I voted a good move only because I don’t think Ashland deserved all of that money. I do think she will regret it though. I have no idea what Y&R has in store for this story line but I look forward to it.

I voted bad move, but either way, Victoria will have lots of time onscreen so that makes it a good move! Victoria is never a dull character and actress is so talented!

Good move, but yup, she’ll probably regret it. Or not necessarily regret it, but get hit by a pay-back she won’t expect. It seems a cycle is now in motion of ‘who gets the best of whom’ between Victoria and Ashland. Gotta be more to come…. I too would like to see Adam and Ashland team up. And I love watching Victor and Nikki be their righteous and buttinsky selves. I’m kind of rooting for all players to take turns exacting revenge and one-upping each other. I am enjoying the Newman/Ashland dramas and hope they heat up further… and keep… Read more »

I voted “Bad Move” but I’m glad she did because this will allow more of Ashland on screen. He will get revenge and it remains to be seen just how he will go about it. She will regret it but Victor has her back. It’s time for more intrigue and suspense on the show.

I think she was brave but this move is going to come back to bite her and her family. I haven’t watched this week because I’m on vacation with my hubby for our birthdays. Mint is the 5th and his is the 7th. I plan to catch up when we get back. I hope Victoria had the good sense to run this plant by Michael and Victor. I don’t want to see her arrested. It is fraud to take his money even though Ashland deserved it.

It was a bad move because this was her chance to stand on her own. After they found a new company and got it going, Victoria could use daddy‘s weapon arsenal to rid herself of Ashland. Now we’re going to go back to Adam being the least favorite child, with Victoria the favorite. It’s getting a bit tiresome. I’m still holding out hope that Adam and Ashland will team up together and think of a terrific plan to bring the Newmans down.

As Ashland said, it was fraud. Plus that money was the proceeds on the sale of Ashland’s company—and he had already donated half to charity. So he gets nothing for his life’s work because of her broken heart??? Life doesn’t work that way Princess. So let’s take away all the Newman money because of all the underhanded things Victor has done over the years??? All the Newmans should be penniless according to the your rules of how life should work.

Oh, bad move. I am hating on her now and you don’t want to get on my bad side.

I thought it was a good move only because of what Ashland did to her and Newman, but she will pay for this. Ashland will get even. He isn’t penniless. He had his own money coming into this . I can’t believe he would not keep some money stashed away in case the deal fell through

Yes. I was thinking for melodrama sake he was penniless which would be ridiculous, but Victoria did crow that he is now left with only what he came into the marriage with which has to have him still quite comfortable or wealthy. Ashland would perhaps have given Victoria the other $250 to return to the bosom of her family had she asked him, but now she has more satisfyingly happily toppled him and humiliated him as all proper Newmans need to do.
