I voted no that Lily should not get back together with Billy. Been there, done that. No reason to revisit that coupling. It didn’t work the first time.

At one point I think Victor thought Michael Baldwin was on to something when Michael told him (and I’m paraphrasing), “I know you, Victor Newman. How did you say Jordan died? Something just doesn’t seem right here”. Michael, in my opinion, was not putting it beyond the realm of possibility that Victor had actually caused Jordan’s demise. Michael’s suspicions were valid just not quite on the right track. How could he ever imagine that Victor is holding Jordan captive? “Close guess but no cigar” Michael.

Hmmm. Why is Audra so insistent on not getting married? Could she be married?
Gary, just read the news of Marla Adam’s passing. She was quoted in 2016 saying “I’ve had the most wonderful life, this Ocean City (New Jersey) girl.” We will always have Dina in our memories and hearts. Sending love, Sandra…the bread maker.
SANDRA! I thought of you INSTANTLY. But I didn’t think I would be able to connect to you. I am so happy to see your name! In the loss of Dina… SANDRA! Put that bread aside once and awhile and talk to us!
When one door closes, one door opens. How could I not console with you and everyone on the loss of Dina/Marla. I must catch up but I’m woefully behind.
I saw this, was very surprised, She was up in age but still sad to lose her, she was. , great as Dina especially the last story line. Coming back after abandoning her family and Alzheimer’s She did a fabulous job, RIP Marla/Dina
lol…it looks like she is a treating it like she’s a rock star

Those plot holes again. How the heck did Billy and Lily get to the Jazz Lounge without seeing the scene upstairs between Ashley, Traci, Audra and Tucker. They were standing right by the doorway entrance of the GCAC, when they would have went down the stairs. For Pete’s Sake. These are the little slip-ups, that takes me out of the make believe.
Just another thought….seeing someone in a restaurant or any place you may go does not mean that you are required or need to acknowledge their presence there r there may be another way in(LOL). You can proceed on your way….I remember Nikki hiding away to avoid being seen or caught drunk at the entrance way; not successful for she was spotted by Lauren.

Are we going back to a Lily and Billy romance!? We are starting to see more Billy and Lily than Billy and Chelsea. Billy is more of a good friend to Chelsea these days.
Lily and Billy having scenes reminds me of how hot they were as a couple. It was a mistake to break them up for him to go save Chelsea. He and Chelsea never had any romantic chemistry and should have always stayed platonic friends.
I’m hoping that once the dust settles on the Connor storyline then we will get Chelsea getting jealous over Billy and Lily spending so much work time together leading to the beginning of the end of Billy and Chelsea.
But ok, yeah – it would be reminiscent of Lily’s having been jealous over Billy and Chelsea. Is that why Lily and Billy broke up? I’ve forgotten exactly what transpired…
I can’t believe how perfect Christel Khalil always is in all her scenes. So smart & witty, able to ligitimize any position she takes with her intelligence & savvy. If she is vengeful towards Daniel it will be modified with her own logic and common sense. Here Billy is back buttering up with all his charm and insightful talk to wow her. The cocktail has allowed Lily to kick back after a stressful day but how can Billy possibly win this one step ahead of him woman back? Remember. love Billy all you want but never take him on in… Read more »
Did anyone notice the stir stick in LIly’s martini glass spinning around. . LIly saw this also and quickly took it out before placing the glass down on the table. In real life, anyone would have like pointed that out to the person they were with as it was kind of neat to see.
At the same time, it would almost be like karma to Chelsea. I wouldn’t mind seeing Billy and Lily having a few rendez-vous. It doesn’t have to be a long term affair.
Idk, I’m not keen on going down the (using Gary’s perfect term) ‘Billy/Lily rabbithole’ again. I love both actors, but got tired of Lily being ‘pursed-lips-sensible,’ Billy being ‘better-man-reflective,’ and the both of them having sex (albeit pretty hot) on the sofa. Or floor. Or wherever they were… it seemed like the same scene/same boring afterglow every time.

The Board meeting for Chancellor-Winters was filled with surprises for all who attended….didn’t go as some had thought or wanted it to be!!! I am and will, to date, continue to be on Team Lily. She is truly operating and administering the business as a top notch CEO!! The decision to not blankly accept Devon’s “power” move without consulting her was admirably to be saluted ….it was “enough” to add Abby but now, let’s bring on board Nate because it;s what I, Devon, want and how I envision things should go. Billy may be feeding doubts of others intention or… Read more »

For those of you who weren’t watching YR in the mid 1970s, at the beginning my first memory of Victor was him imprisoning his first wife, Julia, (she just died) in the same jail in his basement. Notice he said he built this years ago and it is sound proof.
I wasn’t watching then because I was a baby in the 80s, but I’ve read about that time and I don’t think he imprisoned Julia, it was her lover, Michael Scott. That is what I thought of though when he said he built it years ago.
Yes. “Years ago”. Like at the time he had to re-build from scratch after the first ranch burned down. The Newman crew must have found constructing a jail cell in a dungeon perverty but kept their mouths shut. He’s Victor Newman.

