I read on SoapsSheKnows that Mishael Morgan had to have surgery to save her vision from a detached retina on her right eye. She was wearing an eyepatch in a photo. So if Amanda goes on quick trip out of town we’ll know why.
You say you weren’t, but I have to wonder if you have not been poisoned…
It would be more soapy and more tolerable type of story if Mariah become attached to the Chancellor baby and sue for custody, along with Devon and Abby. I am slowly coming around with the surrogacy storyline. But I would be more excited if the writers put that twist in! I am also predicting right now that Devon and Amanda will imo reunite and get back together in the next month or two. Probably even sooner.
Elena or Amanda will end up pregnant with Devon’s baby. I don’t think Mariah will be pregnant yet or she may lose the baby. She may not want to give up the baby if she does have it.

I “feel ya Gary.” She’s a popular young actress as she has been in several major films. It’s probably time for another hiatus so she can prepare for another feature film. What better way to exit the Y&R for a bit than to have her shipped back off to boarding school. Hopefully the writers haven’t decided to kill her off as they have other children in the past (Delia, Cassy, etc.).
It would be so extradonary and so not welcome if they killed her off just like daughter #1. Think of the endless drama, but I have to believe they wouldn’t dare…
I don’t think Faith will die, but her and her parents have a lot to fix. She is off the deep end. She is following a bad path with the drinking and the bullying isn’t helping. That was awful what Jordan did but Faith shouldn’t have been so trusting or gullible
What I am now finding interesting about this bullying storyline for Faith, is that back in 2018(Mal Young’s time), he had Faith stand up to the boy that was bullying the girls in school. She called him a “loser’, in front of the whole class. Nick and Sharon had to go to the school. This was during the whole killing of JT Storyline. But now Josh Griffith has turned her into a weak victim and succumbed so easily to bullying. I’m surprised 82% of Chats want Amanda to dump Devon for good. As Chance Chancellor returns home on the eve of Abby’s baby being born he discovers she is in love with the baby’s father – and it isn’t him! Devon is forgoing his two true loves, Elena and Amanda for loopy Abby. An embarrassment of love riches for him!
So did Chelsea think Rey would die? She did say she was sorry to poison him but it would be worth it! I guess either way would bring big dividends as she takes great pleasure in tooting her skills as the con artist! Chelsea should have just gotten up out of her wheelchair and filed for divorce like a normal person, like Ali said, I think.

After the way you behaved when you found out Adam returned from the “dead” I hardly think you need to go psycho over a kiss with Sharon. You know Adam loves Sharon. And Chelsea is a psychopath. Adam was her soulmate at the time of the explosion and when he returned from the dead acted like she didn’t know him. Skitzo.
Only it is hard for Chelsea to know Adam loves Sharon, as apparently he also loves her. I don’t know who Adam loves, he is all over the place, but Chelsea has certainly been Adam’s soul mate and true love in the past. With so many switcharoos Adam makes Chelsea’s head spin and so it went off it’s axis where she is now less a con artist than a twisted sister.
And planning to take Conner away from Adam because he kissed, or even loves somebody else. To me that is despicable to use your child as a weapon, when it is extremely detrimental to a child’s well-being not to have their father in their life. It is so dumb over a kiss, psycho.
I can’t imagine a scenario where Chelsea stays on the show. Deliberate poisoning is attempted murder. She’s got to go to jail for trying to kill a cop, no? Plus all her other misdemeanors like stealing Sharon’s knickknacks.
That is the crime, taking those tchotchkes. Remember: One person’s junk, another’s treasure. Does anyone know if the tray was but plated or sterling? I have to be honest and say I most definiately do not remember Sharon receiving any such odd gifts from Michael Muhney. Chelsea had no connection to Adam at that time so how is she aware of the offerings to Sharon, and what irrational thinking has her stealing them from her now? After the last time Adam died Chelsea was dating Nick, and spent a lot of time with Faith. Maybe one day when Conner and Chelsea were dropping off Faith Sharon showed the items to Conner while trying to cheer him up about his dad, sharing good memories. At that point there would have been no reason to hide it, not until Rey’s controlling behavior made her have to be secretive. True, but other events have made this such a hot issue…
I dunno, I can’t say I will be sad if she leaves, but we have seen people get off the hook, yes for somewhat less, but they could cast doubt enough that she gets not guilty or Michael doesn’t feel they can prosecute. Adam may even refuse to implicate her for Conner’s sake, but get himself off still. The evidence is that Rey collected may all be inadmissible due to receiving a search warrant without reasonable cause other than his biased suspicion. She can go tangle with Phyllis for Nick now.
Rey’s search warrant was highly illegal in my opinion. There has to be reasonable objective cause, and Rey is not objective. I find it hard to believe that a judge would issue a search warrant based on nothing but the biased hunch of a cop who foolishly executed the warrant alone on the man he thinks tried to kill him. Who is to say he didn’t plant the evidence as revenge? Adam and Chelsea should both walk because none of the evidence is admissible and the GCPD is not good enough to come up with perhaps video of Chelsea passing… Read more »
Good point Gary about how Chelsea acquired the poison? I never thought about that. We know it wasn’t Chloe as she had no idea Chelsea was poisoning Rey. We were given this hint in the previews and it is confirmed as you will see on the upcoming episode.
I thought the same thing about why there are all of these bottles of liquor at the ranch house when NIkki is an alcoholic. Victor should at least have the liquor locked up.
Kudos to the actress Alyvia Alan Lind who portrays Faith. She expressed such hope and unbelievability while receiving texts from Tommy, and then despair and humiliation when she realized it was Jordan. Unable to break from Jordan’s grip, Faith returned to the way Jordan had taught her to unwind. She grabbed, Victor’s birthday gift from Victoria, tequila and ran away. Jordan has totally been a bad influence as many chatters predicted. My heart goes out to Faith.
I am confused as to why the police is allowing Rey to take any form of investigating his own poisoning. That is major conflict of interest to have the victim pursue their own attacker. This would have been the opportunity to bring back Paul to investigate!
I ask chatters to pray for Faith in her wild ride
Now, if Melissa Claire Egan(Chelsea) is not leaving the show. And Adam didn’t bust her. Then Faith somehow is going to cause an accident and maybe hurt Adam, so that it takes awhile before he gives Chelsea up. Also, did Chelsea just really put her best friend Chloe in the line of fire?
If Faith is doomed to crash into someone I hope that someone is Jordan.

