Ricky? Did somebody mention Ricky? I know he is out there, and it is time to bring him back. I think he is married to Tessa from way back somewhere. She thinks he died when he jumped out that window. No. And now would be a good time to return. Plus, I STILL think Ricky is Michael’s bio son, and Michael is still active on the show. Ricky?
Also, daaaaaaaang, Adam and Sally are the hotness we’ve all been missing. Holy Crap Adam’s Hot!!
Yes Jamie HOLY CRAP! I haven’t seen their latest episode but from what I’ve read on twitter WOW! We’ve waited almost 3 years for this. Any time Adam half closes his eyes when trying to restrain himself & Sally runs her hands through his hair OMG I’m dead. Did you guys see how hot MG looked standing at the door on valentine’s day (the intro & before he closes the door)?! And after Sally pushed him onto the couch you could hear the chest slap. 4 alarm fire!
The mystery text from LA has me intrigued, it provides a perfect for Jack and Phyllis to go adventuring together and fall all the way back in love. It would be a fun and refreshing for Jack and Phyllis to join the ranks of Michael and Lauren and Nikki and Victor. Red loves and adores Jack he loves the whole Phyllis package, including her spicy, wild, and fiercely protective side, They are one another’s greatest loves. Can someone remind me where Connor is? Why isn’t he at he staying at the hotel with Chelsea?
Connor lives on The Newman Ranch with Adam. But I think they actually sent him back to boarding school.
I do like the new actor who plays Ashland as he is very good actor. I I would also be lying if I said I didn’t miss Richard Burgi and his big blue eyes. He had a certain charm that the new actor doesn’t quite have for me.
I think Moses needs to study a little harder in history class. He was telling Faith that Valentines Day was just a day randomly chosen for people to give each other gifts. I don’t think he realizes Valentines is named after a saint. According to history St. Valentine was a man who would perform marriage ceremonies for soldiers who were forbidden to marry. Most people don’t know the real origin of V Day. And I am pretty darn sure the writers of Y&R would not know either. After all they put the words in Moses mouth.
Lol, maybe? But I give script/screen writers credit for doing research as not just a required part of their job, but as a commonplace task. Even neophyte writers know that holidays have a foundation. Nor do I think writers are lazy in not explaining such. Imho, YnR writers deliberately made Moses’ reaction as coming from a teen swimming in so many more things to learn every minute of every day. I can tell you that is not in the H.S. History curriculum these days – at least not in my area. Moses and Faith are prob in the thick of either (or both) economic and political events that have/are shaping both their country and the world, w/ a Roman Saint promoting love not making the cut. I thought Moses did hilariously represent one type of high-schooler I know in viewing the holiday as a “Hallmark” Day… the other type I see view it as a day for either pronouncing endless love or agonizing over not having it. I wanted to add another comment about fashion lately on the show. I have noticed all of the characters wearing jewelry now. It us very noticeable as we rarely saw this before. Necklaces seem to be very popular now, especially the layered gold necklaces as they are the newest trend. Big rings are also seen on the characters now. Phyliis and Nikki were both wearing them this week. Phyllis’s ring looked like the symbol from Star Trek. I was expectibg Captain Kirk to walk in to the Grand Phoenix and take Phyllis aboard the enterprise.
I noticed that ring too! I thought Lauren’s velvet dress was so pretty.

I don’t often llike Sally Spectra’s style of clothing, but the outfit she was wearing on the last episode was very nice. The tight black shiny skirt and purplish blouse with the shiny belt looked so pretty. The blouse she had on gave her a softer look as we don’t often see her with a floral looking print. Her outfit definitely seemed like it was chosen specifically with Adam in mind to capture his attention.
Chloe is noticing Chelsea’s draw to Rey. I wonder if she’s going to encourage her to steal Sharon’s man. Rey seems to also light up in a way that he doesn’t for Sharon.
My heart breaks for Noah. I think it’s a sad situation. Unrequited love is just unfair. I loved his housewarming but really Valentine’s gift for Tessa. I also really loved Tessa’s song for Mariah.
But the problem here is, that according to Tessa, herself, she DIDN’T LOVE Noah, she used him. Maybe Mariah or Sharon should tell the boy, that their relationship was never real. So that he can stop pinning over something that NEVER WAS. Be ANGRY about it.(give the viewers some juicy action). Then move on with his life. Because right now he is stuck in the past, on something that happened 5 years ago.
I love Sally and Adam together. The banter, the sex, the friendship and I’m here for it all. I want them to go the distance. I can see supercouppe in their future.
YES to everything. Even the actors look like they are having fun with it. I hope someone does an interview with the 2 of them soon. A lady on twitter posts all their clips in an unlisted playlist on yt so of course I’ve saved it! Its great escape TV! I could talk about this every day… Man sometimes I wish there was a Y&R whatsapp chat lol.
Did they actually mention Kimo in the preview? I’m so intrigued. It probably won’t turn out to be him sending the mystery texts but the fact that they even remembered Kimo after all this time has potential to be a good story.
OK – I am going to need to know WHAT EXACTLY has Chelsea done to prove that she has changed. Y&R writers please work on this one and give us the backstory like you do on the 90% of things that happen offscreen. While I do have a tiny soft spot for Chelsea (I think she is criminally insane but I love her fighter instincts) she has yet to really demonstrate a real sense of understanding for what she did to Ray and there have actually been no real repercussions as Everyone from Adam to Sharon to Ray to (maybe… Read more »
Oh, Herman. More of your quality work. I agree that Chelsea is likely what you call criminally insane – her logic is in the basement. Chelsea may think she has done work to “change, but again her lack of logic doesn’t really allow her the complete ability. But lets assume she has changed. I’m sure she’s tried to some success. But Chelsea will only see things from her point of view making herself so off the wall. It is scary for the audience when things don’t go her way. Will she go completely off? Why is Ashland pushing so hard for Nate to work at Newman-Locke? Does he really think Nate will co-sign on him faking having cancer? In the previews Lily offers Nate a role at Chancellor which would be interesting for him since now Imani works there too. I don’t think everyone needs to be working at the major corporations.
So I happen to be a total history buff and while watching Y&R begin a new “storyline” with Jack”s mysterious texts, I got excited for a minute. But then the saying “All Roads Lead to Rome.” came to my mind – but when applied to Y&R – the saying is “All Roads Lead to Nothing/Nowhere.” So I won’t get excited just yet about Jack actually having a good story that has anything but a beginning – maybe a middle but no climax and then fizzles out into nothingness.
