I’m glad I read through some comments before making mine. I didn’t get a chance to vote but NO! Noah and Sienna are not a good couple. 1. She’s old enough to be his mom. 2. There is no chemistry.
Also, what is wrong with Sharon’s eyes? Every end of scene, she has her eyes forced open that she looks zombie like.
Lastly, why do Nick and Sharon keep calling him Son? We know he’s your son. No one is real life calls their child, Son that often.

I just wanted to say hi to all of you. I really miss being a part of the chat with all of you and reading your comments. I am not caught up yet. I have finished all of my assignments and exams and am done this term! woo hoo! My plan is to watch a lot of Y&R and catch up with all of you. I am currently watching the Thanksgiving episodes. I loved Danny and Christine’s wedding and was pleasantly surprised to see Gina. That was really unexpected. I was also happy to see Amy there. I wanted to… Read more »
Dianna! It’s so good to hear from you. Congrats on finishing up your term. Now I hope you get to enjoy a bit of a Christmas/New Years break with a Y&R binge session!!! Oh, and Phyllis and Tucker. Yes! It’s too bad that didn’t become a bigger story. Seems like maybe Cane’s getting those leftovers. But yeah, a Phyllis/Tucker/Ashley triangle would have been SO GOOD.

YES to Cane and Phyllis and NO, NO, NO to Cane and Lily. Their scene together felt forced. And I just can’t stand her.

The actress playing Sienna is a real-life ‘Drop-Dead’ …yowza! So there’s been randomly waaaaaay too much focus on the her/Noah ‘age-difference’ blah blah stuff. This gal is hot, UBER-talented, and tailor-made for soaps. Sienna is a soap ‘anti-heroine’ at the minute… and I’m liking her a lot. (I couldn’t care less whatev her roles were in other soaps… in the past and all..)
But Sharon… ay, yi yiiiiiiii, sigh, and all that .. Idk. She LOOKED great in her Grecian-goddess garb and ‘high-body count hair’ (lol, iykyk), but the character has just been loopy for so long now that I’ve lost interest. Idk what’s up, but for me, Sharon’s zombie-eyes and weirdly-cadenced responses just no longer fit the character’s vibe…
Sharon Newman is on some meds strong enough to offset her arsonist, kleptomaniac tendencies. She always strikes me as being doped up so possibly the actress is portraying this?

Hello Chatters. My question of the week would be what time did all the families sit down for Thanksgiving dinner? Whole lot of life left in the day after everyone pushed themselves up from the holiday table!
No answer. But an opening for me to give ‘Best Dressed of Thanksgiving’ to Ashley… Gorgeous! And dressed elegantly to sleek, sparkly perfection. (Sorry if I’m behind the comment times…)
I had a question about Thanksgiving Gary. I noticed none of the children, other than Harrison, were at the dinners. Do the kids not eat? Apparently, they were ice skating together. I guess they can’t do both. It seems that if you go ice skating, you don’t bother having dinner with your parents at Thanksgiving. You have to pick one or the other……Just sayin….
It would make such an impression if the kids were around the table. The audience would be wowed. How much extra trouble would it be to round them all up for a couple of scenes? I get that children are problematic, but the ones here are fully mature. It is such a miss on Y&R’s part. One appearance on say Thanksgiving would go a long way. Y&R could then go back to not featuring them for a long time to come with greater believability. That Johnny is such a little firecracker.Fans want to see him!
Welcome back Matt. Before you exact your revenge, check to see if Victor has ordered a load of bricks and mortar. If he has, you may be his permanent guest. By the way, skip the Brussels sprouts.

Thanks for the Noah/Sienna poll question! I can’t be the only one that gets the ICK when those two are in a romantic scene. There’s nothing about these two characters that belong together or makes you want to root for their relationship. Besides the age gap, there’s simply no chemistry. Since her husband Matt went to high school with Nick and Sharon, she’s probably in the same age range as them. So…not only does she look the same age as Sharon, they rocking the same hairstyle. Put the brakes on the madness! I haven’t felt like this since Victor married… Read more »
Sienna is just over 2 months younger than Sharon. I had thought she would be making a play for Nick, not Noah!

Cane flirting with Lilly is adorable. Lilly softening to his charms is great. She finally can shut up about him and start going out with him. But Lilly is still willing to, without provocation, attack Audra while she is minding her own business, interrupting her martini and flashbacks filling us in on her mysterious past. I like this version of Sharon. All those months when she was airy, looking crosseyed and into the distance, and her sing song voice (borrowed that perfect description) were weird. She’s acting like a more normal person now. Hope it sticks. I was going to… Read more »
I disagree re: Sharon’s acting ‘more normal.’ I still see her as waaaaay too weird – for waaay too long. The actress needs a break… a long one… one she won’t come back from until she (oops, I mean the CHARACTER, of course) has meditated, or saged!, or whatever, away her looniness…
Claire is hunting for “Richard”, the ghost of Audra’s past. Once she uncovers the truth, expect a spark. The “dirty work” actually makes Holden irresistible to those Newman genes, officially consigning Kyle to the romance dustbin. Meanwhile, Sienna is staying tight-lipped. Audra thought Holden had “connections”—but it was Sienna who has the underworld on speed dial. And what the heck happened to Burrows? Are “Newmans + one” leaving him floating down the river in LA? Skipping the LAPD is cold, even for Sharon. Unless Annie isn’t a dirty cop, and there’s something much bigger coming? The LAPD, may not, however… Read more »

Chatters should note that Sienna has no faith in the Newman security team either. She immediately responded that Noah easily slipped through security at the hospital. I think she is smart to think it is time to hit the road and put GC in her rear view mirror.

Surprisingly, Cane and Lily actually have good energy together. Cane was much more playful in his demeanor and conversation with Lily. He is always serious with others, even Phyllis who has great comedic timing. A Cane and Lily reunion could be a good thing.

“You’re safe here… Nobody can get to you on the compound,” Noah tells Siena. With Newman Security, the family compound might be the least safe place to hide!

They eat in the kitchen with the invisible maid, butler and cook that keep the ranch house running smoothly.
