I loved when Diane listed all the ways Kyle had undermined her. Not sure who was more dumbfounded by the revelations, father or son. You go Diane!

I voted no. Kyle was acting out of line and something needed to be done and maybe the end result would be firing him but I think Diane fired him too quickly. Diane tried to call Jack to let him know before but I don’t get why Kyle had to be fired that morning and why Diane couldn’t wait to talk to Jack first that she is wanting fire Kyle and get his opinion on if there is another solution before handing Kyle the pink slip. I voted yes. However another alternative would be recognise the Ashley’s absence from Research and to utilize Kyle’s expertise at interpersonal relationships by dispatching him on a 3 month expedition to survey the scents used by the Bushmen of the Kalahari to attract mates — even though he would need to be accompanied by a valet to starch his underwear. And just imagine the look on Victor’s face and Audra’s smile as she informs him of Kyle’s departure to Botswana and the ensuing delay in accepting the new co-CEO position.
Lol, this cracks me up… pretty-boy Kyle sputtering at the gall of it all and then sweltering away in the desert dust! (Gee, he might have to go shirtless… gee, OKAY!)

I voted Yes. I think Diane just got fed up with Kyle’s attitude and going behind her back to fix all her decisions. Kyle agreed to have Diane have his old job. She will now have to do the job without his help or interference, Hopefully Jack is right, and she has the qualifications to do this job. I think it was good Kyle found work elsewhere
