I have another comment on this topic after listening to the podcast. Nick and Sally are hot. The character Nick is a seasoned lover, he is mature, unsentimental, and into each moment, enjoying each of these encounters with no comparison to any other. This Adam is not confident, not committed to any of these ladies, and not especially committed to just enjoying interacting moments with any of them. He is just not hot. I love a Nick that’s getting sex. He’s a happier Nick. While this is not love like Sally has with Adam. It’s lust, sexy and naughty because it will be a lot of sneaking around. That’s always HOT to me. Plus I can’t wait to see Phyliss and Summer’s heads explode once the truth comes out and Sally’s carrying Summer’s younger sibling.
You guys know I how I voted. COLD. Their makeout is kinda reminding me of Phick. If we are keeping score Nick & Adam are tied 2-2 with being with the same woman first. I find it gross. What kind of weird, twisted family has brothers who regularly have relationships with the same women. Okay, Adam started it by falling in love with Nick’s ex-wife and having a hot affair with and marrying Sharon. But since then Nick has gone after Sage, Chelsea and now Sally. Perhaps Nick is hot for Adam and this is a way to snuggle up to him. Just stop it Nick. Go find your own girlfriends.
Lol, why a soap family, of course! If this (half)-brother swapping stuff bugged me, I guess? I’d call Adam+Sharon the ‘worst’ based on Nick+Sharon’s long and rich history. Idk about Adam+Sage before Nick – wasn’t theirs a non-romance w/an ulteriormotive-driven marriage? And Chelsea… who cares about her psychotic man-web (although maybe Abby should). Hey, here’s some more fuel for the fire: how about Horn-dog Nick and Phyllis and Avery? (Ahhh… shades of Brad Carlton and Traci and Ashley.) Family dysfunction is the norm in GC. And I kinda love it.
Hahaha I had forgotten about Avery and Nick, yet another sister thing. I wasn’t watching closely back in the brad, traci and Ashley days. Geez I guess the writers are limited somewhat trying to bring in people and limited cast.
In theory I thought Nick & Sally would be unremarkable and a lame attempt to mix up the couples. But after watching the episodes I voted HOT. Must be the art direction, stage blocking, and especially the acting.
