I voted Sally /Adam get together, but it won’t be soon. She won’t forgive him anytime soon. She may move in with Nick eventually. But Nick may get closer to Sharon after everything they went through with Cameron. I do think Sally and Adam will reunite at some point ,maybe even have another baby.

Sally has been as clear as she can with Adam, he is free to do as he pleases. I actually enjoyed the banter with him and Audra, if only Tucker had done the same with their conversation and eavesdropped from behind, not interrupting. At this point I don’t care what happens with Sally/Nick. It’s likely doomed – c’est la vie!

I liked that Adam was not in the mood for Audra’s obvious flirting. Adam is so perceptive sizing up people and their motives. She’s a woman used to using her looks to manipulate people and she was a little surprised Adam showed no interest. Adam is more like his mom than he realizes. Hope was perceptive and kind but nobody’s fool.
Remember the elinor Donahue posts? Well, I had forgotten she was in Pretty Woman, small part as a helpful sales person. She lit up the screen and was delightful.
Naomi, you remember that? Yes, fresh as springtime. I had forgotten the post. I’ve certainly see PW a few times, but forgotten her in that. Is she a mean salesgirl? Perhaps she had moved up and owned the store?
She’s the wise and kind sales girl that helps Vivian get a dress with her wadded up stack of cash. Vivian whispers “he’s not really my uncle” Elinor the sales girl smiles and replies “they never are”. It was just on TV Saturday night otherwise I would not recall a bit of dialogue.
Totally agree. Adam sized Audra up immediately. I think Kyle is going to fall for her seductive ways since he is on the outs with Summer right now

I just wanted to say that I agree with Sue W and Ali about Elena approaching Nate and Victoria last week. Yes I did enjoy the scene as it was fun to see Victoria being knocked down a few notches. In reality, it was definitely not a good look on Elena and certainly not necessary. If I were Elena, I would not want to confront Victoria and Nate again. It makes her look like sour grapes. Of course Elena would feel that way, but you don’t want Victoria and Nate to know that. Don’t let the two of them get… Read more »
Absolutely right ! Elena should not feed Nate’s ego by continuing to engage in conversation with him. Look the other way, Elena, live large and make Victoria envious of your Nate-free life!

Victor is seeing that Victoria is truly a chip of the ol’ block! He is seeing a reflection of himself in her, not sure he’s comfortable with it. Also seems that Nate is starting to see he may be part of a bigger plan than Victoria has revealed to him. She’s got big ambitions and Nate only thinks he’s in control.

I am looking forward to seeing NIck work with Adam as it appears this is where the story is headed. I would love nothing more than to see these two siblings actually love one another and act like they are brothers to one another. The feud between them has been going on way too long. It will be interesting to Nick and Adam go up against Victoria. The tables are turning finally. Eventually I would love to see all of the siblings united. For now, this rivalry will be fun as we will see Victoria being the “bad guy” and… Read more »
Victor and Jack were past Newman/Abbot rivals – since Billy has been sitting in the big chair, current Newman/Abbot rivalry could be Victoria and Billy.

The hospital scenes with Sally were very sad and made me cry. She is a very good actress. The pain she was feeling felt very real. I don’t understand why she has so much content for Adam as Ali was mentioning last week. It doesn’t seem believable to me that Sally would not understand why Adam would want to save her life. This is especially true when there was a good possibility that the baby may not have survived. Adam also told her that she could still try and have another baby and be a mother. All of these are… Read more »
Faith reminded Adam that he has done good things by saving her life. But then she left town. So, there is noone left to do it. This was merely a plot device to push Adam back to his darker desires.
I agree, I was teary eyed over Sally’s loss. But I don’t like she is so angry with Adam and won’t forgive him. This was his baby too, and he felt horrible to make the decision he did, Sally can have another baby and their daughter might not have made it anyway and he would have lost both of them.

