Chelsea is just the green monster and she is cutting off her nose to spite her face because she needs Sally’s help. No one wants these two to cat fight anymore so let’s keep it going. I love Courtney Hope and I like Sally as a result but enough with the pathetic attempt of trying to win over Adam. Give Sally the Chutzpah she deserves. I like Nick and Sharon as friends. That can cause enough drama. No need to cross the line. Please give Nick a new woman or go back to Phyllis ( where personally he is the most fun). Nick seems like a lost puppy that needs a home. It’s time he finds a new home and please don’t make it Sharon. BORRRRRRRing.
I feel bad for Noah. If he can break the bond between Tessa and Mariah it will be a miracle! It appears that Tessa and Mariah are truly committed to each other. However, I sense that Tessa could possibly “switch gears” so to speak. I’m sure Y&R brought the character of Noah back to the show for a reason and an explosive one at that! This storyline is one that can go in so many different directions. For one thing, I believe should Mariah lose Tessa I envision Mariah as having a complete “melt down.”
Henry my friend, that statement you made about Tessa switching gears, is what is offensive about this story line. Tessa is a Lesbian. Women are not with women, because they are waiting for the right man to come along. They are with women because that is whom they are sexually and emotionally attracted to. The story is distaste and disturbing. Josh Griffith with this homophobic narrative is doing more harm to the people of the LGBTQIA+ Community. SHAROD, I am not “feeling ” this storyline as well. They both, in my opinion are bisexual. Tessa,if I’m not mistaken, has been involved with men other than a previous relationship with Noah. A “true lesbian” would have no attraction or feelings for the opposite sex in my opinion. The writers should have given this storyline more thought and research.
Henry, you are correct a true lesbian will not have actual attraction or feelings for the opposite sex. But depending on where you are from, how you are raised and the need to survive in a hetro normative world, lesbians and gay men sometimes do what is expected of them in what is call conforming to the norm. Until they become brave enough to live their true life. And meet someone who allows them to be their authentic self.
Again, this storyline is so baffling on so many levels. I have a feeling they [writers] realize they have “opened up a can of worms” on this one and will find some way to make us [fans] forget all about it but they [writers] had better get to it and soon! In trying to understand Noah, I went back into my own long azz life to see if I was ever at a stage where my heart was still holding on to the so called “one who got away.” And sure enough some decades ago I fell in love and I fell hard. The object of my affection’s soul already belong to someone else and when that other person became available, I had to say goodbye. You know what . I was in that situation . So I can kinda undersand Noah athough my “crush” at that time sort of vanished pretty soon. I just figured out it’s not someone for me and it died the natrual way (Can I say it? ^^). But before that happened I felt that the person is someone I could be with , we could totally get along and stuff… And I was really jealous and thinking that it’s unfair in a way , that I was not the “one”. With Herman unmasked you are giving all I was asking for. That Noah be considered not a villian in his adoration of Tessa. Because Mariah & Tessa are women hear them roar havng gone through so much to be together doesn’t exclude Noah, a man, being considered a person too. All matter. All are delicate souls. If M&T are now the latest parents of Dom Winters all romantic quandries will be biting the dust as this larger story takes precedence.
When Michael said that Victor was playing three dimensional chess, I recalled a Star Trek Deep Space Nine episode I had seen called “Move Along Home” and it looked like 3 dimensional chess and I thought – So that is what Victoria playing. Makes sense now. If you are a Star Trek fan and have seen this episode then you know EXACTLY what I’m talking about. (LOL I am such a nerd)
I have to say I was very disappointed that we did not get a legal battle with Abby and Chance vs. Devon for shared custody of Dominic. It would have been nice to see Christine in action in a court room, again, as it has been a long time. I think it would be exciting and very unexpected if Stitch were to come back to town and tried to kidnap baby Dominic from Devon’s penthouse. I’ve never been crazy about the idea that many are behind of Stitch being Dom’s dad, but I could better go for him kidnapping Dom. I REALLY REALLY like your idea of something happening to bring the full circle when Chance ultimately becomes the hero once again in the end for his son and family. Even if it’s not w/ a Stitch return, something could get him there. Full circle indeed- I’m all for it.
