As a new-ish fan of the show I don’t know everyone’s history on the show, but I was shocked by how Jack treated Kelly after Phyllis came back from her coma. Before Marco even showed up, he was flip flopping between the two and even made a promise to Kelly that his heart was with her… only to tell Phyllis the same thing, like, one episode later. I always thought he was so cruel to Kelly, and that was what drove her over the edge. So, while I really love Jack in a lot of ways, I think this is… Read more »

Billy, who is being played by a Jack Nicholson doppelganger, is demonstrating who the real patriarch of the Abbott clan is by staking claim to the presumptive matriarch Phyllis. Since Charles Pratt and company has chosen to reduce Jack Abbott into a kinder, gentler, thousand points of light mound of sniveling, pusillanimous, quivering jelly it became imperative to institute a new alpha male in order to maintain a balance of power between the two competing families.

I said it was hot. I will start off by saying in the falsity of it, it is morally wrong and extremely inappropriate what Billy and Phyllis are doing. I do agree that if Phyllis wants to be with Billy, she should end it with Jack first or if she keeps saying this can’t happen again then do everything you can to limit when you see him (do not go to his house). However, this is a good ol’ soap opera affair, where Billy is coming across as the bad boy and rebellious. This affair can be labeled as forbidden… Read more »

First of all, not hot, but… Phyllis still feels betrayed by the Marco situation, and Jack hasn’t defended her the way that she feels that Jack has never defended her the way that she feels that he should have. Phyllis fell in love with the Jack that fought Victor. He has now become the too passive version of his father. Phyllis is a fighter, always has been from the time she showed up in Genoa City. While Billy has become the alpha male, Jack has become too passive, so Phillis has found herself drawn to Billy. She is conflicted because… Read more »

Billy and Phyllis have chemistry and I think they are hot, BUT so wrong! Phylis with the lies, manipulation, scheming, sneaking around and now sleeping with Jacks brother…she is going to crush Jack and hurt people directly and indirectly. Morally does she still think she’s better than Victor? Although, I’m sure Victor will be blamed for her choices

These two together are so so gross. That was the most forced staged try-too-hard uncomfortable sex scene I have ever seen on this show. It just went on and on forever like Chinese water torture. I really can’t stand this new Billy. They have completely changed his character, stripped away all the warm humor and charm that Billy Miller brought to the role. Now this new Billy is a scowling miserable mean-spirited douche with no redeeming qualities at all. And please Jason Thompson keep your shirt ON! I’m sorry to say but he doesn’t have the physique to stand around… Read more »

I think Phyllis never got the revenge she really wanted for the Marco violation and possibly never will let go of her need for vengeance, which I can relate to. She was horribly violated and the emotional wound from that runs deep, deeper than Jack seems to understand, which has been one of the driving forces in her being attracted to Billy. Billy understands her pain and thirst for revenge, not only because of Delia’s tragic death, but also for the heap of crap Victor has done to him over the years. I also think that Billy deeply disapproves of… Read more »

Yea, I also thought that Phyllis “left jack”, mentally, a while ago because of all of the Marco stuff.

I agree with you Jamie. I also have been thinking that Jack never really recognized the depth of the trauma that Phyllis has endured with Marco. I guess you could argue that maybe she hasn’t done the same with Jack, but honestly, I think whatever happened to Phyllis runs DEEP (not to mention the humiliation when everything came out). It would be interesting if they use this affair to dig into that.

It’s like Phyllis crucified the rest of the world because she was duped and slept with Marco thinking it was Jack. She cried how bad it was that she slept with another man. Now, months later, she willingly cheats on Jack with Billy. You need a slap Phyllis; you can’t have it both ways. I hope Jack dumps Phyllis.

Lol January…instead of a slap picture what we call “an Italian karate chop”; it’s a swift smack in the back of the head to literally knock sense into someone!

Hot! Now we’re getting back to the bottom line of what Soaps used to be like…….i.e., “bed-hopping”…..those scenes were really off the chain! WOW! Phyllis possibly was damaged in some way when Marco was in her life in terms of his rough treatment of her. I think she just likes it rough! Jack can’t measure up….he’s too nice….etc.

I voted not hot. I am not finding the new Billy very appealing. He almost died and you would think he would want to be a better man. To Me he’s worse. It’s like he wants to get even with his brother Jack and he doesn’t care how. Phyllis has never been one of my favorites but how can she do this to Jack. I hope Jack doesn’t go to drinking or taking pills again.

Hate it! Disgusting. As much of a Phyllis fan as I am, I’m looking at her differently. Everything she’s put Jack though, yet she still has to back stab him. First with Nick, now Billy? Jack suffered in all of this madness too, but of course she put his feelings to the side and focused on herself. Hate hate hate this!

NOOO, this is NOT hot. This is just classic Phyllis. She’s always been a hoe. She slept with Nick while he was still married to Sharon. And didn’t she cheat on Nick and sleep with Ronan? Oh and lets not forget how we were introduced to her character on Y & R. She slept with Danny as a groupie and got pregnant with Daniel. Hoping she would have changed, but every time she kept coming over to Billy’s house, I was like here we go again.

I don’t like the philis and Billy relationship and hate that she is doing that to jack , is really discusting and hard to watch philis and Billy doing it , poor jack , as much as I like phillis and jack together jack should just devorce philis she not loyal to him and she is in love with his brother now , this is Hilary and neil and Devon all over again .

Phyllis’s chemistry is only remarkable with jack…not nick. Def not Billy. It just makes Phyllis’s look like a home wrecker again…she should get a bf on her own -someone unattached if she’s powerful confident and interesting. She seems to troll the married or otherwise commited Family men. Gross!