I am very sorry Ali for the late comments. I have missed being on Y&R chat this week. I have not been well this week. I finally feel a little better to come on here. I look forward to reading everyone’s comments and Y&R chat with Ali. I have not watched all the episodes yet. I look forward to that also. Having said that, I woke up early to make a few comments. I enjoyed the episode for the tribute to Jerry Douglas and his character John Abbott. I always enjoy seeing the classic flashbacks. I also enjoyed seeing Traci… Read more »
Looking ahead, it appears that Audra and Kyle will “hook up” as well as Summer and Chance. I don’t have a good feeling about this since Harrison has to be considered. How can either one of those scenarios /trysts have any meaning? It will all boil down to just “revenge sex” I suppose, that is if either one of them ends up in the bedroom. I can’t see any longevity in either situation. To use a “street vernacular” it’s more like “slam…bam…thank ya mam!”
That would be fun to see Adam and Audra get together. They would make a very compelling couple. She is someone that deserves what’s coming to her after how she has treated people in town. I hope we see them get together. She may even go and work for Adam and Nick. The three of them would be interesting against Victoria and Nate.

I don’t know if he’s good or bad but Nate needs to go. Too enigmatic for my taste. But when Adam says he’s not mad at’ Vic”, the sister who loves him so, that it is Nate who is manipulating the situation, isn’t it Victoria who is doing the masterminding? Is Nate the patsy or is it Victoria? I should pay better attention to these scenes that disinterest me so as to keep up. To be fair, I do not know that the cheap affair between Nate & Victoria is not born of true lust. I do know a couple… Read more »
Nate is truly becoming his ugly self. I thought Devon was arrogant. Nate passed that by ten fold, when he said those nasty words to Nick about Faith and Sally’s Baby. Like I said before. There seems to be no redemption for Nate. Ambition is not an ugly word. That is how I have gained things in life. But you don’t have to be a jerk about it.
I’m glad you mentioned that comment Nate made about Faith and the baby. This was hitting below the belt! Nate said it so spitefully that I still can’t figure out why pretty boy Nate would deliberately say such stuff. It comes to mind that people strike back hard when someone is speaking unwelcome truths. So Nate, I guess you don’t like it when your brilliant mind has to deal with a guy you have underestimated. Nick sometimes is much more than just a goofball dad. Nick is on to you.
That was interesting as before Nate spoke that cruelty to Nick he prefaced ir with sincere condolences for what he had been through. It was a kind of exposing of the ugly self.

Someone listened to us re the long Sharon robe…. today jeans, hair back in a bun, and spring blouse. Nice casual look. She said, “Get me in jeans already!” Ha. Then, I see come in with a banded sweater top! Ha. Ha. I am from the 80s, so this is right up my alley! ❤️
That was Y&R’s way of acknowledging that June is Pride Month for the LGBTQIA COMMUNITY. Very sad and unacceptable in my book. They should have been showing the only Queer Couple in town. CBS uses them in their promotional campaign but they are not present on the show.
I never thought of that but of course you’re right! Sharon in her time of tragedy (or happiness depending how you look at it) still makes time to support Gay rights! Beyond that, I was so taken with this throw together look. So right for the day after for valiant Sharon. Sloppyesque, but not giving up on life! I still stand by ‘A brighter tomorrow”. I appreciate your Mariah & Tessa passion but I don’t see those girls as militant. They just want to blend in and have! Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, but of course now they are mothers… Read more »

Because it’s a soap, I like the DRAMATIC stylish way Tucker McCall eavesdrops with his ear cocked and up in the air over to Nick and Nathan Hasting’s table at the AC – Many of our hipper Chats are now living & breathing T McCall. I suspect they are liking this too. Yes, (wheather he loves Ashley or he doesn’t) it will be Tuck who makes a grab to control the Abbotts, not the lovely, perfect Diane.
Like the audience, Adam KNOWS Sally will never forgive him and still he needs to talk to her. In their follow up conversation to the Sleeping Beauty episode, Adam at least is able to throw in as a kind of aside that the baby Ava most likely would not have lived so why loose them both? Hey, great point, but it is not in the forefront of any conversation. As a viewer I have the satisfaction of knowing Adam has gotten out everything he needs to say to Sally. Although she is in an understandable early raw place right now… Read more »
Gary, self-absorbed is perfect description of Sally. She’s being written with no depth. She is a one note character! Why me, Me ME!!!??

Yes, and she was fresh off the Kyle rejection. Is Audra loosing her charms? But wait…

Summer & Chance? Would he go there?
Let Adam Newman make mince-meat out of Audra Charles in a rebound ‘romance’
Although Adam never gives himself away so cheaply…
3:40pm: No, no.Audra Charles is Kyle’s girl
