Yes to #TeamBilly! Not just b/c Chancellor is fair game and I’m not sure why anyone else in this town feels they have more of a stake on the company, especially Lily! She is so sanctimonious, and now she has Cane following her like a puppy. Let’s give the company to Billy, and then have Lily not be able to resist him! I always liked those 2 together!
What’s the choice? Lily or Billy? Billy all the way! Jill sold Chancellor from under Billy in the first place because Victor’s stooge, Lily, fed Jill the complete lie that the company under Billy was failing. Remember Odyssey 7? Even Jill admitted it was an asset she’d been trying to acquire for years, and Billy had it squarely in his sights—right up until Lily sold him out to Victor. Even after Victor reneged on their original deal, Lily stayed firmly on Team Victor, going so far as to fake her own children’s kidnapping to extort Cane. Katherine’s legacy shouldn’t belong… Read more »
A quick follow-up for those who don’t remember Odyssey 7:
Odyssey 7 was the AI tech company Billy planned to purchase BEFORE the current massive AI boom! It wasn’t some contrived corporate gimmick, either—it was a genuinely forward-thinking move that would have put Chancellor on top of the heap.
Instead, Victor bought it out of pure spite, buried it in a vault, and got zero return on his investment. Billy actually had the vision to position Chancellor for the future, while Victor and his stooges, Lily and Jill, just played petty spoiler to feed their old grudges.

I voted yes. I’m tired and disappointed in Billy that he is never content with anything. But he is a great soap character so I’ll root for him.
Team Billy! He has wanted his own for a long time. He worked for this. Whatever his reason is for wanting Chancellor, he should have it. It doesn’t take anything away from Abbott, they didn’t know about it. It will anger Victor, so? Let Billy have this. If he fails, then Victor, Jack, Cane, Jill, and whoever can boast, “I gold you so.” If he succeeds, then good for you, Billy.

Absolutely NOT! Billy’s obsession with Chancellor all these years is gross. He has been willing to throw Sally aside and Abbot Communications aside whenever he thought he had another chance to get his mitts on Chancellor. Even after he begged Jack for the money to start Abbot Comm. Worked out for Sally though. Billy is so smug and righteous about finding this document. I am looking forward to Victor or whomever bringing him down. John Abbott didn’t pursue the company for whatever his reasons were, Jack, Ashley, and Tracy don’t want to either. Billy has run amok.

I think it’s time Billy has a win. Maybe if he finally runs Chancellor he will be satisfied. But he will have to contend with Victor tearing him down once again and Jack possibly paying off the loan behind his back And Sally not approving of any of this.
So, Jack didn’t want Billy to do anything without including the four siblings, Now Jack is considering settling with the loan without their knowledge. Jack, seriously.
