Y&R did something similar with Adam when Justin Hartley took over, changed his face, same thing happening with Noah. What did he get himself into, and why is Sienna involved? Detective Burrows is shady, didn’t even show a badge and why was he telling someone on the phone that Nick and Sharon bought his story, it’s a mystery, guess Kyle and Claire will get involved too and Holden since they are all there.
Without Connor, their greatest supporter, the Brewers have been eliminated from World Series contention by the Dodgers who won the National League Championship last night.
It was a good run. Too bad Adam and Chelsea didn’t step up to the plate.
My Wisconsin family and friends are heartbroken about the Brewers playoff loss but, they are still proud of their hometown team! Maybe Adam can buy Conner a cheesehead hat to help him cope with the loss.
My girl Audra is no saint but, I thought Victoria was unfairly hostile towards her when she asked if Noah was okay. Victoria didn’t need to share all the details, but why would you be mean or dismissive to someone expressing concern over a car accident injury. I thought Audra’s response was appropriate and she showed grace in an uncomfortable situation. I think she showed petty Victoria who was the bigger person in this petty girl drama over Nate.
Victoria could have given Audra more info. I think she is not only acting this way due to Nate, but that Audra’s behavior with Kyle broke her daughter’s heart.
I beg the difference. Kyle did not break Claire’s heart. Or did I miss that moment. She has been harsh to Kyle every chance she gets.
I thought the same thing. Admittedly, Im an Audra fan, but Victoria never fails to act superior, given the opportunity. I hope Nate wakes up and sees it for himself.
I agree. I know Victoria is upset but she could have given Audra some info on Noah. Audra and Noah were together in the past, was not pushy for Audra to want to know how bad he is hurt.
Whoops! It looks like I spoke too soon about a possible love connection for Claire and the shady detective; although, I stand by my claim that the new hot new guy is going to be interesting.
Is it mean of me to say that I hope Claire has a miserable time on her trip to L.A with Holden. I have not seen this week’s episodes, but I would love to see Claire totally regret going on her trip to L.A with Holden. I feel like she deserves it….well maybe she doesn’t really, but that’s how I feel. I do feel like Claire took advantage of Kyle’s love and affection and took what she had with him for granted. I concur about Claire.
I am still not caught up with this week’s shows so I can’t comment on them, but I wanted to comment about last week when Nikki was at the ranch wearing the orange top with turquoise blue in it and a skirt to match. When she was sitting on the couch with her legs crossed, talking to Jill and Victor, her legs looked so youthful. Her legs looked like those of a 26-year-old. I was so amazed. Well, I suppose I hate everything, but I have to say I am not thrilled by this – what seems exhausting hit job of Noah. It would just be so less complicated if Aunt Jordan had ran him off the road over this nubie goon with such a convoluted story to tell. I agree with Nick. How much more can Sharon take? The audience?

Another response I have to Ali’s “fill in the blank this week is I want to see more returning characters. Let’s have Tucker bring Theo Vanderway back to GC. Theo can mix it up with Kyle, Audra, Noah, Claire, Sally, and Holden. Also, a 2nd request have someone or someones from this group start having babies. We need some con or paternity storylines.
Why is Nick so hostile to the detective? Seems really out of place when the detective is trying to help find out what happened. That attitude won’t help Sharon’s nerves, she’s been a basket case since this started. I thought we were going to have to sit through 4 commercial breaks before Nick answered Noah’s phone. The detective’s questions seemed normal to me. The police would want to know more about Noah, so they can figure out why he was out late driving, and who he has been in contact with.
You’re right at the end of the episode, the detective may not be a detective or a dirty one. Could be an interesting story which is not corporate, hopefully.
What’s Phyllis going to do to interrupt the wedding parties? Pull the fire alarm? Show up as the entertainment ( ie. the stripper) at Danny’s party? Anu other thoughts?
I’ll add to your stripper comment that Phyllis will have Christine go to Danny’s party under the guise that Danny is having a medical emergency. This way, Phyllis can enjoy the look on Christines’s face as she is mauling Danny. Phyllis can say, “Gotcha Bug”.

Noah can get well & unbandaged soon as Y&R has a ready made story for him with some goon after him. Is it Aunt Jordan?

Danny admires the way Christine is able to handle Phyllis because he never does it himself! Insult after insult to Cricket and Danny might say, “But Phyllis…” I will not be inflammatory on the eve of this wedding to call wimp but it always bothers me.I don’t want to hear about rising above. Defend your woman.
EXACTLY!! I don’t want a macho caveman, but Danny acts like a whimpering puppy when it comes to Phyllis.
His puppy quality had me always mocking the rock star, but there are worse things and he is a great guy. He could never even begin to try and manage Phyllis as Nick does. I like his loving way with Daniel which expands his humanity. Always been surprised that Phyllis would be attracted to someone with Danny’s particular qualities.. Someone suggested that she latched on to the goodness of him as it might reverberate onto her. You are the company you keep?
I don’t know if Cricket can sing but I would like she & Danny to put out a Christmas album for their fans along the lines of Dolly Parton/Kenny Rogers, A Christmas To Remember. DIANNA & groupies would buy it & sales could go from there –
My Blue Jays came back again this evening to win the second game in Seattle, our alternate home stadium field. Not so much luck for Connor’s Brewers who lost 3-1. All is not lost, all that is needed is to win the remaining 4 games of the series.
Tomorrow’s game is at 5:38 so there may need to be a bedtime compromise. But even at home, Connor will be listening on WTMJ 620 using his Aunt’s transistor radio.
