The Graham storyline still has me. I continue to be curious about all the secrets and lies that surround Graham, his mother, Dina, and the Abbotts. Jack choking back tears when he told Ashley she won the Innovator of the Year award, was for me, the best scene of the week. He was so proud of Ashley and showed immense joy in her success, that’s love. Jack blurting out to Phyllis that Billy used her computer to hack into Jabot was also a great scene. This is going to be epic. What I could do without, honestly, is anything to… Read more »
I really enjoyed the showdown between Phyllis and Victoria because it seemed like it wasn’t one to start with but then it got verbally messy with both women keeping their emotions under control while serving painful truths to the other! To me Victoria had one up over Phyllis. That said I don’t think she’ll pick Billy up when Phyllis lashes out at him. I can’t wait to see that unfold!
My suggestion is for most of the Winters family to take Juliette’s baby and move to Australia. That is Cane, Lilly, “the twins,” Colin, and Devon. Neil stays. Hillary stays. Well, Hillary is “young and restless.” Michelle Stafford’s Phyllis was “young and restless” back in the day. . Oh! Shemar Moore could come back and be a great Malcolm with Hillary. The Scott character was a good idea. This presentation of Scott is a bit blah. Thus the pairing with Sharon. Blah. Stitch was blah. He is gone. (Aside: Max and Faith will be teenage mischief makers, like Fen and… Read more »
I would be worried if I was Ashley when Graham said to her “You don’t know what I am capable of”. I found it creepy. Also, I find the woman on the phone scary as well whenever she calls Dina a “bitch”.
O.k , I just finished watching the episode where Graham tells Dina that the woman on the phone is his aunt. I spoke too soon before watching the Friday episode shown in U.S. Now I see that Dina can’t be his mother like I thought. At first I thought maybe Dina was only pretending to not know anything about Graham’s family life to Ashley. Now that Graham has told her it was his aunt on the phone, means that Dina can’t be his mother, otherwise Dina would acknowledge that it’s her own sister. Too bad. I liked that theory that… Read more »
I’m back on the Ashley and Ravi train!! That scene where she asked him to be her date was really sweet. I saw a little twinkle in Ashley’s eyes!
I was really touched by the scene where we see Maddie comforting her mom after the kids learn of the divorce. Just before this, Maddie is throwing shade at her mom and out right accuses Lily of wanting to proceed with the divorce because of Jordan. But then minutes later, we see Maddie rising above her own hurt to offer reassurance to her mom. Maddie really showed herself to be the mature young woman we know she is. And It just goes to show that no matter how hurt by or angry you are at someone, if you really love… Read more »
I laughed out loud when Nick said “I’m beginning to look like a real slob”. It was said after Chelsea told him how she missed seeing Nick’s shirt on the back of the chair in their bedroom and I think she mentioned his robe hanging on the bathroom door. It was cute and humorous, and it really gives a sense of reality as we always seem to see everyone so prim and proper and perfect.
I had a theory last week that Graham is actually John Abott’s son. Sorry Sandra I tried to reply to your question of whether I thought Dina knew or not and had trouble replying. My answer would have been no I don’t think she knew. I have a new theory this week on Graham being John Abott’s son. What if the lady that Ashley spoke to on the phone is actually Dina’s sister, Graham’s aunt. It could be that Dina’s sister raised him like a son because Dina wanted to filander around and not be a mother to him just… Read more »
Um, Hilary I think there are rules about walking around the gym floor wearing only a towel. You could have come back for that water bottle after you got dressed. Girl, you are doing THE MOST!!!
I don’t exactly understand Hillary’s motives when it comes to Cane and Lily getting back together, but I don’t even care. I love the scenes with Hillary and Cane! They play really well off of each other. I wonder where they are going with this…
I am with you Ali, why is Hillary still making a big deal about Cane and Lily getting back together just for Jordan. I’m sure she can find another guy to hook up with if that’s what she is after. And if it’s viewing Lily beating you on winning Jordan, I don’t think Lily feels right now that she is winning with everything she is going through. Hillary didn’t like it when Lily commented about her marriage with Devon, so stop insinuating yourself in Lily’s marriage. The last thing she needs is more outside influences making comments about a marriage… Read more »
The Athletic Club gym is so weird. Hillary is wandering around the gym floor in a towel. Billy is committing espionage on a red laptop on the gym floor. Are there not no rules in that gym? Are there no locker rooms where one might get some privacy to commit crimes or to get changed? So odd.
Plus where is the Maddie and Reed storyline!! That reaches a huge climax of not allowed to see each other and then just stopped. I love me some Maddie and Reed.
So we see Alice get hit by a car and then no follow-up at all on that situation in the following episodes??? I thought the sex ring storyline was coming up front and center to be solved and done with.
While I’m happy to see that the sex ring story line is finally coming to a close, I hope that the story line will be resolved in a way that addresses some sort of legal justice for Zach and his cronies, as well as counseling/support for the women who were being trafficked. I’m getting the sense that now that Crystal has been ushered off we may never see her again. Crystal’s rapid departure and Alice being hit by the car are quick ways to tie up loose ends, but I don’t think it’s a satisfying resolution to the viewers who’ve… Read more »
