I voted Tuesday after her sneaky text. I have to say, I think she’s too young for Jack, but I like the plot of sneakiness.
I read an article in which Alice Hunter said she was happy to step aside in order to give the veteran characters on YR more screen time. How about that?
Wow. These actors will make anything up.
Totally not sad to see her go. While the character may have had some potential, I could never shake the fact that I feel the actress is better suited for a role on Polka Dot Door. I can picture her with children and puppets and Polkaroo SO much better than any adult characters on any show. I can’t really put my finger on why. Perhaps it’s her very innocent, child-like vibe. Maybe it’s her overly animated facial expressions. Maybe it’s her soft spoken voice in which she enunciates every word so precisely!! Ew stop pawing all over Jack while the… Read more »
Ellen got it right. The writers should listen to her
Had Y&R had the common sense to have Kerry take her rightful place as a man we would really have some drama on our hands! Perfect example of modern soap casting: no plan. That’s why the Rosales’ are gold, like them or not. The characters were created with an actual storyline concept for their future. Kerry has been floundering in a sea of waxham since she arrived…
Define: waxham. I got this expression from I LOVE LUCY.
I voted for nah because I never liked the character , she always seemed shady
This is the exact reason I voted yes. Shady Kerry
I voted not sad to see her go. I’ve never been too keen on Kerry, they tried to soften her up with Jack, but I still didn’t really get into the character. I also didn’t like her instant friendship with Phyllis. I always felt Phyllis could and should have been confiding in Lauren since they actually have the history of being best friends. I guess the forced friendship with Phyllis was only a plot point so she could be torn between Phyllis and Jack for Jabot.
I’ve sort of written my option earlier but just wanted to add to it. I don’t like when a charcater is brought to the show and just after nearly a year is out. It could be used a little more to develop the character at some point , but oh well. It’s just seem to me like a filling up role . I don’t know . Maybe I am too fair ^^
On the episode where Kerry & Jack were in his living room discussing Phyllis, I think it was Thursday’s episode, the actress kept looking over at cue cards. Peter Bergman looked her in the eye for every line but she could not. She would look off to the right, then back at Peter, say a line, then off at a cue card before she could respond to his line. Insecurity or bad acting?
Ooo missed that! Good eye
