So Devon says it’s over with Hilary. 2 things here: before Devon got his memory fully back, he did mention starting a family. Could Hilary be devious enough to trap Devon with a pregnancy? And is this the beginning stages of Devon and Mariah? The signs are all there. Mariah’s concern for Devon seems to be pretty genuine, BUT I do have my doubts. I don’t feel enough chemistry between them for them to be romantically involved. But hey, opposites attract.
As we got introduced to Fisk this week I kinda had a cool thought. What if Fisk would have turned out to be Marco and they would have brought the Jack look-a-like back. That would have been cool because from what I remember, Marco was also a big time drug lord
If Fisk were Marco he would have been missing an earlobe.
Ok I wasn’t expecting the truth abt New Year’s Eve to come out so soon but I am so goad it did. Devon deserved to know the truth and I loved everything Devon said to Hillary. After Mariah told him abt New Year’s Eve assuming Devon already knew by the way because Hilary lied I was expecting Devon to play Hillary and wait for her to come clean but I guess he just didn’t want to make a scene at GC Buzz. I’m glad we didn’t have to wsit weeks for the truth to come out.
I’m really enjoying the Reed storyline. It’s nothing too crazy but it adds an interesting element. He’s doing typical juvenile stuff but I also hate that Victoria is so uptight whenit comes to Reed and it makes it seem like Reed is more of a burden to her than anything like she’s not exactly thrilled that he’s there because I think Reed is shattering the “perfect” life that Victoria had. He’s shaking things up. I like it!
I completely agree. Reed is that typical teenage boy who is at an age of curiosity, but from What we’ve seen in no way a bad kid and actually seems pretty good. That’s the problem with the Newmans, they expect perfect class and behaviour, even from the kids who are growing up and finding themselves. Reed will act like an average teenager and make mistakes but that’s because he’s 15. Victoria is coming off like her own SON is a annoyance and prefer if he could go live with his father. If I or us as the viewers can sense… Read more »
January 18, 2017 Previews: Dylan “I’ve already proven my worth to you.” Fisk “I still don’t trust you. Prove it!” lurking over a prostrated, bloodied quarry. Obviously that “proof” will entail Dylan rubbing out this hapless victim. Will this ultimatum ignite another post traumatic stress disorder episode in Dylan? Will Dylan end up taking out all the hoods? Devon: “I want to start a family Hilary.” Hilary “Wonderful, lets get started.” A moment later: Devon visits GC Buzz, Mariah: “How great it is to see you back.” Devon: “It’s great to be back, thank you” Mariah: “I just want to… Read more »
I’m surprised Dylan went through with sleeping with Alex. I just figured he’d somehow wiggle his way out of it. Sharon is so emotionally immature and insecure. She’s been through hell and back, so I can see why she behaves the way she does. But, picking up that phone, and calling the number on it, was beyond stupid. She endangered her husband. She needs to put her big girl panties on and deal with whatever comes her way and trust her husband. Just hang in till he comes home.
I agree about Sharon. She should have never called that number, even under the assumption that she knew for a fact she would be calling Dylan. But there was no proof that the phone was for Dylan, I’m sure many dangerous cases are going on at once and could have ruined someone else’s cover and hurt someone else. I do understand how this is hard and why she is going to ask for updates especially when this came up out of nowhere for her, it’s actually better for Paul and Christine to discuss with her the seriousness and risks, they… Read more »
Hi Ali, I’m apologizing for leaving my answer to the “Who Said It?” twice last week. Oops didn’t mean to! Hope all is well! ️Xoxoxo
I think your evil twin did it!!! 😛
In the previews of today’s episode it would appear that Phyllis has managed to lure Ravi away from Jabot. Assuming that is the case we are left to wonder how did she manage to do that? Is she going to be the new love interest for Ravi (perhaps he was a passion for older women)? Victor decided to celebrate a family reunion at the Tower this week but the reason behind this occasion has left us as viewers flummox as to his motivation and exigency. We are well aware that Victor is at a loss to find a successor, given… Read more »
Ali, I liked your comment that Dylan just wants to check out and be somebody else for a while. Whether or not he realizes it…
Great chat this week Ali as usual! I have to say I am truly shocked that it’s Abby that might take the throne that is Victor’s. I’m not upset by it, I actually encourage it. For years it’s always been Nick, Adam and Victoria as the front runners for that position, Abby was never taken seriously. But I have to say these past several months, Abby has really evolved. I think her storyline with Stitch and Max really made Abby more of an adult. Who knows, Abby might have a huge business storyline this year regarding Newman. I’m all for… Read more »
I personally feel like Dylan will end up dying next week. I feel like Sharon will end up calling Dylan while the drug kingpin is around him and she will blow his cover. I think the drug kingpin will kill Dylan but I don’t think they will give Dylan a proper goodbye. How do you guys think he will leave? I also think that Sharon and Nick will get back together and I agree, I always thought they should be together, definitely instead of nick and Chelsea. Oh and I feel like if victor wrote a book it should be… Read more »
