As much as I hate seeing Chelsea in that sate , Melissa Claire Egan should be nominated for Emmy next year. The acting is just great…!

I loved it when Tucker broke Diane’s coffee stirrer. Dude might need to go back to that ashram to get his anger under control. Diane really knows how to stir things up 🙂

Oh Melissa Clare Egan..you are so beautiful with or without makeup!!! What a dynamic performance this past week(first knowing the depth of your talent from watching you on All My Children)which, imho, was an Emmy worthy one!!! Kudos to the writing team who has given you such a fantastic story to play out returning to your original entry to GC with the birth of Johnny and your decision to relinquish your parental rights. Chelsea’s downward spiral to such despair over her feeling of lost and hopelessness is hard to watch, bring tears to my eyes,,,,yet loving how attentive Adam has… Read more »

I will be the first to admit that an off the chain Chelsea, in a soapy, obviously ridiculous trope sort of way, is entertaining. To Y&R’s credit, they have gone the way of gritty realism with Chelsea’s descent into despair and hopelessness. This storyline has the potential to illustrate the reality of a deeply tragic topic, a possibility save lives.

I think Nate and Victoria are definitely going to mix business and pleasure. I see it forming already. Also think it was less than smart to hire Nate so soon after his confession at CW of spilling secrets to another CEO. It’s not going to take a lot for everyone to realize Victoria was the CEO. The fall out should be juicy though.
I wouldn’t mind seeing Nate & Victoria but Nate & Victoria are both kind of boring. Before I used to think Victoria was too unethical for him & he’d look down on that but the way they are writing Nate now he wouldn’t seem to mind. When Nate first came back to GC Nate was her Dr & I thought they were going to go there but they didn’t. Sherrita is that your picture?

Devon needs something else on his life. If it’s not going to be Amanda thrn can he find someone single and not always try rescuing Abby or budding in on Lily and Billy relationship. I would say Audra but I think she’s his sister. Maybe Elena again if she ever comes back. I don’t like Devon seeming to chase after Abby. It’s not a good look.
Devon’s not a good guy. Of course he is going after Abby. And remember Abby used to date Nate. Icing on the cake for Devon.

I’d really like to see more of Adam and Victoria support each other and their children through this crisis like they did today. It’s nice when they are acting like actual family and siblings not rivals.

I really hope they don’t have Chelsea jump off the Grand Phoenix or any other graphic suicide attempt. It really feels like that’s where the story is going. Chelsea’s lost of purpose and joy really tug at me heart strings however it’s hard to watch when you turn to soaps to escape all the craziness of the real world.

I don’t think I could find the correct words to describe Chelsea’s scenes in Friday’s episode especially that ending. I sat after the episode finished in silence just to process. The show and Melissa Claire Egan perfectly depicted into Chelsea’s mind of pure hopelessness and the pain that follows her. The visual effects of the screen losing its colour to more grey, the music and the hollowness in Chelsea’s gave. I even thought the scene where Chelsea had to face her reflection in the bathroom mirror was powerful. The ending moments of the last scene, no words, just the sounds… Read more »
The scenes where the darkness was consuming Chelsea were so realistic. The negative thoughts flooding into her mind and feeling alone while others around seem so happy. I really appreciated Adam reaching out for support, he gets it.

You made a good Ali when you mentioned that Nate didn’t have to confess to Lily and Devon about what he had done. He could have just went to Victoria and put a stop to everything and they would be none the wiser. This should mean something. Nate does have a conscience and some loyalty to his family as he didn’t follow through with his plan. This shows he is honest. He made the right choice in the end. You also brought up a great point Ali when you mentioned that Neil was able to forgive Devon for sleeping with… Read more »

Who is NIkki to talk about Sally getting around?..lol. I had to copy and paste her list of husbands. This is missing Dr. Granger, Scott’s father whom she was also married to. This does not include men she has been with but not married to such as Brad, Paul, Cole her daughters ex husband and Arturo . I am sure there are others that I have not listed.
Greg Foster (1979–1981)
Kevin Bancroft (1982–1983)
Tony DiSalvo (1983)
Victor Newman (1984–1988, 1998, 2002–2008, 2013–present)
Jack Abbott (1990–1994, 2012)
Joshua Landers (1996–1998)
David Chow (2008)
Deacon Sharpe (2011–201
Ahahahaha! I love this walk down Nikki’s memory lane of bedpost notches! Too funny!

Why is Nick telling his mother that Adam doesn’t care about anyone’s feelings why they were discussing his relationship with Sally. HIs brother gave his daughter his kidney and saved her life on more than one occasion. Didn’t Adam also save Nick from the storm at the farmhouse a few years ago, which is what brought them closer. Y&R wants us to forget these things. Adam also saved their father’s life. NIck is not consistent with his feelings toward Adam. I wish Y&R would make them act like brothers for once. They had started to form a bond a while… Read more »
The Reason is because Joshua Morrow likes it when Adam and Nick are not getting along. So the writers gave him what he wanted. And because of all those acts of kindness that Adam has done, like saving Faith and Nick, it made no other sense for Nick turn around of animosity, except for that is what JM wanted.
Its so tired & boring seeing Nick hate on his brother all the time. Ellen & I have been saying this for a while. I did enjoy the brief period where they were at least civil towards one another. It was right after the kidney donation. Nick all but emotionally blackmailed him into it. For a long time now Adam has been the one to show restraint & be civil. No, not hot head Nick. He can’t keep his anger & distain together nor his pants. It makes me mad. I also don’t like that JM prefers this rivalry. Soaps… Read more »
