On Friday, Diane once again expressed her fear that she had ruined her relationship with Kyle. There’s a simple solution, Diane: step down as CEO! Why do you love being CEO more than your son? Swallow your pride. Just step down and tell Kyle you’re doing it for him. It would send a powerful message and melt his heart.
After watching Friday’s episode of the Lucy/Sharon segments I am wondering if YR isn’t going to have Sharon commit a violent act, but put Lucy in to a mental heath crisis of desperation. This could go a lot of ways. Online predators is my guess leading to a run away situation. Another possibility is teen suicide attempt. Drug abuse by getting in with the party kids at her upcoming school year and spiraling down because that is how to get acceptance by friend, but in a negative situation. YR usually has a teen learning story. Maybe this will be it.… Read more »

Ali, you asked last week if anyone was still holding out hope for a reconciliation between Sally and Adam. I really can’t help myself! I know they deeply love each other and want to have a future together! I’m just asking that Sally is pregnant and feeling ready to settle down and make a home with baby and Adam. Most of the women in Genoa City have kids. Why can’t Sally have this little bit of deserved happiness!?
Even though the subject matter is a serious one; it has been refreshing to get so much screen time for Daniel’s family. Daniel and Heather are working well together as parents; and seem to be in tune with the best way to put their family back together Some Chatters never warmed up to Lucy at all; but I’m hoping this has changed. She was really “sappy” in the beginning; but she has been doing a great job lately showing some regret in the way she continues to treat Faith. Nick, remember when Sharon burned down Victor and Nikki’s beautiful home? It’s been a while; but you should be able to read her behavior by now. She’s really losing it!! Step up, step in, and do something already!! Nick, we love you! Your sweetness, your handsomeness, your mild manner! But get moving!!! The longer you wait—-the worse it seems to be getting. With Cameron’s help, there may end up being more victims than just Daniel or Lucy! People she really loves may accidently get in the way of her vengeance and end up getting harmed along the way!
Unbelievable! Daniel and his family walked right up to Sharon’s table and act like nothing had happened. Nick wasn’t much better by giving his friendly reply. Sharon had just unloaded on them. She asked Daniel and Heather to keep Lucy away from Faith. Why would they engage an “unhinged” Sharon? Much less not intervene when Lucy asked to speak to Faith alone? How much more unstable will Sharon have to get before Daniel and Heather realize keeping Lucy away is best for all?
Yes!! Why didn’t they stop when they saw Sharon. How thoughtless!
Lily is STUPID, STUPID, STUPID. Why in world would she get into business with Victor. Don’t she remember what he did to Nate?
I like the tenderness shown to Faith by Phyllis. She thanks Faith for taking care of Lucy. And when Faith doubts her decisions the day of the accident; Phyllis tells her she made the right decisions for Lucy and herself. Faith expresses guilt and remorse; but Phyllis again tells Faith that different choices may have made the entire situation worse for both girls!!
Phyllis makes so many bad, selfish decisions. So when she shows kindness and empathy, viewers are bowled over. Phyllis can understand how to treat others, that’s why it is so frustrating when she chooses not to.
On Thursday’s show, Chance stood up to Billy with his comments that his name is also on the building! He tells Billy that he wants to be installed as co-CEO; and he wants that in effect “right now”! When Billy tells Chance that he should be in charge exclusively; Chance points out to Billy that his style of wanting to be in charge of everything reminds him of the way Devon likes to also be in charge of everything!
Every time we see Chance and Billy talking about why Billy fired Lily, I keep wondering why Billy doesn’t tell Chance the truth. Chance has mentioned more than once that Billy fired Lily without actually knowing if Lily was planning to betray him or not. Billy had said that it was “just a “feeling” that he had about Lily. The viewers know that this is not true. Lily confessed to Billy that it was her plan to gain Billy’s trust and then cut him out of the company. This is not a gut feeling. I am still wondering how Lucy got a hold of a liquor bottle from bar when she is underage? Unless it was a bar/restaurant I suppose. This is minor but I feel should be mentioned as it is unrealistic and silly was the mickey sized bottle of vodka that Lucy stole. Bars and restaurants don’t use little personal sized bottles to serve alcohol to customers. As everyone knows and can clearly see behind the bar are much bigger bottles for public consumption that often also have pouring spouts on them. I changed my mind. I think Sharon will try to harm Phylis. All roads of Sharon’s heartache lead to Phylis. I also predict a Phylis and Nick reunion. They seem to click more than Nick and Sharon.
I love Tracy and Allen. I have a hunch Allen may be his bad twin, but he is finally free of his brother and happy. I think it will come out, but Tracy will accept him.
Off topic and spoiler alert if you watch B&B. Epic rescue scene with epic music! It may be cheesy – but I loved it! Well worth the wait for Finn to kick down that door as the music adding dramatic effect. I am loving the love story between Finn and Steffy!
It was pretty good! although I feel like it was slightly old hat after Steffy and Finn had had same type ‘epic’ reunion before, same music and all, lol. But omg… Luna!!! BnB had me completely fooled, and I have loved this wacky (and utterly unbelievable, of course, lol) twist. That actress came blazing out of her saccharine left field: give that girl an Emmy, pronto!!! I really hope now that Luna is revealed to have DID or some other soapy explanation that keeps her around…
I I feel disloyal but can’t help but watch B&B first. I hope Aunt Li has some martial arts skills now that she literally has Luna cornered. The actress is always fun to watch especially now that she’s so devious yet funny when talking to Steffy. She’s a bad girl we can love. And a little therapy and she will be good as new.
I agree sueW. I would like to see Luna hang around, but I doubt that very seriously as she has murdered not one but two people.
BnB is so much fun right now! I keep thinking how similar naive, innocent, virginal Claire is to Luna (before the last two weeks, I mean). It’s impossible that Claire doesn’t go bad again, right?
(Also, Li has never been more attractive to me than she was today! I hope she beats up Luna!)
Li is a great character. She’s smart, tough, and nobody’s fool.
Naomi I am a huge fan of B&B and I too am enjoying the intrigue currently. However, a couple of things I feel should have been addressed. First of all, Steffy surely had to use the restroom after all that time! Secondly when Finn comes to her rescue and they embrace, her body odor surely must have been awful…. even later after arriving home her first thing should have been a nice hot shower. Steffy, you stink! 🙂 Love the show…. can’t wait to see the fallout when the word gets out all over town, especially poor RJ.
I thought the same thing about no restroom facilities. Let’s face it, in reality she wouldn’t have survived without water. It was a fun story mainly because Luna is the most likable villain. I loved the twist of her with Zenday.
I don’t think soap opera characters sweat (except for the slight sex afterglow glisten they always sport, lol) or do any other bodily function that needs a toilet. This just supports the insanely (and effortlessly, of course) beautiful people fantasy that is the essence of all good soaps!
Amen, sueW. I can’t get over how much these characters eat and drink—they’re always eating sumptuous meals and drinking wine and cocktails—yet they remain so thin!
You can only eat so many of Mrs. Martinez’s blueberry muffins before they start showing up on the scale!
just throwing it to there and would need to see a chemistry test, but how about Sally and Chance? And then Summer, Claire and Kyle have a love triangle.
Sally with Chance would be fantastic! It would also renew the rivalry between summer and Sally.
