock. Sorry to hear about your uncle Sandra.

The nurses really are special. I don’t know how they do it. My dad always says he admires them.
I am very sorry to hear about your brother Ellen.
Thank you so much Dianna for sharing your personal struggle. I’m so glad your father is doing better and is home.
Thank you Victoria

Your job is very admirable MaryAnn. It takes a special person like yourself.
Record time for Billy’s exit from the infamous Genoa City Jail! I was looking forward to a highly skilled escape for Billy’s final exit from YnR.
He’s leaving?

Sorry, gotta fast forward the next scene too, probably only gonna see your first scene today, oh and sorry about Nathan’s prognosis too btw.
