I admit it, I’m a Phyllis Stan. Sally rolled into town and set her sights on Summer, gunning for her job and accepting the position of drama minion with Theo. Everybody knows that Phyllis goes full harpy to protect her daughter. Jack potentially being used just sweetened the pot for Miss Summers, Sally kept poking the mamma bear, not the best move. Let the games begin.
The writers have done a good job of painting Sally sympathetically. They have downplayed her scheming and upped her emotional abilities. However, I voted for Phyllis. While Sally was romancing Jack, she was planning to release her damning information about Kyle. If she was truly redeemed, she would have dropped her revenge plot. The information Summer held, was well known in LA. Residents of Genoa city were bound to find this out. I’m all for more revenge as Sally tries to even the score with Phyllis. I hope Gloria is enlisted to help.
I like Sally, she is a young Phyllis and need a few more years under her belt to outwit Phyllis.
I am team Sally only because … “I love a good underdog story” yes I do ;).Of course Phyllis is trying to protect her daughter and cares about Jack with who she is connected to by her past and always will be. But to me she’s shoving her nose too much into someone elses buisness! She is just looking for a fight right now (And I know she’s that kind of person:D ) But come on! Definitely on Sally’s side here. Phyllis needs to get off her high horse and remember that she’s basically an outsider in GC too. It would be one thing if Sally actually did something to Phyllis but she hasn’t. Sally has done absolutely nothing to Phyllis that would warrant this kind of animosity. But now that they’ve declared war, I hope it’ll be Sally that will come out on top!
Phyllis has no right to get in Sally’s face and ruin her budding romance with Jack. Sally just wants to succeed in life and business .She may be too ambitious but she is kind at heart. Phyllis is a busybody butting into her daughter’s life. She needs to stop it!
Go Sally! She really wasn’t a bad person in LA—not until the very end when the writers trashed her character with the fake illness story and the very brief kidnapping of Felony Flo. Sally has always worked very hard for everything she has. She rarely catches a break. I hope she takes Phyllis DOWN. Phyllis is obnoxious and full of herself these days. I miss Gina’s portrayal which made me root for the character. #teamsally
I’m completely shocked that I would vote for the newbie SALLY, but find myself with my back up with Phyllis trying to run someone out of town she hardly knows. Sally is a bit of a trouble maker, I guess, but since her days at Forester she seems to just want to get along (with a few diversions along the way), but these dopey types like Summer and Kyle are so intimidated by her that they can’t just mind their own businesses and hope for the best. I think Phyllis is just wrong in this situation. Sally is the aggrieved party and she deserves restitution. Phyllis is in for some comeuppance but I don’t think her punishment will be commensurate with the crime which will not be such a bad thing.
