On a personal note, I JUST got back from working out of state for 10 months. I’m a contracted insurance adjuster. Had one day to see my mom in a nursing home and my 88 yr old dad who is living alone for the first time in his life, when this hurricane hit Florida. I’ll be on 7-12s for a long while and will only get to pop in here and there. I’ll watch you Ali on Sundays at lunch and keep up with Y&R late at night. I maybe quiet but I’ll keep up with the comments.

Thank you. Will do. I hope that everyone heeded the evacuation orders and got out of there. I’m from south of New Orleans and I knew people who stayed for Katrina and drowned in their homes. My entire hometown was under 10-15 ft of water. Those storms are no joke.
Can not imagine… And a tornado flew over Ali’s house once causing delay in Sunday production.
So unrealistic! What are the chances that Audra Charles would show up in Genoa City and be Noah’s EX ???? [rhetorical question]

Ali….Please check your QUOTE GUESSES. I didn’t get my shout-out. I guessed Traci but I did misspell her name [Tracy]. Did that count against me or did you just overlook my entry inadvertently? I have a perfect record. I have never entered a wrong guess. As you knowI have dubbed myself “The undisputed KING OF QUOTE”. I am the only chatter that was once the sole winner and that’s why I feel I’m KING until someone else takes my crown 🙂 God bless!

Are you sure Ali didn’t say your name???? I always listen for it Henry and I’m pretty sure I would faint and need CPR if I didn’t hear it. Truly.
She did give me a shout last week…I checked the winners listed for this Sunday’s chat and my name is not listed. I can only assume that I was not counted. Hopefully Alli will receive my post and give me a shout tomorrow [October 2nd].

Now that we have seen Deacon, I wouldn’t mind if Y&R brought him back on the show for a little while. I find his character interesting and love the actor.
He may have to flee LA for a bit once the BnB world realizes he’s been harboring Sheila! Although that wouldn’t buy him any favors in GC, I’d love to see him seek at least some brief refuge there. The actor’s pretty great, but his character Deacon’s still having trouble w/the straight and narrow- he’s gonna have a tough time avoiding more jail time w/his latest antics… I guess he could serve it in GC? Sooner or later somebody there’s gonna be in the slammer – whether warranted or framed. (And Chatters have plenty of varied opinions for the perfect… Read more »
I would love that. I watched B&B for years and loved Deacon. Remember when he was shooting at Quinn from Katie’s house and Quinn threw him off of the cliff? Ya gotta love these crazy soaps. Lol
I would have never have expected Audrey the woman who will be working with LIly, Devon and Nate to be Noah’s ex-girlfriend. This is an unexpected surprise. This will be some interesting drama for Noah and Ali as well as Nate and Elena. Time to shake things up!
Dianna, I respectfully disagree. Audra is not Noah’s EX. From the previews I saw, a very attractive girl approached him at the wedding and introduced herself and it was not Audra.

I am happy to see that Esther will be a part of the Chanceller/Winters team! I have grown to like her character and look forward to seeing her as a regular on the show in her new role, We have never seen Esther be a business woman as she was always Mrs. C’s maid. I am happy to see Y&R bringing more characters on the show new and old.
I am very intrigued by the new mysterious man who knows Diane. He seems to be a compelling character that I look forward to seeing and learning about as well as his connection to Diane. The suspense of not knowing who he is and how he relates to Diane makes this story line interesting.
He is Devon’s biological father,TUCKER MCCALL. KATHERINE CHANCELLOR’S son. It remains to be seen how he fits into Diane’s past.
I hope he steals all of Devon’s inheritance/business earnings. Then Devon can become an interesting character again.
I loved Tessa’s dress she wore for Summer and Kyle’s wedding. I thought it was very pretty.
I can’t say I really liked Summer’s dress very much. The colour was pretty but I don’t know if I really liked the style of the dress. I liked Phyllis’s dress on her. I thought the dress complimented her hair and her highlights. She looked very pretty.
Oh Sally..Sally…Sally!!! As an old saying in my neck of the words, “you’re cruising for a bruising” for your desire to not be hurt again will come into being if you are not naive to think that you can have a non-committed relationship with Nick. For Nick…he, too, I feel, is on a substitute relationship for Phyllis; Sally, a redhead too. They both are “skating on thin ice”(LOL). Sally you deeply love Adam and hopefully you will get back together…Nick you love Phyllis, so why fight it and use Sally as a substitute and hurt your brother again. You “took”… Read more »
We got to see the washroom at the room in the Athletic Club. I think that is the first time. Looks very upscale. We also got a different and larger view of Summer and Kyle’s bedroom. New sets are always appreciated.
Maybe a stretch, but I hope Tucker M. becomes a new man for Phyllis. (Although I’ve forgotten all history- were they ever involved, lol?) Phyllis is long overdue for a new guy! I know many fans hope she and Nick get back together, but I think that’s forever fizzled: they couldn’t make a serious relationship last, nor could they make their ‘no-strings’ relationship last. Phyllis doesn’t deserve Jack, and Billy was just a flash-in-the-pan (well, flash-in-the-bed) relationship. So… Tucker Mc Call! (C’mon, is there aaaaaany other option around??) Best scene of the week for me: Harrison walking Summer down the aisle. It melted my cynical but nonetheless mushy, soapy heart. Awww. I’ve said before that Summer’s taking on mothering that little boy has seemed organic and heartfelt from the start. (But Idk what Harrison’s weird departure from the scene was… was he supposed to have cart-wheeled away? Did he trip – Intentionally or not? Whatev – at least it was cut off and thankfully brief. Don’t overdo the adorable, YnR!)
DI. ANNE. Glammmmmming it up and fannn-tastic! Not a fan of Phyllis’ iridescent tin-foil look, but she did rock! the mermaid vibe requisite at every GC event. LOVED Mariah’s magnificent showpiece necklace. Traci, Nikki, and Victoria: all fine, all boring. I think? Allie looked pretty from what I quickky saw? Didn’t like Tessa’s ice-skater costume-ish dress. (Aaaaghhh- no grief please! Not bashing ANY of the aforementioned gals themselves – they’re all gorgeous! Ok, disclaimer complete.)
