I voted bad move. Daniel heads a successful division of Chancellor-Winters. Loss of his artistic passion for gaming projects could be hard to replace. Irreplaceable is the history Daniel has of the gaming division and his connection to Genova City. Heather’s loss is easier to replace and she has very little history with the company. Lily has every right to feel the way she does. But, I think this is shortsighted.

Voted ‘Good Riddance’ (and open to story possibilities finding that choice ending up as a ‘Bad Move’). But… w/NO comment on which option is ‘right’ or ‘wrong,’ I figure Lily hired them both for personal reasons (oh sure, she REALLY REALLY believed in Daniel’s loopy Princess World, lol – NOT), so in that same ‘it’s good to be Queen’ vein – she’s equally entitled to ‘Good Riddance’ them. (Idrc about protocol or laws – just looking at the human element!)

I’m loving the drama in a business matter and find it hilarious that she fired them in a public place. I voted bad move because Dr. Google says: “Since the late 19th century,Wisconsin has been at-will state. Under the at-will employment doctrine, an employer can terminate an employment relationship (aka fire an employee) for good cause, no cause, or even for reasons that are subjectively and morally ‘wrong’.”
Yes. The Wisconsin Law. Which I guess explains why no one goes after Victor for firing them. So, this means Daniel and Heather would have no claim against Lily either. Good Riddance to Daniel, Heather and Lucy.
