I am disappointed Jack is shutting Diane out. He abruptly tells her he’s going out of town but could have said Paris. He did that deliberately to hurt Diane. He seems to be punishing her for asking him to not sponsor Nikki. Big baby.
Great comment. He’s often out of touch.
Has potato chips become the new food aphrodisiac to increase Lily”s desire to be more agreeable to Billy’s pleas…not for sex but even more attainable…equal control….equal power….and corporate name recognition for himself/mother. What a guy(LOL)!!!
Audra, please beware that you just made a huge mistake. The devil you know is better than the devil you don’t. Tucker will listen to you, Victor never will. Tucker will forgive you, Victor will destroy you.
Well, when Audra puts it that way she is actually right. Tucker is many Chatter’s fan favorite but I have always said you can’t get involved with him. Audra realizes Tucker may be specking the truth as he believes now, but what about tommorow when another shiny object catches his eye? Tucker is not a good bet to take a chance on but neither is Audra so they are perfect for each other. Is Tucker faking that heart attack? I’d guess yes.
Tucker looked sick Friday’s episode. If he has a heart attack, he will use it to his greatest advantage. But I don’t think he is faking but I could be wrong
Oh Audra, you may regret your move and the partnership you have formed to take Glissade from Tucker. Did you stop to think why Victor Newman is so agreeable to finance you efforts to get this company? What is his motive? Is it really so good after all? TGVN never share ownership and it is really “HIS COMPANY” and you’ve become a pawn only in his “game of chess”. Indeed, “Pride goeth before a fall.” Audra was so proud of herself, too! I was already rooting for Tucker to take her down, but I don’t have to worry about Tucker anymore. Victor will do the dirty work for me!

Johnny has shot up(!). That Katherine Chancellor girl is completely foreign. It actually isn’t but Claire looks like she is meeting her new half siblings wearing a pinafore! There is much talk of her regressing with her Rebecca Of Sunnybrook Farm or Anne of Green Gables here. Wowie.
Yes! Thanks for pointing out this pinafore fashion as worn by Claire. Not sure what’s happening at the Newman Ranch these days. Braids, pinafores, shiny faces, wide grins, sunny dispositions!! I can’t wait for Johnny to raise an eyebrow when he meets his Big Sis. Let’s see Johnny take her aside and ask what angle she’s working, he wants in. Katie can roll her eyes at both siblings and run tell mom.
That dang Devon, the one time he comes running to Tucker to help him and look at all the events he triggers… Tucker cancelling his trip and now Audra is going to have a hostile takeover of his company. I should have known it all comes back to Devon lol
What a great point of view and I think I must agree with you wholeheartedly(LOL)!!! A father who was willing to help his son, one who only treats him with contempt, ended up losing on his professional and personal life.
I read a couple of publications that Eileen Davidson is leaving the show again. Perhaps her Paris clinic visit will be her soft exit? I’m so disappointed! I loved how she was able to stretch her acting capabilities in this last storyline, and so entertained when her other personalities would come through. Though, I have to say the best part was when Ali would imitate her with the southern accent. I laughed so hard the tears spurted from my eyes and then I promptly imitated the accent just as Ali urged!
My phone asks if Ashley is leaving the Young And The Restless? Jojo, it seemed like a bunch of mumbo-jumbo. They went on & on about past exits & story but they never actually said she was leaving. Like they didn’t know…
Schools out for summer and the kids are coming home. I’m most excited about seeing Faith, but we also get to see both Katie and Johnny in a scene together as they meet Claire. It is also a sad reminder that we need Connor home too.
I wasn’t a Y&R watcher during the time of the returning characters(Cole/Danny/Daniel/Mamie)were on the show earlier, however I’m become more and more to liking Cole. He is not superficial. flashy in dress, calming in her approach to all around him especially with Victoria and his newly found daughter Claire and strong in the determination to be his own man. I’m curious as to what is coming next in his time in Genoa City and how his head to head confrontation with Victor will end as well as his romantic pursuit of his past lover/wife Victoria.
I like your observation that Cole is not superficial. That’s it. That’s what sets him apart. Lacks flash, highligting solidity. Victoria you should consider marrying Cole the moment he asks. He is an unexpected breath of fresh air in the life of Victoria. Who thought her life could be turned back to a less jaded time with the return of an old horsey ex-husband?

Last week Ali, you were mentioning some of the actors who won an emmy. As I was flipping through the channels last week, I saw a Canadian awards show that was on. Right at that time Tonya Williams who played Olivia was called on stage to receive an award for some achievement in television. I am not sure exactly what it was for. Jack was very unlikeable and being a real jerk when he was dining with Diane at Society. He was being so insensitive and disrespectful when he was talking to Diane about Nikki. He told her that she shouldn’t and cannot stop him from being friends with Nikki. Diane never told Jack he couldn’t be friends with Nikki. That was never the issue. The issue Diane had was that he risked his life for another woman. That is hard to swallow. Jack should not be risking his life for anyone other than his wife or son. I wasn’t watching at that time as I had stopped watching during that period. I only found this out when I was asking my google speaker how old Haley Erin was. Did anyone notice that Claire said her favourite ice cream was pistachio. She said this when her and Harrison and Kyle were at the park. I think this is a foreshadowing that Summer is going to experience a nut allergy as I had mentioned before. There is going to be some sort of mix up and Summer’s going to pay for it. I hope Summer has her epipen handy as she is going to need it.
GREAT observation. I think you are right; it must be foreshadowing. Yikes! I don’t think Claire will deliberately try to hurt Summer, but she will definitely be blamed as though she did for whatever bad reaction/emergency befalls Summer from an ice cream as-you-say ‘mix-up’…
