I voted Team Jack because he should be CEO of Jabot and Billy is unpredictable. He will try to take it over and run Jabot himself
When Lily was talking about her grandmother Lily Belle Barber it brought back the memory of her character and how disturbing I found her to be. Y&R did a perfect casting with this character as her face really suits the part. There is something sinister looking about the actress that goes with the character. i still remember when Lily Belle caused problem for Olivia and Nathan. I found her to be spooky in a way. I don’t remember Lily Belle Barber . and how is Mamie connected to the Winters? Is she Olivia ‘s sister ?
I actually forgot this but Mamie is the great aunt of Lily, Devon and Nate. She is Olivia’s aunt as Olivia and Drucilla’s mother Lily Belle is Mamie’s sister.
Has anyone heard if Christian LeBlanc will be returning to the show? I miss his character. It would be nice to have him back now that the character of Danny Romalotti is back. Their characters have a lot of history together with Christine. I hope if the character of MIchael Baldwin returns they incorporate him into a storyline with Danny and Christine. Let’s put Lauren in the mix as well! It would be fun to see all of them back on screen together.

Yeah Danny! I am very happy Y&R has decided to bring back his character. I look forward to seeing what is in store for him and Christine and of course Phyllis. That being said, I don’t want to see Phyllis too often though. I want to see more of Christine and Danny slowly reconnecting. I am sure that we will be seeing quite a few flashbacks of Cricket and Danny from back in the day as well. I look forward to those as well!
More flashbacks! Those are ok but not the ones we just saw the day before. Glad Danny is back. He will get back with Christine and maybe Phyllis will cause trouble for them like she always does.
Last week I mentioned that Tucker and Phyllis could make an interesting and unexpected romantic pairing. This week Tucker told Phyllis that they make a good team. I wonder if that is foreshadowing the two of them hooking up. I feel like this could be very possible. They both want to be better people but still can’t seem to make that happen. This common factor could be what connects them. I would like to see them get together as I think they would make a compelling couple. Tucker and Phyllis would be an interesting couple. They do have a lot in common. Not sure where Y&R will go with this. Phyllis already did join him in his scheme to take over Jabot using Billy as a scapegoat, but Jack and Billy know its them doing this

Why, it’s Victoria Newman and her icy smile!
I like this storyline. Victor looks great nad is totally in control. I am hoping he’ll squash her and she’ll partner up with Adam, only to have him turn on her and side with Victor!
Victoria has sour grapes that Victor demoted her. Victor will have none of her insubordination. He will survive anything Victoria throws at him. He is not suffering from dementia. He will keep his portrait up!
Oh My! Victoria is playing with fire, if she decides to go full steam ahead with getting Victor deemed incompetent, it’s going to be very difficult for me to forgive her character in the future. To do that to someone is absolutely disgusting.
Victoria cannot accept being demoted. She is despicable, her character has gotten so unlikeable. Victor is going to crush her like a bug
Thank goodness Danny clearly told Phyllis to quit acting like a victim. He called a spade a spade. He said how angry he was and emphasized that she has hurt those who love and care for her the most. He called her behavior horrible. Wow! He asked her to take accountability. Phyllis, in her smiling manner, said she is trying to be accountable. I think the only thing Phyllis has been counting is how many people are falling for her “changed” declaration. She certainly doesn’t need two hands to count. I’m not sure she even needs one.
Danny was right to call out Phyllis on her behavior. She did hurt her children and she better get her act straightened out. Helping Tucker isn’t good, she will continue to make the wrong decisions no matter who calls her out
Mamie was always a proud and haughty woman when challenged, and it is fascinating to revisit her rage 53 years later as she takes on the upstart, Jill Foster who invaded her lair, turning her order completely upside down in her capture of John Abbott lo those many years ago. As she had passively dreamed of one day having him for herself. Two titans, now of different social class, do battle. I think will be very interesting to see Jill and Mamie go up against each other. I think Mamie will get the upper hand but Jill will give as good as she gets
Here’s a plug for Eric Braeden’s book: “Ill be damned…”. It reads like an adventure story!
So what is Phyllis’ cover story for having $2.2 million to pay off all her debts all of a sudden? Whatever it is, I’m sure it’s not going to look suspicious at all, right? Nah, totally believable! For a smart person she certainly knows how to make a mess of her life.
Why does she owe money? Is it related to a court debt?
She has to pay back the money, but Jeremy received with her life insurance policy.
Seems a little tecnical for this frivolous soap. Y&R can get into these tecnical matters but they don’t make Phyllis do her community service.
Your right! I don’t think Phyllis’s Apology Tour qualifies for community service, except in her mind.
Sorry Phyllis—now Michael has to cover up your lie that he helped you track down Jeremy’s “offshore bank accounts”? Wow, you have really “changed”! Helping Tucker attack Jabot, framing Billy, lying to everyone, pretending you were Jeremy’s victim, complaining about everyone being mad at you. Your sincere apology tour lasted about 30 seconds.
Has anyone mentioned the amount of shares Mamie has purchased from Victor? Will she have enough to have much of an impact?
He sold Maimie all the shares he had. He was a silent partner, not sure what he had, but Mamie will not be silent
Is Victor Newman being sent out to pasture?
If Victoria had her way, he already be eating oats. I cannot wait to see the epic confrontation between Victor and Victoria when her theory comes out. He is going to blow the roof off Newman Enterprises.

Thursday: Some great dialogue during this week of shows! Examples: Tucker and Phyllis, Nikki and Audra, and Chance and Summer! Predictions to these shows moving forward: Tucker and Phyllis should have a romantic relationship–because only the two of them “can” be mean enough to have each other’s backs. (I do love he and Audra together though!) Audra is going to suddenly “blow up” at Nikki and may even physically come to blows with Nikki (and have to be subdued–and maybe even arrested by the new “Chief of Police”.
