I voted yes because Dylan is still christan’s uncle. Which would make Sharon his aunt. It’s not like she kiddnapped him like people keep saying she did. Also when the same thing happened with Faith, Nick and Sharon let Ashley see her anytime she wanted. I think Dylan and Sharon should have the same courtisy
But, Ashley did not lie and keep Faith after she leaned the truth! Sharon lied and even hinted to take the baby and run after it all came out and Dylan was finally told. Nick did not pursue and legal actions toward them when he found out, they (Sharon) opened that can of worms. Think about this, when adopting older babies, the foster parents don’t have visitation rights. Sharon is full of lies and psychotic actions and she in no way should be around Christian. She even followed Nick’s wife trying to stop her from telling Nick and look what… Read more »

Hi Ali & friends. I answered no. I do not believe that either Sharon or Dylan should have court ordered visitation. In my eyes, this is a decision for the child’s biological parents to decide. Hopefully that will come out soon as well. This poor child! Won’t know what’s up or down.

No. Just no. Not much about this situation is right, and it’s horrific for Dylan and Sharon, but they have to let go of the idea that they are connected to the baby in any other way than through marriage. Dylan and Sharon should have kept their mouths shut and they’d be seeing Christian regularly. Nick has been very gracious to them. Sharon should never have put the idea of suing for visitation in Dylan’s head. They went from being invited to the baby’s party, to a restraining order.

I voted absolutely not. I can’t even believe this is even happening. They need to leave Nick alone and let him bond with his son . I certainly hope the judge doesn’t give them any visitation.

I say, at the very least, Dylan should have visitation rights. The show must have done it off screen, but legally – Christian is still legally dead and Christian is still legally “Sully” and Dylan and Sharon are legally his parents. When babies are switched, the parents don’t just switch them back. A lot of legal things have to go into account and usually a judge has to switch the children back and give legal rights to the correct parents. Dylan raised that baby for a year. He LOVES that baby (I dare say more than anyone) and should play… Read more »