I found Chelsea’s comment to Chloe to be rather laughable when Chelsea said that she and Chloe should start their own business without Sally because Sally couldn’t be trusted. Chloe’s reasoning to Chloe was that they could both trust each other implicitly and not Sally. This comment coming from the woman who had her best friend pick up poison without her knowing, that was used to try and poison Rey. Well, I would say Jack Abbott has had a pretty lackluster life if Phyllis is the great love of his life as Peter Bergman is now conveniently reporting. Mere PR hype for his current story. If you watch this show everyone knows that the true love of Jack’s life has always been Luan of Vietnam. He said so once in the 80s (i don’t care if he hadn’t met the others yet), and even though she barely produced a pulse from the Y&R audience, I’m guessing, SHE is the great love of Jack Abbott’s life. I believe the great Noah Newman to be both moody and mopey by nature and not just at the object of his affection’s engagement party…
Gary, you are correct he was not just mopey and moody at the engagement party. He is that way everytime he is in the same room, as when Tessa and Mariah are together. I think when he was talking with Tessa in Milan and she was crying on his shoulder about how things were so bad between her and Mariah. I feel that he believed he had a shot. That’s why he came back to GC, but when he arrived they miraculous made up over night. So, not real.
What a great call Sharon. So true now that I am, watching this unfold. I wanted Noah to be a more engaging character – but this – this is just boring.
BLOOD TESTS! And we aren’t even having to wait another 3 years into the story! Oh, I hope this is all coming down on Devon like a ton of bricks! Are the signed papers a done deal at this point? Devon will still be able to assert control but you can take Winters off the birth certifficate and incert Stitch. i mean Chance Chancellor. Oh, it is too good to be true, and maybe is.

Well, rumors have it, it could be coming down on Abby. It seems that the wrong eggs may have been fertilized. You know the saying. Just when I thought I was out. You pulled me back in. You call what you are proposing “rumors”. Something the audience had not considered. My gutt reaction was to wonder, ‘Would the writers go there?’ Is this not too cruel for the scribes pen?’ Before the shock wore off my answer was that such a situation would be too ugly to consider but on reflection I realize should the writers be cleaver enough to have thought of this of course they might. I have to disagree. It would be a continuation of the miasma that has characterize this storyline.
What are you disagreeing with? I absolutely do not want to see this go down! I am just exploring what we might be getting if this atrosity is forced upon us.

“Classic Soap Scenario”: Baby becomes ill and a blood test is required. No surprises there. I was just waiting for this one. I welcome this twist in the story as I am really fed up with Devon! Completely agree. But a bomb rumor has been dropped on us that it is Abby who is not the mother! Too much. I do not want to be put through that!
Uh oh, Dominic is sick. Is it a breathing problem? Is he deaf or hearing impaired? Does he have a genetic disorder? IS HE STITCH’S SON? Ali always has good theories on these storylines—let’s see what she has to say on Sunday.
If these writers had a nanogram of creativity and guts the father would be Stitch. So much juicy-soapy potential arising from that storyline.
I’m sorry, who asked Noah to come. He is a grown a#$ man. He could have stayed home or went to a movie in the first place. Nobody put him through anything. He chose to be there, so he can be near Tessa. It’s like, for him, if I am around her enough, I can make her feel bad/sad for hurting me. He told Mariah he’s moved on. Clearly he is lying.
He is determined to spread his misery around.
Yeah, everything is about Mariah’s family. Where is Tessa’s family. No call to Crystal about the engagement. Also, I found it curious that the camera panned over to Noah, when Mariah said, “I promise there will be a wedding, at some point”. Noah was really smiling and Chance was patting him on the back. WTH!! I guess this JG’s way of projecting and letting Tessa and Mariah fans know that there will be no wedding.
To me, actions speaks louder than spoken words. Noah can say that he is happy for Mariah and Tessa. But he doesn’t really mean it. That is why he couldn’t write it down. Words said into the air dissapates. But written words last forever. And Noah doesn’t want Tessa and Mariah to last at all.
There is that Josh Griffith bull crap. Mariah apologizing to Noah for being with Tessa. She did this already. Mariah may have had feelings for Tessa and kissed Tessa(once). But she didn’t take Tessa from Noah. As a matter of fact, when she told Tessa how she felt about her and Tessa refuse to return her affection, Mariah ended their friendship. Noah choose to break up with Tessa when he found out about the kiss. Mariah and Tessa didn’t get together until months after Noah left town. And what makes what Mariah said even more ridiculous.
