I just want to say that I trully admire Phyllis’ actress Gina Tognoni acting. And in the dramatic situations it’s believable , emotional , everythings right there she delivers a whole range of emotions. You were right Ali . At first I didn’t get the idea when she confessed all to Christine. But it was all to use it to simply tell all the truth however that may turn around.And she tried in my opinion. I liked that Y&R let us hear the sound of traffic in the morning outside of Rey and Mia’s apartment window. It was refreshing and new. These little things that Y&R give us are appreciated.
How did Mia know that the pregnant she met was on her own after picking up her mail off the floor? I don’t understand that?
Hold up! After doing some quick wiki reasearch, I’ve come to find out that it’s not Mia’s fault after all! Lola’s liver damage wasn’t caused by the knock on the head and the fall in the pool. Check it out: “Liver failure may happen quickly or over a longer period of time. Liver failure that occurs quickly, in a matter of weeks, is called acute liver failure (fulminant hepatic failure) and is usually the result of medication-induced liver injury” Dr. Nate “ICU” Hastings strikes again.

I have not noticed anyone about to have a baby or who happens to be pregnant so I assume she would go the always at your disposal sperm bank route.

Does Reed know about the arrest of and speedy trial of his mother and Grandmother, for the murder of his father? Apparently not lol. It is convenient that this trial Is happening so quickly that Victoria’s younger children still think she is on a work trip.
I’m pretty happy with the pace of the trial. In the olden days it would have been a long and drawn out affair

It’s a horror show for Lauralee Bell that her character is always placed in the identical buffoonish position of trying to triumph over the Newmans! Charlie Brown with the football! HA, Cricket! You used to be such a saccharine sweet Pollyanna teen dream, moving into the coveted position of Jabot teen model. Your biggest mistake, clearly, was in ever having gotten out of the cosmetics business!
You make a good point about Cricket. She used to be one of my favourite characters when she was a teen. lol @Charlie Brown with the football!
The evolution of Cricket is interesting. Ancient history has me recalling how after LB had moved past her teen model/Danny beginnings, Bill Bell placed his daughter as a kind of centerpiece of the show, with cries of nepotism emanating from every corner! Terry Lester, Jack, is said to have quit in part in response to Lauralee having all but taken over Y&R. Almost all soap heroines (like Sharon) are flawed, but I don’t think Cricket has ever faltered. Not for Bill Bell’s daughter!
I love Cricket! I hope we see more of her. Christine is so fun to watch in the courtroom! I love seeing her in action. She has always been one of my favourites and still is. I hope she will given a major story line. I voted that we see more of Christine on the poll. She is a very believable character. Her acting has been excellent.
Dianna, I remember a SOD Lauralee Bell interview she gave ages ago where L was talking about how hard it was for her to learn the pages and pages of complex legal gargon dialogue for when Chris was in the courtroom. Very hard for her to master and portray convincingly, she said. As Michael Baldwin’s protege Christine was probably talking a lot more legalese in those days. Thinking back, it was Laurealee’s fantastic performances in the courtroom that further sealed the deal between the two of us. Very top drawer performances.
