Comments on Ali’s Sunday chat – When I saw the coffeehouse scene with Nick and Victoria, I thought, “Victoria’s hair looks like Ali’s.” I usually just listen to the podcast, but once in a while I look at your video. I mentioned, I have been listening to older Y&R chats (which is fun), and watched your hair in different styles. It appears to be very nice in all phases, including bangs and pony tails. Maybe an updo for Mother’s Day? Now then, Abby – she is out, she is back. I miss the Abby that was fun and playful, and… Read more »

Finally we’ll get to see the Abbott remodel next week.
Wouldn’t it be priceless if it looks like the Newman ranch?

When Kyle asked Claire to move in with him, and they were discussing the places that they could live, the first thing I thought about was the pool house. That would be the perfect place for Kyle to live with his son, as he would have his privacy and still be on the property. That got me thinking, when Diane and Jack were talking about the renovations at the house, that we will be surprised by not only seeing renovations to the inside of the house, but also seeing the patio and pool in the yard for the first time… Read more »

I appreciated the scene where we were finally back at Jabot in Jack’s office, as we had not seen it for a long while. I really liked that we got to see Matheson, the employee at Jabot, whom Kyle suspected was spying for Victor. It makes the storylines much more believable when we actually see the people that the characters are talking about. I hope we to see more of Matheson and this time in action. We could see him talking in the hallway at Newman or in the break room. I remember when we used to see the break… Read more »

I realize this took place last week, but I didn’t really appreciate Victoria putting in her two cents into Nick’s personal life when they were talking at the coffee house. Victoria asked Nick why he doesn’t go on a trip somewhere with Phyllis and Summer instead of with Sharon. Nick just finished telling Victoria that he was going on the trip with Sharon and his daughter and that he was going to see his son. Nick hasn’t seen Noah in years since he left the show. What is Victoria talking about? Why would she not be happy that her brother… Read more »
I also agree, Nick should spend time with whomever he wants. If that’s Sharon, Faith and Noah, so be it. Looks like Cole is out for now; he has been gone awhile now. I find it odd that Claire was forgiven so easily for her crimes against the Newmans. But now she is involved with Kyle and Victor hates it and she will have her heart broken if Audra sets up Kyle for seduction

Thank you so much, Ali, for your beautiful birthday message! It really touched my heart. You’re so thoughtful and kind. I had a wonderful birthday. I have missed being on here. I have been behind with the show due to my online college course with Niagara College. I celebrated two things on Thursday. my birthday and completing the first semester of college! Yay! It has been very grueling and intense. I am a trained Montessori teacher, but am also getting my Early Childhood Education Diploma while working full time. I am learning a lot, and it will also give me… Read more »
Happy birthday! I hope you have a blessed day and a year of health and happiness! Congratulations on your educational journey! My first job was an aide in a Montessori school and lead me to a degree in education, 35 years in the classroom, and part time tutoring and volunteering as a retiree. I am tickled pink to hear about your blooming career in education. I wish you much success!
Congratulations on both special achievements. I admire your dedication and perseverance in reaching your goal of Early Childhood. I always enjoy your insightful comments and know your students will be lucky to have you guiding them on their educational journey. Hope your birthday was fun and relaxing.
Thank you so much for your very kind words, Victoria. Your thoughtful comments are very endearing, and I truly appreciate them.

Gary, best advice I’ve heard: It is impossible for us to manipulate how others see us so we just have to march ahead and maybe one day they will like us? I copy/ pasted from your comment far below. Intended for fictional characters in a real world and real characters in a fictional world!
Thank you so much, Gary, for this lovely birthday message! You’re very sweet.

Interesting episode with couples only day. Jack and Diane along with Victor and Nikki are well established as power couples. This got me thinking about why Kyle and Claire along with Nate and Audra were also highlighted with the obvious Kyle and Audra attraction. Who will be the next power couple to evolve from the younger crowd?

Is that royal blue carpet on the stairs at the new new ranch new?
Kyle snapped at Claire. Looks like cracks are forming.
I’m gonna toast to myself too thanks, Audra!
Nate wasn’t happy all evening. Thus is going to be messy.
I might have said it here before, but it bears repeating.
The first rule to keeping a secret is NOT TO TELL ANYONE! Jack, Kyle, Diane, Damian, Lilly, and Audra all need to take note! Does Victor post his secrets on the Crimson Lights Notice Board? No, so learn to zip it.

I said it from day one and I continue to say it now. Claire has never been innocent nor naive. She is deceptive and manipulative. I know a lot of the viewers root for Claire over Summer because they accuse her of being jealous, to me that is fine. Summer is overt with her feelings. Claire is dangerous and deadly with her behavior, because she is skilled at hiding her true self. Kyle should not have told Claire about the spy at Jabot, being hired by Victor. She is going to tell him, that they know. And of course Victor… Read more »
You make a good point about Claire telling Victor. When she does, the viewers will begin to see the “onion peel facade” cracking. Now, this is the Claire I want to see.

Love these intriging big business stories (!!!!), but what the show needs is a good new kidnapping psycho to liven things up!
Yes… a kidnapping story involving Sharon would fit the bill right now!

Ruh Roh! My reply to Brent about a Dominic movie night reminded me that I dropped the ball in kid watch duties. I suddenly realized that we are way overdue for some kids on set. We need more than just our beloved Connor. We have forgotten that we desperately need to see our toddlers, school age littles and the teens. How about a summer of more family fun and still have business espionage plots? Maybe the Abbott renovation should highlight the pool for kids swimming fun with Mrs.Martinez in the kitchen, pool cocktail hour for the adults and the pool house… Read more »
