My least favorite storyline. I vote ‘bring him home’ (and hope his story then continues mainly off-screen w/occasional references/appearances to keep the audience up-to-date). I’d never vote a live-in school unless a dependent was unmanageably violent toward him or her self or others (or, obviously, if in danger of being abused). But if Connor goes to alternative placement, I’ll hope for that to continue mainly off-screen as well, lol. That’s not a scenario I’m interested in watching play-acted on screen – no matter how well-done, well-researched, or compelling it may be. Bleh, imho. I am a parent and NOT dismissive… Read more »

I voted Bring him Home from as a viewer preference. I don’t want to see Connor off screen at another specialized school just to hear updates from Chelsea and Adam. I think it would be so much more interesting to see Connor deal with his OCD at home in Genoa City. I like the actor but I want to see him home! I do think Connor needs some sort of help to learn how to handle and work with his OCD, but let us see him work at it ay home. I hear Sharon Newman is the Genoa City therapist/… Read more »

Ali, I agree with your ideas about how to help Connor! Bring him home for a couple of weeks to have some family “chill time”. Then have him at the new facility to learn some tools as to how he can effectively work through his OCD. Another great idea you had was to have him shadow both parents at work to show how they work through their own challenges at their workplace. Hopefully this would show him that everyone has to develop their own ways of dealing with their particular challenges!

I voted for bring him home so that he has a loving parent near to take him to therapy. I’m not familiar with sending kids that age away.
I also voted to bring him home. I think Conner will do better in familiar surroundings. He has been doing a good job with portraying his unhappiness and rituals. I hope he doesn’t copy Chelsea and try to kill himself, that wouldn’t be good. He is a strong kid; with the support of family and friends he should be fine.
