If it turns out to be Kevin, maybe Gloria will finally return to Genoa City. It will involve entertaining scenes between Chloe and Gloria. If it is Billy, we will get some good scenes with Chloe, Jill and Esther. If it is Travis or Luca, hopefully we will find out more about either character’s mysterious family.
I voted for Billy because Kevin kept commenting on how much Bella looks like Delia, so it would seem that it may be another combination of Billy and Chloe’s genes. I do think though it would be fun to see Kevin as a father, especially since the actor just became a dad himself. It would be really sweet (but then again, Jason Thompson is a recent first time dad too!). Still, I believe it’s Billy’s.
I think it’s Kevin’s child, because she hid bella from him and kept saying it was not his. So i think she wants it to be billy’s, but it’s really Kevin’s and she switched the DNA results

I think that it’s Billy’s child because Chloe did have his sperm but it is hard to say I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a random and the sperm was not able to be used because once it’s taken out of refrigeration it has to be using immediately I think under normal circumstances it’s only good for 72 hours just saying

I picked neither since that would give Chloe and the show another direction. She has traveled a bit and been offscreen for a good part of 2 years, they could be chemistry testing the actress with a few characters past and present or future. I would say Daniel but I never saw many or remember any scenes with Chloe and Daniel. Maybe it was Carmine since he has been in the witness protection program that long. Ronan and Chance have been gone for over 2 years as well. A doctor at Fairview would be a good way for Patty to… Read more »
great thinking Mary Ann……totally agree with bringing Patty back on the scene and maybe this storyline is paving the way for Daniel’s return……I guess we wait n see.

I think it’s some Doctor at Fairview or where ever she was,, Bella looks like Chloe.
I, believe its not Kevin or Billy’s. I, think Gabe, Travis is truly the biological father of Bella. It’s not Billy’s or Kevin bring this storyline come to light this wk make it happen. A new twist that Travis Gabe, is Bella’s biological father. & married to Chloe
I think this issue was discussed earlier. If Travis was Gabriel Bingham he must have shrunk over the years a few inches at least, because Adam was made to look like Gabriel Bingham and he not only looks nothing like Travis but is considerably taller as well.