I hope it was just a way for Joshua Morrow (Nick) to give an “informercial” at the end of Friday’s show regarding teen drinking, etc., and that Faith will not be severely hurt in the crash which looks like what has happened.
Nailed it Henry except that the “informercial” was on Monday.
Adam caught Chelsea moving when he peaked in on her. Adam could have just as easily accidently poured a cold glass of water on Chelsea as her natural instinct would be to react. It’s not too late to do that if Chelsea somehow tries to deny her recovery.
Ali, I have to say I love watching basketball just as much as Y&R. I never would have dreamed I would be saying that as I only became a fan two years ago when the Raptors made it to the finals and then won the championship. It is a big deal because in Canada we only have 1 team. I completely sympathize with you, as I can relate to how you feel as I felt that way about basketball at one time as well. Now I love it! What doesn’t make sense about Faith and the phony texts is that if Faith had a new phone and number, how did Jordan supposedly get her new number unless Faith gave it to her? If Faith gave Jordan the number and only her then wouldn’t Faith then realize that it was Jordan texting her all along? I like that we are getting story lines with Faith and her teenage troubles but I feel like this story line has too many holes in it. Faith is supposed to be smart. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This is what I say. If you are going to tell a story, make it make sense. These are supposed to be professional writers. As a viewer I don’t like to have my intelligence insulted.
Seems like a really long plot tool either to a) get Faith off the show toleave for boarding school (cuz, let’s not think of th ealternative) OR b) a way she’ll ultimately meet Marcus, either he’ll be driving to gC or she’ll end up in the clinic or hospital and he’ll be making rounds with Nate, etc. Etc.
I am disappointed it was Chelsea all along gaslighting Sharon and Rey. I was hoping for something more complex than that. I don’t know if Chelsea is leaving the show but if she’s staying I assume Faith his gonna hit Adam and put him in a coma to keep Chelsea’s secret a while longer probably till May sweeps and then eventually it will get brushed under the rug.
Or Faith will crash and Adam will save her life—again. Hmmm, the storylines have definitely been juiced up lately. I’m glad about that—we were in a pretty sleepy period for a while there.

I heart broke for Faith. While watching from the excitement of her thinking the person texting her is Tommy to the slow gut wrenching realization that Jordan fooled her, I felt what what Faith must have been feeling. That stomach sinking, heat racing panic thinking “what just happened”! That was beyond cruel what Jordan did. She played with Faiths emotions, more than kids just picking on her for her family problems. Yeah…I was like go with you instincts Faith, but she got caught up. So it looks like she’s gonna be in a car driving clearly drunk…all of that will be a guaranteed recipe for disaster. I’m predicting that she will hit Adam somehow and that will put him in a coma for a while so he can’t snitch on Chelsea right away.
Social media makes everything so much harder for adolescents. As if growing wasn’t already so awkward! Nikki really dropped the ball—she really thought Faith could just shake this experience off? She was already so fragile from the bullying and now she feels betrayed and humiliated. With COVID restrictions Nikki couldn’t even hug her crying granddaughter. And now drunk driving??? Let’s hope Faith will just be off to boarding school and nothing tragic happens when this all resolves. (Ironically the actress will be playing a high school bully in her role on the Chucky series. That will be a switch!)
