Patty was making logical sense today. She had Phyllis’s number. However, our “amnesia” Matt wants to believe Phyllis is being benevolent. He doesn’t want to believe Phyllis is setting him up. Hoping this storyline culminates with Matt being redeemed. It seems fairly impossible to do this with as much as the Newmans and a Sharon hate him.
Patty is winning me over! She’s so pretty today with her hair swept up and big gold jewelry.
I think Matt and Patty will be stay in on as main characters. Maybe as a couple? I hope Matt keeps his new personality. I love the actor and his sweet side. He is very funny too. KEEP him Y and R! Maybe he will save Nick’s life from an overdose and that will change everyone’s attitude. Or save someone important to the Newmans. Wishful thinking maybe? I love his new wardrobe. I still love Chelsea’s hair. It looks amazing and so does she. Adam had more bang lift going than she did on Monday. Matt looked like Little Boy Blue today. I really enjoyed the scenes with Patty and Matt. Like Matt said, they are kindred spirits. I also continue to enjoy Patty having more to say than just purring about the sex between her and Jack. That shot of them walking right close to the camera was different camera work for sure. It made me feel right there and their conversation was very well written and acted. Earlier Chelsea did a perfect impression of her teen son complaining about the security detail. Adam and Chelsea can have some great moments.