How is the behavior of the Great Victor Newman to privately imprison Jordan should be excused??? Yet the word constantly yelled from the roof tops that there is a despicable person in town named Tucker McCall or the “bad…bad..bad unacceptable son: Adam with no real redeemable qualities or possibilities of such according to the upstanding society of Genoa City. All is and will be excused, forgiven, forgotten and applauded because “he was justified” or what will be said…”of well, of course, he is Victor Newman…what more should or would you expect”. He is allowed the creative license to operate outside… Read more »
I say the same thing about the pass that Victor gets. Compared to Victor, Adam and Tucker are pusst cats.
They could get the information about Claire without this form of torture.
Victor Newman is ‘The Great,’ as you say. To the chagrin of many current and past GC residents, and many viewers alike, lol. It’s just the lay of the GC land, fair or not. Even Jack Abbott has finally quit tying himself in knots over it.
We all love to hate Victor. I think we give him a pass because of his backstory. He overcame a horrendous childhood and is a self made man. I agree that Tucker and Adam get a bum deal. I like Tucker because he is playful and funny and he is the charming bad boy. Adam would get more sympathy as the mistreated stepchild if he wasn’t such a whiner about being the black sheep. I wish he would take a chance on his own and leave the family business.
Hate Victor…no!!! Excuse his manners of handling things or some of the directions he may take towards his family or conflicts/complications…not always….but no!!! He had a difficult backstory but he is a fully grown adult with total responsibility for his choices and present lifestyle. He makes no excuses so I don’t think he should expect any to be given for him.he lives and acts like an entitled person and is slow if at all, to forgive or tolerant of only a few only if they bend to his will. I admire him for he is a constant…never wavering in his… Read more »
Let me clarify. We love to hate Victor’s bad behavior. His character and JR Ewing have a lot in common.for me because they are famous villains that we all recognize. We find them entertaining because they are so good at being bad boys and we love the fact that they own it. My son doesn’t watch the show, but he always teasingly asks me…Who’s dead, who’s alive, and who’s who’s baby daddy? He recognizes Victor’s voice if he happens to walk through and will ask what he’s up to because just like JR, he’s always up to something.
In fairness, it’s not like he can trust law enforcement to keep her behind bars. Let’s wait and see how it plays out. I’m not feeling sorry for anything that happens to Jordan at this point. She is evil.

Let’s see That Jordan Broad escape and kidnap Nikki the Stripper. They can have an old fashioned fight in that alley. Two old gals throwing punches and insults Maureen O’Hara style.
They are pros. But Colleen did say she found it hard at first to work with Eric, because of his style of acting. But she loved working with Melody(Nikki)and she adores Hayley(Claire). She thinks she is brilliant.
The way Jordan interacted with Harrison was frightening! Colleen Z is very talented. Eric Braeden is normally not that good when he’s written as villain turned loving family man. But when he was yelling at Nikki, he was the old Victor. He yelled “you bet!”when she tried to act like it was about her stupid plan to trap Jordan. She knew he was right and also she was mad to be followed because of her sneaky drinking habit. I’m ready for Nikki to just say heck with it, I need to drink, I want to drink and I will drink… Read more »
I agree w/Colleen Z. that the actress playing Claire is brilliant. The same assessment, but from two completely different perspectives. My YnR viewer POV consistently puts Hayley E. in the top of my ‘current’ favorite actors to watch. Programming episodes for me would be prioritizing the actors -(regardlss of his or her storylines)- I want to see vs. the storylines themselves. But as most all of the cast is top-notch, I suspect most viewers have the opposite POV.

So much to like and dislike this week. Yeah that Harrison is back with his parents and the new actor is doing a great job. E.D. (Ashley) is rocking the Vivien Leigh portrayal. M.T.(Nikki) always does her part with the highs and lows of being drunk. A few too many plot gaps: Jordan’s manicure time during her escape…Cole and Victoria smiling and reminiscing while Claire is missing… same for Nick, Phyllis about Summer. All in all, I love the show. and we all know that Jordan isn’t dead and how do we find Claire?

I wanna get married on the Gabled River Bridge!
I’m going to get my people to work on that
Galewood River Bridge
I’m not loving the southern belle Ashley storyline, but I did laugh out loud when, in speaking to Audra, she called Tucker “Daddy Issue.”
Y&R’S GREATEST PLAYER MARLA ADAMS DEAD AT 85
Thanks for sharing this Gary, I hadn’t heard. Such a talent and huge loss!
Oh no! She was so wonderful as Dina! We all loved seeing her on screen!
DINA is finally really lost to us
And Jack will be devastated

Ali! The site looks fantastic! All the best to you.
I saw this, was very surprised, She was up in age but still sad to lose her, she was. , great as Dina especially the last story line. Coming back after abandoning her family and Alzheimer’s She did a fabulous job, RIP Marla/Dina
And I noticed a brief Ashley moment, she caressed the shoulder of the “Deena Death Chair.”
Its just like Wait Until Dark. i bet there’s Opium in that doll!
What’s up with Nikki trashing The Authletic Club?
lol…it looks like she is a treating it like she’s a rock star
