On previews for next week, Victor informs Adam that he will be Nate’s assistant! Is it possible that Victor does trust Adam now; and that he will be using Adam to keep an eye on Nate for him?! If Adam keeps an eye on Nate, he will also inevitably be keeping his eye on Victoria too! The best place for Adam right now is to be “close to” Nate and Victoria. Victor adores his daughter; but he is alarmed by the way she has allowed Nate to work his way up the ranks so easily, along with her implicit trust… Read more »

Victoria should be careful trusting Nate; He is an opportunist. And she did this before and look what happened . I don’t see hoe Adam will agree to work with Nate, but maybe Victor will want him to keep an eye on Nate, he should do it

So.it took Adam 15 seconds to figure out what Tucker was feeling and planning. If only he could assess the Newmans as accurately. Just leave them all in the dust Adam. Your independent success would be your best revenge.

Billy approaches Adam at Society and asks if he can join him. Adam says “No”; but Billy wants to extend his sympathies to Adam about recently losing another job! Adam sarcastically says, “your compassion means the world to me!” He simply asks Billy what he wants. Billy says, “Help, maybe.” Adam laughs. Billy says that Adam claims to have information on Tucker and may be willing to share it for the right price. Adam agrees he has information. But he says he has turned a personal corner and may not want to go there anymore. He says he is working… Read more »

Good scene, but I don’t like how they portray Adam as someone who just absorbs insult after insult with no reaction or response. It doesn’t ring true. He doesn’t have to react with anger, but the complete nothingness of it all is a big miss for me.

More please, Dark Billy is really striking my fancy. He seems to have landed on “bite me, Oh Great One” when it comes to Jack, and I love it. I just hope he thwarts Tucker’s shenanigans and actually gets to enjoy being the top dog for a while. Side note………..I am wishing with all my soapy little heart that Phyllis finds a way to double cross Tucker and join Team Billy.

That screenshot of Billy looking through the window at the athletic club tells a story! He’s going to guess probably that Phyllis and Tucker are conspiring but will he guess he’s a target? I’m not sure why Tucker is after Billy in particular. I thought Jack and Diane were his main irritants. I hope Billy and Tucker have an epic battle reminiscent of Jack and Victor.

I noticed the outside shot we see of the Abbott house doesn’t match the interior of the house. We see a huge window on the right side of our screens that would be in the Abbott living room. That window would be where we see the wall of family pictures and a desk where Jack or Kyle sometimes sit from time to time. There is also a large window to our left form the outside view. The interior of the house has a door leading to another area beside the front door. There is no window on that side as… Read more »

Well, Kyle certainly got his eyes wide open today. Audra told him exactly how she thought he was feeling. Kyle sat there with his sour expression. Then, she matter-of-factly let him know their relationship had no future. Seemed like a huge surprise to him. Audra told Kyle he should be with Summer, ouch. Kyle certainly was not having a good week. Audra will be a difficult woman to put out of his mind.

On next week’s previews, Adam tells Sally he is not sorry he kissed her! I want to say, thank you Adam for not apologizing this time!!

Great meeting today at Society between Adam and Tucker. Tucker asks, “Have you ever been told that you overplay your sarcasm? Subtlety is the better choice!” Adam answers, “Thanks for the coaching!”

Well, well, well! I am looking forward to next week’s episodes! Michelle Stafford just adds so much to each scene. Billy and Adam conversation was really good! These two guys always are great to see.

I generally find complaining to be as pointless as many YnR viewers say they find flashbacks to be. I believe critique is productive over criticism, and insight is productive over insult. SORRY NOT SORRY that I don’t support comments w/hateful name-calling or derogatory remarks directed at any real person’s skill, appearance, physicality, mobility, age, or personal anything. Misery does NOT love my company (nor I, misery’s). I trust actors, writers, and all at YnR are each sensible enough to recognize thoughtful critique and insight while dismissing pointed criticism and insult. Feedback doesn’t need be positive – but doesn’t need be… Read more »

Are you referencing other than this YR Chat website? I don’t know of hateful comments, insults and vitriol here.

I’m not a fan of the black and white flashbacks, especially those from the same week. I understand that we need some period of grace during the writers strike, but this was a bridge too far. On a positive note, I appreciated the tribute to Billy Miller and I am excited about seeing Mamie and Daniel next week. I’m sure they will come with flashbacks. I’m hopeful they will be in color.

I agree, don’t like the black and white flashbacks and there are too many of them, just about every scene

I think Ali that if you hadn’t of mentioned about Phyllis’s financial situation that Y&R would not have incorporated this into her storyline. I am sure that Y&R had forgot about this fact and decided to use this information and make it a part of Phyllis’s story with Tucker. We know this because Phyllis had mentioned that everything was fine with her. This is now a great way to have Phyllis be under Tucker’s thumb once again as he recently tried to blackmail her. It could also be interesting if Phyllis and Tucker end up becoming romantically involved. That would… Read more »

I agree about Phyllis and Tucker being a good match romantically. They are just perfectly suited. Phyllis needs someone with a very strong, edgy personality, like her own. It would be entertaining for sure, and sexy. I think Tucker would appreciate her quirks without trying to temper them.
