I think both will cross the line emotionally but, I don’t see a sorted affair because Kyle is legally bound, Claire is morally bound, and Audra knows that losing Nate would be a huge mistake.

I picked Kyle to cheat first, he has more experience, and Audra will be hard to resist. Claire isn’t looking for sex she is looking for comfort from Holden especially now that Cole died.

Kyle’s agreement with Victor was that he wouldn’t “break Claire’s heart.” So Claire will cheat first, and she will want Kyle’s forgiveness. Kyle would break her heart if he didn’t forgive her. He wouldn’t be the cheater, but he will have to endure and forgive to not break her heart or his bet with Victor.
