Victoria and Ashland story is keeping me interested. I get frustrated with Victoria but yet I’m always drawn in to her stories.
I guess based on the previews, that Victoria must cause an accident with Rey, Chelsea and Connor.
When Mariah said “let’s go find our dream outfits”. She sounded like when Cassie spoke with her lisp.
Also you know when Tessa said “It’s going to be the best year of our lives” translates into the writers planning to make it the worst year of their lives.
OMG. Jessie Gaines tampered with Victoria’s breaks. As much as i hate the self indulgence of Billy’s incognito, now, podcasts I though it was creative the way his pretentious thoughts concerning the players in the Locke saga where voiced over the characters dilemma at episode’s end.
The white feather boa robes would be better saved for the wedding night
I only liked the first jacket that Tessa came out in. The rest of those outfits were a complete mess. This show continues to disrespect these two women.

How disappointing. Did wardrobe go to the clearance rack at Halloween World to purchase Mariah and Tessa’s inspiration clothes. There wasn’t an item among them wedding worthy. I hope Chelsea designs gorgeous outfits which suits each of these beautiful women. These characters deserve careful attention.
Happy Friday – I had a nice piece of chocolate cake after lunch so I was in a good mood when I snooze fested my way through today’s show. Here come Sally again I yawned – playing desperate – but I had one ear open and heard the good advice that Lily gave her – ..”be subtle.” I then yawned and fell back into my after cake coma while Tariah got nothing to do but act like clowns playing dress up. Mariah & Tessa are the good will ambassadors / court jesters of GC. Theirin their wacky wardrobe. I always think of them as just having blown in from The Renaissance Faire. I haven’t gotten to the point of them trying on their thrift shop togs but there are a lot of chicken feathers sticking out of those bags. Chocolate cake or about ANY food will coma me out so I now get you as never before. Herman, Teriah is not allowed to show how much chemistry they actually have. This regime since Josh Griffith was put in charge has been making it his mission to destroy Tessa and Mariah because he was not able to get rid of Tessa as he planned back in 2019. They purposely have them stand and sit six feet apart and put them in awkward situations. I am not sure when you started watching, but T&M was on fire in 2017 when this relationship began. If you think about it its kind of like, OK, so he faked Cancer. Big deal. We’ve all done it. And the big scary Newman family is going to ruin him? Ashland can very easily come up with some grand magnanimous reason why he did it for the public. A note of reality is that real big business tycoons like Ashland don’t have to play such ridiculous personal mind games at the office to stay ahead. You have such a good point Gary – I was thinking of the likes of like Bill Gates who had such “stellar” reputation until a few of his skeletons fell out the closet the past couple of years. Wonder what else he has bene up to.

Lily and Billy bash Sally for wearing a wig to frame Billy but see nothing w/Billy using a new persona to collect everyone else’s dirt? How is this different from what Sally did? Only difference Billy is hiding like a punk behind a microphone.
I must concur. I am usually all in for Billy and Lily, but Lily just went a notch to me, with the way she spoke at and not to Sally.
Miss Lily up on that pedestal looking down at Sally. Acting like she’s never used poor judgment. Reminder…Between Lily and Sally. Lily is the one with a prison record. Just ask her brother who put her there. I mean seriously, think back to all the times Lily forgave Cane’s lies and misdeeds. But Sally isn’t worthy?
I would like to agree but the problem is Sally is the one approaching these people with her bag full of “please like me, please be my friend.” As such what they give her is her due! I am trying to like Sally and though the writers had turned a page with her this week with the scenes with Adam – but then on Friday, here she goes again – begging to be liked. I need this to stop! I too wish the writers would stop writing Sally so desperate for acceptance and friends. At this point, Sally would have gained more confidence and her position would have given her more influence. A better tact would have been for Sally to nod to Lily and tell her she looks forward to working with her on media ideas now Chancellor and Hamilton/Winters will be merging. And leave it at that.
Well, yes. Sally has used that ‘I hope to one day be best friends with you’ gag on others. I can sometimes go soft and this might actually get me in the gutt.

I think Ashland’s latest request from Victoria is his most persuasive to date. He is asking Victoria to forgive him. He hasn’t admitted guilt, but states he would forgive her, if she had betrayed him. Good question. Does Victoria’s love enable her to accept any of Ashland’s past, present or future manipulations? Will she follow her parent’s model and love her partner no matter what? Can she live with uncertainty? It took many years and breakups for Nikki to accept Victor’s machinations. Will Victoria follow in her mother’s path?
But w/Ashland? Or back to Billy…
Could someone refresh the story line Victoria was talking about regarding Victor’s murder and a diary? I am not sure if I was watching the show at that time. It sounds interesting.
Ali I know you mentioned about posting our birthdays. I hope I am in the right spot. My birthday is on Sunday April 17th. I will be going overnight to Niagara Falls Ontario. My brother is paying for our hotel for my birthday gift. Looking forward to it for the long weekend.

I thought Sally looked the prettiest I have ever seen her this week. I think she did something to her eyebrows and her hairstyle was different. It really suits her. She looked classy and not so abrasive. She had a very nice look.
Noticed something with the hair I couldn’t quite put my finger on…
I agree about her hair – she looked gorgeous. That Courtney is one hell of a looker! I really love how they dress her – I know some talk about it not being “professional” but she actually is one of the few people on soaps who look and dresses like she actually could be in the fashion industry. I hope the show moves her back into that direction cause she could become a real icon!
Did anyone else think it was hilarious when Victor walked into Adam’s office as Adam and Sally were kissing. Victor just casually tells Adam he needs to speak to him as if nothing was going on. S Victor is the coolest. He is so calm, cool and collected. Sally was definitely a little embarrassed. It was a funny scene.
Oh, you mean, THIS MOMENT?! I wanted to make a photo caption out of it, but I couldn’t think of a good line.
The caption could say something like ” Adam do you think you can make your lips just as useful in discussing some business with your father? Or ” Adam, let’s put your talented lips to use shall we, and come up with a brilliant plan to take down Ashland Locke’.
Yes I did!! When they started kissing I was thinking “OMG what if Victor just walks in” and the HE DID!!! I felt embarrassed for them lol But such a good scene!
Yes, these kids look very sheepish but at last not completely naked. I wantd Sally Spectra to relive a classic line, “This isn’t what it looks like…”
And Vic just wanted the nonsense to stop saying, “Son we have seriouus business to discuss” like going all the way on the couch doesn’t matter. Actually nothing was said of the actual sex directly as Victor isn’t going to lower himself into the gutter… But dad did get a great scene out of it going on a high and low vocal rampage towards Adam and a bit of Sally. ‘Wow, he’s really loosing it. I know Gary, that scene had me like Darn Victor has really lost his patience with these kids! I completely blame it on Victoria – she has been trying him now for weeks!
But Victor doesn’t blame Victoria for this mess with Ashland. He keeps lashing out at Adam though.
My sentence was, “I wanted Sally Spectra to DELIVER a classic line’, but this computer thinks it knows what I want to say and writes itself. No, I am not crazy.
