Noah doesn’t know what to do with his career so I was thinking, why doesn’t he become a photographer? Y&R used to have one (Malcolm). He could do photoshoots of Jabot product launches, fashion shoots, NM events, parties, even stuff with HW. I like it when characters cross the pod & interact with all of GC not just stick to their family. It looks like Adam and Sharon may be reuniting. Yeah! I would like to see this. I have always enjoyed Sharon and Adam together. Sharon and Adam have a lot of chemistry together. I felt like I could read Sharon’s mind when she was speaking with Adam at the coffee shop about Sally, You know she was thinking how much she wants Adam to want her and not Sally She puts on a good front, but we all know deep down she still and has always wanted Adam. Sharon’s dress was so pretty and the colors really accented her beautiful eyes.
I have said it before: The one thing that I truly love right now on Y&R is the arc of Tessa and Sharon’s relationship. They have really come a long way. #Taron.
It would be so good if Tessa’s real mom showed up, causing trouble and Sharon went all mama bear on her.
I am beginning to think Adam only thought he was in love with Sally. He’s developing this noble ‘let Sally go’ cover story. He’s even running off to Vegas. Sharon won’t be far behind, from the look in her eyes. Adam will self destruct and Sharon will go rushing to his aid.
Did we ever find out who Victoria was texting when she and Ashland were in New York? She had texted someone saying that everything was going as planned. I wonder if Y&R had something else planned and then went in a different direction. This is not the first time y&R has done this. A while back Adam was texting some mysterious person saying everything was going as planned. Y&R needs to follow through with the actions the characters say and do so that we not left wondering who the characters are speaking with.
I don’t know how Adam can be so cruel to someone he loves just so they can keep their job. I mentioned it last week. If Adam really thinks he is the one standing in the way of Sally keeping her job at Newman Media than why not just see Sally secretly. No one has to know about them and everyone is happy. Then when Victoria and NIck see what a great asset Sally is to the company, he and Sally can reveal their relationship. As Ali said, this is all so unnecessary.
I don’t remember seeing Victoria give Ashland CPR. We only saw her check for a pulse very briefly. Victoria keeps saying she performed CPR? Why is she saying that she did? Victoria and NIck are the worst people to have try and save your life. First you should clap loudly and tap the person to try and wake the person. Nick at least called out his name. Victoria did nothing. They both checked for a pulse but no one checked to see Ashland was breathing. A pulse could be weak or maybe you just can’t find one. You need to… Read more »

on Ashland. She turned him over and was doing compressions on his chest.

Soap opera CPR representation is different from real-life application- FOR SURE. Dianna, you make valid and critical points. Idk why most of such discrepancies don’t bother me much on YnR. I actually am CPR-certified, and like anyone, would NEVER mishandle/dismiss anything emergent in real life. But on a soap (dope)?? Ehhhhh- as an ardent fan of ‘eye-candy’ drama served up w/massive amounts of ‘camp,’ I’ve suspended reality for years. Hoping and keeping the faith that Tessa will be singing on the show again, but who knows where her story is headed. Somebody had once said Jason T. is a singer? and sang on whatev his prev. soap was (GH? DOOL?). I’d like to see Noah’s nightclub have an ‘open mic’ night (preferable over karaoke, but that’d work too) and get some performances just for the fun of it – like Billy! I kinda remember an ‘open mic’ night was somewhere once: w/Reed, and maybe Tessa performing (or Tessa was coaching him)? So if the show won’t ‘wash, rinse, repeat’ that kind of night again, well, maybe The Grinning Soul can sing for his fans? And bring on guest singer’s? Ahahahahaha!
Open Mic Night was at The Underground. The club owned by Nick and ran by Noah. And yes, Reed and Tessa sang there.

From the opening scene of today’s show it looks like delicate flower Victoria has run far, far away and it is up to Chance Chancellor, since there is no real law inforcement in town, to dragnet her ass back and terrorize her within an inch of her life under the intense lightbulb of the police interrogation room. She’s a cunning one and will lie. As hopefully Chance Chancellor knows…

My heart goes out to Phyllis, witnessing Summer be sucked in by Diane right before her eyes has got to feel like poison to her soul.. My girl has got to be feeling a mix of concern, fury, sadness and betrayal. Get your revenge Phyllis, I’m ready for the fireworks.
I agree, Summer is so very important to Phyllis she loses all perspective. Phyllis has been battling against any and all on Summer’s behalf for all of summers life. Summers birth was eventful, and the peanut allergy that Victor weaponized to gat at Phyllis but he miscalculated and little Summer had a terrible allergy attack. These events and add in the Marco trauma, plus she was in a coma for a year because Sharon pushed her down some steps, no wonder Phyllis is overprotective and fights hard for herself and Summer.
