I vote “yes”. If I remember correctly? Vctoria pushed Billy away to end their relationship, and he desperately struggled to hold on (despite his “oops, I don’t see what’s wrong these secret Amanda meetings”). Billy always has and always will be in love with Victoria. I’m having trouble understanding the great Newman ranch not having Any security or cameras? People can just walk in and out of houses??? And Ray being a great detective has no cameras on Sharon’s house?? Security on the ranch is just about as good as the Mayberry GCPD!
I voted no because I truly believe that he doesn’t want to hurt Lily. He has kids and so does she and I think that they both can handle that and still have a great relationship. VICTORIA COULD TEST BILLY I SUPPOSE WITH A FAKE RRELATIONSHIP in an effort to make him jealous. THAT WOULD BE the proverbial “ACID TEST.” A test that I would hope he passes with flying colors!
I think Billy is infatuated with Lily and loves the fun sexiness of his relationship with her, but the new is wearing off and the old is shining through. His desire to take down Adam and Victor combined with parenting their kid together is a bond that he will always share with Victoria. Lily is too good for him! I voted no, Billy is not in love with Victoria. I believe Billy truly loves Lily and that is where his heart is, but he just doesn’t understand that he is crossing boundaries with Victoria that could make Lily feel uncomfortable and give Victoria false hope. I think in Billy’s mind he is doing nothing to give Victoria the wrong impression on where they stand, but both Lily and Victoria are thinking otherwise.

No. She is the mother of his children who he seems to have respect for now a days. Besides they are players of the field on the same level. I think he finds that appealing in a woman.
I voted no. I just don’t see Billy still being in love with Victoria. I think Billy will always care for her and I think he gives her the benefit of the doubt because he feels bad for how he treated her the last time they were together. I think Billy is into Lily, but I think he’s more obsessed to get back at or have the upper hand on Victor and Adam. That is what Lily needs to worry more about than Victoria still holding a piece of Billy’s heart.
I like to think that Billy is no longer in love with Victoria because if he is than he is a complete nincompoop. My estimation of him is higher than that. Only a moron would prefer to return to that toxic waste dump that is Billy and Victoria rather than Billy and Lily. Their’s was the Chernobyl of marriages and Victoria is a vicious, remorseless, empty shell of a shrew.
