Claire just made a fatal error in lying, by omission, to Kyle. He is placing her on a pedestal and when the deception is revealed, it will be a hard fall from that moral high ground.

I think Claire will not be so innocent anymore. Was Her idea to kill Jordan, she set it all up, but neglected to tell Kyle that. I think he will be surprised when he finds out.

I am today’s year old to have discovered the Newman ranch stain glass window. I never noticed it before and it was an interesting detail to have been pointed out on move in day for Chelsea and Connor.

When Michael told Ian that he wasn’t going anywhere after Ian told him that he was free to go was a nice scene. Michael showed his loyalty to Victor and spoke about how Victor was there for him in life, more than his real father ever was. I wonder where this loyalty was when Michael took on a case for Victor and then tried to screw him over. Victor should have never forgiven Michael for doing that a few years back. Who would ever hire a lawyer again that was gullty of not trying to help you. Fast forward to… Read more »

Great comment. I have never forgotten Michael turning the tables on Victor as his client in the courtroom, but hey, however that was we know he deserved it and I was probably cheering at the attorney/client betrayal. Yes. Thought of that too. In choosing to stand with the Newmans over this latest he choose to possibly leave Fen Fenmore without a dad, not to mention the corporate magnet wife, Lauren. Still, without Michael, she would still have the department store to keep her warm at night.

Thank- you, Gary. You’re right…Michael was also ready to sacrifice his life and leave his son without a dad and Kevin without a brother. Let’s not forget about his mother Gloria without a son. Not that Michael was thinking much about her at the time!

Eric Braeden’s acting is so good. When his character got short, his acting was so genuine when he was putting his head back and mumbling. He was telling Nikki that she is so beautiful. His scenes were very believable.

Nick’s sweater he was wearing at the ranch with Ian there, reminded me of Captain Kirk..lol. I was almost expecting Nick to start speaking like him. I loved Nick’s blue shirt and blue suede jacket. It was a nice royal looking blue colour that really suited him. He looked really hot as the colour matches his eyes.

Didn’t Sharon study Psychology to help people? On Friday it was the same Sharon in recent months where she reminds Daniel that she was on drugs and that she hopes someday Daniel will forgive her! Again, it’s lucky Daniel has Phyllis in his corner; because the focus always seems to be on Sharon’s welfare and her fragile state of mind!

Victor knew he was bringing a murderer into his home, yet chose to have only one guard to be with Ian??? What is Victor and his security team thinking? Aside from the fact that the security guy was incompetent, it still would have been wise to have at least two men. It is also hard to believe that Victor didn’t have anyone from his team come in and check out what was going on inside the house. Also, did anyone else think that when Victor was making those calls to Adam and Abby to come to the ranch, that he… Read more »

I’m remembering Dina Abbott’s death chair. With all the money the Newmans have, why wouldn’t they have changed out the sofa and pillows where Aunt Jordan died? My OCD says that should have happened!! (Unless it’s a different one that I didn’t recognize!)

There goes Jack poking the bear next week. Back home from his near death event, Victor is settling into to his new favorite chair. And “ring-a-ding”, Jack comes over to check on Nikki. I’m sure Nikki is happy to see him. However, Jack knows Victor can’t stand the sight of him. Seems like Jack could have arranged a meet up with Nikki at Society instead of provoking Victor. Seems like things are already getting back to normal.

Cameron Grimes is such an outstanding actor. Her scenes this week were incredible. Y & R please weave Mariah more into the fabric of Genova City. She deserves your very best.

Someone needs to shore up that very wobbly table at Crimson Lights before coffee is spilled. All Sharon’s charges dropped? Mishandling a corpse, improper disposal of a corpse, polluting the river, obstructing justice, falsifying evidence, breaking and entering, lying to the police, and that’s just what I can come up with. If Christine were DA she’d rip Sharon to shreds. Phyllis is going to go nuclear when she hears this! They need to get Katie Perry back on the show because there’s going to be some huge fireworks!! Claire is sticking to the story that Jordan had her own poison,… Read more »

Life for Daniel seems unbearable. While at the grave he looked almost like he wanted to take his own life. The preview shows a path forward, I hope he takes it. Instead of a large memorial, arrange a small one: Daniel, Lucy, Phyllis, Danny, Christine and Summer – six people who care about Heather and her life. Paul, even if he couldn’t attend, might at least watch by Zoom. Maybe invite Billy, who had some history with Heather. Book a safe place to discuss the joy that Heather gave, the grief and pray for healing. On his way to the… Read more »

Thank you Y&R for reminding us that we must watch every single second or else we’ll miss something critical. I’m so glad I finished putting away my laundry before I watched the last second of Thursday’s episode. And I’m happy we still have villainous Ian Ward.

Do you think they will utilize that fact in the current story or put him away in moth balls for a possible future time?

I agree with you, Michelle. Sometimes I get frustrated with storylines, or distracted by background details (weird ceramic monkey on Sharon’s shelf – I can’t think about anything but WHY is it there). So with all that, I miss out on subtle performances and plot points I will need later. I’m happy you saw that final second on Thursday. I was genuinely surprised. Now I’m thinking Jordan is still alive somehow. It ain’t over ‘til it’s over!
