With the new intro to Lauren’s son, Scott, it came with the exit of Marissa…… Very surprised cause I actually liked her and Noah together. I actually was waiting for the return of Marissa but now I am wondering what Noah’s storyline is gonna be like in the next few months with the fallout of this relationship. He could just blow it off and keep working at the Underground, but could also self destruct in his own loneliness.

What a week for Jill. I mean what can I say? The woman has been through an ordeal. But what solidified the ending of her marriage for me was not the money, not the schemes, but Katherine. Jill knew in her heart that Katherine was right and I absolutely loved the flashbacks of Katherine telling Colin how it is. Where do we go from here? Hopefully to Jill regaining her life and finances, leaving Colin in the dirt where he belongs and picking up where she left off.
Billy annoys me when he comes in between Cane and Victoria, acting like Cane has no right to be upset or causes all the problems. But I love him for comedic relief between Victoria and Reed scenes. That one where they were arguing about Reed going to the underground, I thought Billy brought nice humour to it.
Agreed, Henry, about the theme song. My daughters say hearing the music calms them, and reminds them of times spent with their Gramma (my Mom)…. People who don’t watch Y&R don’t “get it” but Y&R chatters do!
Let’s say Ravi and Ashley do have a fling. Could it be possible that things actually don’t work out between them and Ravi pulls away, leaving Ashley to become undone over the rejection. When Ravi first showed up on screen, a lot of us thought he might go all stalker on Ashley, but what if it’s Ashley who stalks Ravi.
Ok what is Billy’s problem? He is starting to get on my nerves. Him being constantly up Victoria’s butt and getting on Cane’s case for no reason is such a turn off.
Billy, while arguing with Victoria in comparing the virtues between Victor and Cane states: “…he didn’t do anything to try to hurt you…”. While that may be true insofar as Victoria is concern Victor’s hairbrained schemes did end up taking the lives of Austin, Courtney, Kelly, Tobias Gray, Adam (presumably), and detective Harding.
Sorry I haven’t been posting any comments Ali (been really busy), but I am quite interested why Cane didn’t go to Devon for the money. I am sure Devon and him could have made some sort of deal where he could gradually pay back the money. But I guess Victoria wouldn’t have gone down without a fight and would have fought to the everlasting penny that she has.
I think the show is trying to make it look like Lily will cheat on Cane with Jordon. But I don’t think that is what is going to happen, she just cheated on him with joe, and won’t walk down that road again. Maybe Cane will over react in his mind and think she did and he will be the one too.
Thinking of Ashley relationships, one name springs to mind: Steven Lassiter. I looked it up to be sure and can confirm he was Ashley’s first husband, a psychiatrist shot to death by the son of one of his patients in 1988.
There is no way Lilly would voluntarily acquiesce to an interview with Hilary. Additionally, Colin trying to keep Jill’s offer on the table is entirely driven by the necessity of seeing a potential clash between Jill and Lauren (since Jill would become majority owner of Fenmore’s). Colin, after all, was against the deal from the beginning. I like when Ashley was with Tucker until he cheated with Devon mom , I also like when ashley was with nevil even tho that was not really a romance , I really like the new intro , I did not notice the lights and cups and flower in the background until you mentioned it and yesterday when I was watching the episode I look at the background and notice the lights and flower and the cups in the theme song .
I laughed out loud when you mentioned Cain’s “wood”. I was stripping my kitchen floor, listening to your podcast, and it made a dull task much lighter! Thanks for being such a bright spot in our week
