I LOVED the sunset scene with Nate and Audra. I loved it when she shared how she felt about looking in the mirror with no makeup. Her comments that men view makeup differently reveals a great point. Glisad should be her empire to run. Jabot did more perfume and miracle creams. Glisad will be the glamour makeup women buy for special occasions. Cover Girl for running errands but women need Glisad for turning a plain face into a beautiful face. I love Audra and Nate is the right man for her at this point.

I think Audra should be the only CEO of Glissade, she shouldn’t have gotten involved with Victor, now he controls her, and the company and she has to do what he wants. She worked hard to get the company even though she stole it from Tucker

Summer is way out of the line telling Kyle how to live his life. She is trying to dictate where he should live, where he should work and who he should date! Where does Summer get off? As Ali mentioned last week, these are circumstances Summer must live with when two parents are not together anymore. Summer has no right and no business telling Kyle how she thinks he should live his life. Everything seems to be her way or the highway. It is ridiculous of Summer to say Kyle is being a bad father and not putting Harrison first… Read more »

Dianna, you made so many good points!! I’m reminded that Summer was destructive if things didn’t go as she wanted. Her relationship with Kyle is a long drawn example of withdrawing her affection. if Kyle somehow failed to make her princess expectations come true he suffered retribution.

Summer is being way to controlling and jealous, but I don’t think anyone can doubt that she is that child’s mother. It is wrong to disrespect the love of a mother just because she didn’t birth a child. Step mothers and adoptive mothers should be revered and cherished for choosing to raise a child and to love them unconditionally. Summer has certainly done that. Kyle and Summer are both hot headed and they need to take a minute to calm down, stop the petty digs, and coparent that child to make any living transitions as smooth as possible.

Summer is acting like her mother Phyllis would. She is domineering, but she just wants to keep Harrison safe, I could understand her wanting Harris to stay at the Abbott mansion where he is safe.

On the previews, Summer can’t believe that Kyle has two tickets to Paris! Now the second ticket can’t be for Claire, because Cole, Victoria and Victor wouldn’t allow that!! But even if the second ticket is for Audra, that won’t go over well either since Victor told Kyle to stay in town while Audra goes to Paris. Is it a good idea to go against Victor’s wishes at the start of his new job? So, who is the second ticket for?

ticket is probably for Audra since she is going there or might he be taking Harrison?

Loving the camaraderie between Summer, Chelsea and Sally! Love seeing Summer showing her appreciation of Sally’s hard work and determination to do a great job for the company. I still don’t want Sally to get hurt!! So, here’s hoping Chelsea will be generous enough to go to Adam and let him know how much Sally loves him and worries about him. After all, as much as Chelsea is hurting; Sally has had a lot of hurt too! After mentioning the child she and Adam lost together; Chelsea needs to be empathetic enough to realize that she still has Connor and… Read more »

Sally is good at her job and Summer sees that. Summer won’t give Sally Chelsea’s job, but creating her own design job is great for Sally and Chloe.

Oh My! When Red is telling someone, let alone her beloved Super Girl, to chill out……….. it’s time to take several steps back and STOP!!

Audra & Dr. Nate bore me to death – and they’ve been going at it 3 days in a row. Is that wrong?

I’m bored too! Tucker is the only person I’ve enjoyed seeing Audra with. They were always ready to battle with each other; and that was the part I enjoyed.

I totally agree with you. Nate and Audra together is boring. Tucker was always unpredictable and so interesting to watch. Really miss him.

I’m behind on the show so my comments will be old news … I’m loving Kyle and his smug and slightly sarcastic, bitter attitude. Kyle (the character) is flawed and he’s fun for me to analyze. Michael Mealor is so handsome and brings depth to the character. If the actor were less talented the character would be boring. I know other chat friends don’t like the character but that’s what makes the world go around.

I like Kyle but he does seem like a weak person, he needs to do what he wants ,but he shouldn’t be helping to take down Jabot

Sorry, I made an obvious mistake when referring that the kid would be devastated learning of her father’s involvement with Cassie’s death. It was Lucy and not Faith—–my bad. Sharod caught my mistake….Thank you….. 🙂

Oh, yeah, I def remember Daniel’s ‘involvement’ (safe, neutral term, lol). I’m not caught up – but Lucy doesn’t know? I generally (granted, w/out much thought) assume soap kids are raised w/full, age-appropriate disclosure of each parents’ histories – like families in real life, right? (ahahahahaha!) But I do know better: not on a soap… secrets and ‘omissions’ MUST ferment. So… I’m all in for the Lucy drama (high hopes the actress will do it justice).

Lucy doesn’t know how Daniel was involved in Cassie’s accident. Will be interesting to see how she reacts.

Adam & Sally/ Adam & Chelsea are now completely boring. There is only one thing now, or in the immediate future being played and that is sexual guilt. it has overtaken the context of their every scene. Yawn.

It is always a good day when kids are on the show. Connor is improving and that is a relief. I really like the new Harrison because he is so upbeat and I am glad he is getting Katie out of the gloomy mood.Johnny seems to be the new jokester, taking after his Uncle Nick.I hope we can have them do something other than meet at the park. Maybe….Horses, pool, or an actual picnic. I’m also overdue for some baby Aria time.

Poor Faith! She will be devastated when she learns of her dad’s involvement with Cassie’s death. I’m not looking forward to those episodes. I just hope she will be mature enough to get passed it all.

What involvement did Nick have in Cassie’s death? I don’t recall the issue. As far as Faith’s knowledge, I’ve thought that all circumstances leading to Cassie’s death were now above board and transparent to all who loved and knew her? (But I do often get ‘soap amnesia’ and/or remember GC history incorrectly, lol.)

I’m anxious to see Kyle and “Clairison’s” first kiss. We’ve been teased enough about it. My hope is that he does right by her. Audra was definitely too much woman for him in my humble opinion. Not sure what I mean by “too much woman”. Maybe I meant too mature for him….. 🙂

No, Audra’s having been “too much woman” for her ex-boy-toy Kyle is the perfect call! He’s a lot of bluster: personally and professionally, so… most surely ‘hookup-wise’ as well, lol. (But he’s still pretty hot.) I wonder if there was a mirror across from their sex beds – ahahahahaha!… which of those two nacissists would have been watching/admiring THEMSELF more?

Happy to see that in Thursday’s episode Katie actually took “Clairison” by the hand. It’s about time. Harrison broke the ice. Victoria really looked pleased when Katie and “Clairison” departed hand ‘n’ hand. I think Katie will enjoy having a “big sister”. Also I hope that “Chatters” will put the idea to rest that “Clairison” has sinister or evil plans ahead. I’ve never felt that she had any ulterior motives. I’ve felt she was genuine from the start after getting the therapy she needed. She is, for now, my favorite character. 🙂
