It would be so much more interesting if Mariah is a match for Faith. Then she can decide if she will help out her sister or her friend who is basically treating her like a goddess. She will ultimately choose Faith and lose the baby due to the surgery. She will be filled with guilt either way. This would provide a ton of emotions and much more unpredictability. Cmon the Adam redemption story is just too obvious and so boring.

And Aha! Esther just mentioned a room in the east wing that is practically soundproof.

Faith will probably get a kidney transplant. She has a rare blood type. I think the perfect t match will either be Moses or her “X-Friend,” JORDAN.

Chelsea’s nurse Meredith just arrived on GH as a toughy prison inmate.
Taking her chances at the Newman penthouse would have been a better choice than ending up in the local state prison. Melissa CE’s real best friend who is not an actress hardly said a word, but clearly has enough repressed hostilities to hold her own and toss an inmate as needed.
CLASSIC “SOAP STUFF.” When one door closes at one network the door opens at another.

Could the story be heading for Abby and Mariah to start to have feelings for one another and decide to raise this baby together?! That would certainly make for a very layered story for all involved. I think Tessa’s support thus far has been adorable, especially when Mariah had pregnancy nausea,. I usually watch this show after recording a week’s worth, but am glad this week to be caught up in real time! My other thought this week is what a great re-cast the actress seems to be who plays Faith. She has assimilated many of Alyvia Lind’s nuances, but… Read more »
Agree! Noticed instantly she kind of has a bit of Alyvia’s sppech patterns down while being a presence unto herself. Appreciated. The best new Faith we’re going to get!
I would say she’s a little more poised and self assured than the real Faith. I liked the younger Faith’s bit of social awkwardness but #2 will work out just fine! i think everybody agrees.
Given the scope of the drama Faith was conceived as a socially awkward teenager and this provided Ms. Lind her most compelling acting performances to date, but prior to that Faith was a force who confronted her peers and elders on her own terms and was capable of navigating through any predicament without the assistance of others.

I think the storyline with Abby hovering over Mariah might go somewhere. The current writers refer to the past, and Abby might kidnap Mariah until the baby is born. Nina is there, and over time might recognize the signs as it was done to her. I don’t remember where Nina was held, but that big mansion is big, and that would explain why writers moved Mariah in there, and Tessa sent on the road. I like this idea. Abby won’t mistreat her, just hold her captive.
Abby always has a foot in fantasyland, but this seems like a streach.

I was going to make a snarky comment about Y&R being too cheap to re-inact their hospital set, but maybe that isn’t the point. The only person who would care that A Locke had a heart attack would be that woman, Tara, the adulterous wife and we will notice they hardly have any scenes together anyway. There is their living room front set with the big blue painting from N.Y. where Tara calls from to chat up Kyle, but that’s it. Tara whines to Kyle that she had a terrible blow-out with the hubby but Y&R doesn’t think it’s important… Read more »
We probably won’t see many new sets until the $1.25B renovations to Television City have updated YR — but at least we know it’s coming. And the show has been renewed through 2024. I heard Days is still waiting to hear about next year. I don’t watch it but it would be a shame to lose another soap.
Ellen, I don’t know what you are making reference to. CBS Television City has been long sold with very little press concerning the fact. Someone told me they are tearing it down to build apartments(!) which boggles the mind as it is right in the middle of a shopping district. Whatever, my understanding is Y&R is going to be needing a new studio move. Are you referring to this, only in place of what I have laid out stating that instead CBS TC is remaining put as CBS and only being remodeled or added onto? That would make better sense… Read more »
Studio City is a little mini city in the San Fernando Valley and it has a more sprawed out down home CBS over the big complex where Y&R is taped in Los Angeles in the famous Jewish Fairfax district. Basically Hollywood or West Hollywood. SC CBS is called CBS Studio Center where a lot of famous old sit-coms were filmed like MTM, Bob Newhart, Rhoda, and Gilligan’s Island years before. Shockingly even My Three Sons in the dark ages. There is absolutely no talk about Y&R moving there to my knowledge.
Regarding the darks ages (when dinosaurs still roamed the Earth) I can remember when everything was black and white (because color TVs costs so much), you got your reception through “rabbit ears” and the Twist was the latest musical and dancing sensation.
B&W is such a sharp precise image. I don’t think there is a knob on modern sets to turn Y&R to B&W. When the Y&R murders and poisonings go down they would be so much more electric to watch in B&W.

I don’t care how much they try to make Ashland Locke this big force to be reckoned with, nobody is as savage as The Victor Newman.
OK spot I don’t know how they would make it happen, but I’d really love to see something where Mariah starts having doubts either about having the baby(ies) or gibjng it to abby and maybe have cassie show up to help her figure things out in her mind. Is that stupid? Does it make sense? I dont know, but I think it would be a fun twist, and its 2021 they could definitely pull it off.

Billy has a lot of nerve calling Adam an attempted murderer. That’s you Billy Boy—twice. Not Adam.
Yeah, that’s Billy for you. It is completely enraging. Adam is twice (3) times the man Billy is. Adam also has a prudence in what he decides to put out of his mouth where Billy will go off like a mad dog with whatever venom pops into his head against an enemy in the moment. The “new Billy” is not cured and remains full of anger & rage.
Adam does hold his tongue (most of the time) when people make nasty remarks right to his face. Maybe he keeps an internal score card. I wouldn’t have that restraint LOL.

Hahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!
That’s hysterical Nikki! You never once spared a thought for Adam or Victor’s feelings about him. The stories you tell yourself are really something Nicole.
When he removes her, he will have ample reason. He may need Board approval? If so, that will be a dramatic presentation and vote.

Billy walks out of his hotel room and there is Victoria. He plans a dinner date and there is Victoria. He looks to his left and there is Victoria. He looks to his right and there is Victoria. If this nitwit can not see through Victoria then he is dumber than a box of rocks.
Sometimes a new character hits the canvas but they’re not at their best, I thinks it’s a tactic. That’s probably what’s up with Moses hair, I’d be willing to bet it’s get cut in the near future and he will look so much like young KSJ.

Which could further lead Devon to suing to keep the baby and not Abby.
That would be a really juicy storyline! I’m in. It would be great if Chance came home to a bananas Abby and had to save Mariah.

Doesn’t C.B.S. have another studio called Studio City? I am not familiar with Los Angeles.

He may be 80—but he is still a commanding presence. Especially in a leather jacket.
and new haircut

of course we are all angry!

Yes, Nicole often lacks Christian charity unless it directly concerns her.
Tara and Summer could be sisters. Kyle was looking for a Summer substitute when he was playing party boy with Theo in New York.
If I were Victor Victoria would out of the C.E.O. position posterior first.
When he removes her, he will have ample reason. He may need Board approval? If so, that will be a dramatic presentation and vote.

… He looks outside his bedroom window, there is Victoria… With a pair of binoculars.
LOL!
lol
Lily, Moses looks like he has hair cancer.

He will get a glamor makeover montage at Jr. Jabot
I see the hair police are at it again. He is allowed to style his hair as he chooses. Variety is the spice of life. I think he looks great.
The do’ is perfect for moonwalking…
I love Moses’ hair! And I love Faith with him.
Are we sure that is his hair or a spinner rack for miniature slinkys toys?
