I agree with all points raised against Victor being Jack’s father. However, another problem is the fact that Victor’s granddaughter Summer was romantically involved with Jack’s son Kyle. This story could have worked in 2011 when Summer and Kyle were children but not so much now.
I do not believe that the DNA test proved Billy and Jack are not related, only that they are not half siblings, which it specifically stated. Could they be father-son?
