Not making an ultimate decision but could be Billy’s gambling den because I like what looks like a vintage light up Santa in the window with the blinds on the other side. Like the cool cord extending down to the electric socket below! That’s Christmas. Like the festive mellow vibe at Society with the sophisticated hipster decor and could take in the atmosphere there at Christmas for a while (dispite its rickety insubstantial table-ettes and chairs more approperate to an outdoor cafe) just pounding down those fake bourbons that is really apple cider, just like Billy. The Newman ranch hits my sweet spot by being tastefully traditional. I especially love the gingerbread house in the hallway with all the grandchildren’s stockings. I’d love the kids to get their stockings during the family celebration to see what is inside. Maybe a 100,000 bond or two will be tucked in. The set crew has done a phenomenal job and spaces are busting with holiday cheer.

While the Grand Phoenix’s Christmas decorations are beautiful, I’m still voting for Crimson Lights. Their decorations keep on getting better every year!

I’m Newman Ranch – Xmas can’t be too overblown and red/green/gold for me! Crimson Lights would have gotten my vote as it’s very homey/festive feeling, but I’m too weirded out by the giant eyes in the Santa hat that occasionally loom over the scene, lol. But CL runs a very close 2nd, especially because it’s the only place that looks like the people who work/live there actually did the decorating themselves vs. hiring “professional decorators.” Anyway, yay to all things Xmas!
