I am enjoying seeing the Christmas decorations for the holidays on the show. I wish Y&R would show the characters doing some decorating around the house. It would feel a lot more realistic and relatable than seeing the homes already done so quickly. It is these little things that would make the show even more fun to watch. Lily mentioned she had stayed up all night learning about her new job at Chacellor Industries and yet somehow she found the time to decorate the entire apartment.
No one in the history of soaps has ever on air decorated their home for X-Mas other than put a last sentimental babble on the tree with some kind of connection to a previous Christmas tradition. Sappy Jack puts the Jackie ornament on in memory of Dina Abbott Mergeron and sheds a weepy tear, Faith’s first ornament, etc.
Only Sharon has these big transparent tubs to take everything down with.
I did some research on Chancellor Industries now that Lily will be running the company. Apparently it is a major design and engineering company. It is also a subsidiary of Tucker McCall Unlimited. Jack once referred to it as the sleeping giant. It had many divisions that I am not sure exist anymore? Many of them I have never heard of. I know I have not heard of Organic Life. I wonder if Amanda is aware her twin sister Hilary worked there as Cane’s assistant? Interestingly, Lily never once mentioned the fact that he ex-husband used to work there with… Read more »

I am sure we are in for a darker Noah than we had before. The other Noah was too sweet to play a dark Noah. I am sure that is why Y&R cast a new Noah and decided not to keep Robert Adamson. I thought Noah looked really creepy last week when he was looking over at Mariah and Tessa kissing at the coffee house. He looked scary. I also don’t think I believe Noah’s story of why he broke up with his girlfriend back in London. Noah had said that he believed his girlfriend was jealous of his career… Read more »
I don’t know how Chloe knew that was Sally in disguise at Society? All Chloe saw was the back of Sally’s blonde wig when Sally normally has red hair? Also, if Sally wants to spy on people discreetly, she should come up with a better disguise than wearing sunglasses indoors! The sunglasses made Sally stick out like a sore thumb, Could Sally have been more obvious?
I also don’t know how Mariah figured out that Noah had purposely done a bad job on Tessa’s album cover to see what kind of reaction he would get? Noah had asked Tessa if she was siding with him or with his sister Mariah regarding the album cover. Noah then said he was only joking. Somehow Mariah figured out that Noah had purposely botched the album cover to see if he would get an honest opinion. Devon sure has changed his tune now that Chance is back from the dead and back in town. I remember how livid Devon was with Chance for leaving town in the first place. I don’t blame Devon for feeling bitter and hostile towards Chance for choosing to leave Abby and their new life in Genoa City. They were newlyweds who had plans to start a family together. If Y&R could afford it it would be great to have a real Christmas dinner with real food at Sharon’s this Dec. 25 as this is something we have never seen before. Tired of the same old Abbotts & Newmans at Society or perhaps their own mansions. So many might attend including king pens Victor and Nikki. It is bizarre that Chelsea wants Adam back and is copping an attitude, mad and annoyed that he isn’t getting on board. She thinks she can persuade him into getting what she wants. The single driven ones are the crazies.
Chelsea staring angrily at a photo of Sally and Adam does not scream “mental health” to me. You hatched a plot that could have killed Rey and put Connor’s father in prison—all over a kiss. You need a lot more psychiatric help Chelsea. And if someone tells you to move on, move on. Have a little self respect. Yikes, you are extremely lucky you are not in prison for what you did.
Look at Rey being all warm and welcoming to the woman who poisoned him! Well, she is an ally after all. If only she had been successful with her scheme to frame Adam for attempted murder. Rey would have been fine with that. Rey has decided that Chelsea is just, what—let’s go with “a poor, misunderstood, victim of Adam”? And we need to put Adam in prison, one way or another. Chelsea is miraculously all healed and reformed in record time! But Adam? Nope, Rey’s wife loves him, so he must be guilty of—ummmm, something…
As Rey said in today’s episode, “Tis’ the season!”

If you want this plan to succeed then Jack has to be kept entirely in the dark.
