I don’t get what the writers are trying to do with Victoria. Are they trying to show that because she is a female version of Victor she will never find a man who can love her for who she is? Watching her be so jealous and vindictive toward Lily is just hard to watch. I would much rather see her embroiled in drama with someone new (Rey, Theo, anyone at this point!) than hanging around Billy and Lily where she is not wanted and acting desperate and insecure. I agree. I think the writers are ruining her character , making her so desperate , insecure and just mean. She does need a new man in her life. She misses being in love. Maybe she is regretting spending her whole life at Newman except for the kids.

I am finding it hard to understand Victoria’s strategy. On the one hand, she informs Ashland that she is speaking for Newman Enterprises and that any further conversations regarding a merger needed to be negotiated through her. So, is she trying to torpedo her father from engineering a deal that will maintain Cyaxeres under his wing? If so what does it matter if Cyaxeres is a division of Newman Enterprises or not? I think Victor will remove Victoria and go back to running the company himself. He misses the action, the wheeling and dealing. And he does seem to be getting close to Adam again
