I’m changing my vote…I had voted yes to Mariah being Abby & Chance’s surrogate. What a wonderful, selfless act on Mariah’s part. But that was when Abby & Chance were going to be the parents. I don’t like Abby + anonymous donor = Mariah carrying Ian Ward’s offspring for the nonexistent Chancellor family. It could happen…
I voted no only because I think it would be interesting if Lola was the surrogate instead. It might make Kyle feel something for her. But I do think a pregnant Mariah would be really funny. I’m interested in Chance & Abby’s baby story because I’ve thought about it too. Because of a chronic genetic liver disease any baby would be high risk for me. For this reason I wonder what the surrogate process involves.
I’m all for Mariah being the surrogate. I’m just glad they’re doing something positive with Mariah!
I read a spoiler on Soap Hub that today Monday was Danny Boaz’s last day. He was let go for financial reasons because of how expensive COVID protocol is. How does that make sense? Why Him? Abby and him were good together and wanted to have a baby, and now he is done? Crazy!!!
I was not expecting Chance Chancellor, Danny to get the axe in this surprise news story for Monday and I was definiately not expecting CBS Soaps In Depth, online, to have the info wrapped up in a pretty bow. Get this – Apparently the character of Chance is not being recast or killed off, he will simply cease to exist on the show. What? This is the craziest ever. No. They are just to close. But then if Mariah would and then decide to keep the baby…what a storyline that would be.
Who would have guessed that only a day after this poll question was asked that the whole issue would become mute?
At first I thought this was a good ideal. It was my 2021 Prediction, after all. I thought it would cause Mariah and Tessa, to have some deep and meaningful conversations. Or have the couples in each other’s orbit. But as Abby said it is just about the three of them. Tessa has basically been left out of this equation. So Not Right.
Well, I finally got that meaningful conversation about babies and marriage, with Tessa and Mariah.
I voted Yes Mariah should do it. Will make for alot of drama and she is perfect because she is close to them and won’t be a stranger. But we all know it won’t go smoothly!
